With the dawn of a new era of violent disputes between nations, the Second Imperium of Arkosta has announced that it will go into partial mobilization, a summed up to be an estimated percentage of 24-27 of the armed forces called for active duty, with recruitment campaigns and militarization of some of its most strategically important regions and areas, while the nation also begins enacting more militaristic policies such as Arkostan Army Youth [ Aeuschewehrjugend ] and mandatory conscription in the armed forces for at least three years. Mainly seeking to further strengthen Arkosta's defensive and offensive capabilities, as wells as the Second Imperium's number count, the militarization will be conducted across Arkosta, implementing new defensive equipment and structures, especially around the River Rhine, due to its strategic passing into Western / Eastern Arkosta. Most of the defense will be established in the more urban regions, such as Zavaria, where foreign threats will be most likely to attack first. Military Engineering and Construction [ Militärtechnik und Bau ] will be given a sizable amount of workers from the National Labour Union and a medium-sized chunk of money from the government to go with the project. The government is reminded, by the population and King, to not go overboard with the spending of Aeuschmarks and assets.
The mobilized divisions and regiments will take posts, in defensive locations and military bases, across Arkosta. Going through multiple training scenarios and lectures, these troops will slowly learn tactics and efficient use of their equipment, so that when a threat does emerge, they can successfully counter it or complete their objectives against it. Naval and Air divisions will be launched from time to time, live-fire tests will be conducted, for training and experience purposes. The Imperial Armed Forces will also prepare for joint-branch war games, as a chunk of the northern regions has been temporarily closed to the public for use, to help synchronize and establish successful communication and efficiency between branches. A recruitment campaign, as said before, will be running a couple of times this year, using heavy nationalist and patriotic propaganda as well as morale-boosting events.

Because of the need for a new generation of experienced or seasoned sailors, non-commissioned officers, and officers to replace the aging older generations of the Twelve Years War and previous engagement and conflicts, the fleet will mainly be crewed by mainly newly recruited or rookie sailors, with a statistic of three among four sailors, are rookies, while seasoned crewmen will assist in teaching and monitoring the rookies. The combined fleet now called the 13th Naval Fleet will be out a sea for at least four months, with the chance of further lengthening the duration, and will act as a 'training run' for many. RP: Full-Scale Intervention
The Blayredeshian First and Second Fleets have combined forces to consist of 648 warships and 2 Aircraft Carriers armed with fighter planes and dive-bombers, and have begun to sail down the Bay of Pontricare to break the blockade of Evacasia by the rebels while 50 warships from the Second Fleet shall remain to guard the Blayredeshian Coast. A wolf pack of 10 submarines have also been deployed to help break the blockade of Evacasia. Meanwhile 1,000 fighter planes and 500 bombers have been mobilized to break the air stalemate and carry out cruel and heavy bombing runs on military and civilian targets in General Gerissen’s territory. The Blayredeshian Government has also issued statements to Diche choklate and Rekken which requests that both nations temporarily grant the Confederacy military access so that its Armies can be moved through their territory and in to Evacasia. The Confederacy has also called on the Nationalist League nations of Kavastor, Ponticianre, and 
The Atomic Schism to militarily intervene on the Evacasian government’s behalf.

Rekken has no reason to let the soldiers of this practically unknown nation to trespass through the Demiran deserts and the Ömegän plains as the nation requesting this favor does not have any military or diplomatic ties to Rekken or it's states. The military access is denied and any military of Blayredeshia or her allies attempting to cross the Rekkenian border by land or air will be taken as a declaration of war against the Rekkenian Imperiumi resulting into the full-scale mobilization of RIG against the seemingly hostile trespassing force.

RP: No False Information
The Doge Landian government has noticed false information going around about the current wars on Kalrania, specifically from major news sources, so all news after this day will be checked by the newly created Doge Land Department of Information for correct information. There will also be new licenses sent out to journalists that prevent them from writing articles without a "writer's license," which is what they're called. The first offense of spreading false information is that a formal warning will be mailed to the writer's house or apartment. The next offense will be a removal of that writer's license. Writing without a writer's license will result in at least 6 months jail time. There is also a new law that says that all articles must have a writer's name attached. If an article does not have a writer's name attached, a warning will be sent to the company that published the article. A second offense of not having a writer's name on an article will be the removal of a company's copyright, and they cannot get it back for 6 months.

RP - A Nation Without A Leader but A New Direction
Joseph Gates has resigned shortly after the incident in Narleth Bay, where 4.6 million people disappeared unexpectedly, stating that he is unable to bare the guilt upon his shoulders for such a great loss of people under his term. Though he does not feel responsible for those actions, he is aware that it is time for a new leader of Avallon and as he is about to have his 74th birthday with 16 years as Head Of State, this is unsurprising.

Many also suspect some sort of brainwashing has occurred when he visited the relatives of the Disciples (unlikely however, as it was not achievable in such a short space of time). Khosrauan Intelligence Bureau
Empress Solara recently announced the re haul of the Khosrauan espionage forces, stating that they were very ineffective in their current structure. All former organizations will be merged into the Khosrauan Intelligence Bureau, or KIB for short. It will be divided into three different divisions, one for foreign, one for internal, and one for the administrative side of things. To compromise, the leaders of the former two divisions are anti-Solara, therefore striking a balance between the two. A long time ally of Solara named Irad Simurgh will take over the administrative end.
