Don't expect a lot of issues focused around the environment. However, there are plenty of issues that moderately effect your environmental stats even though they have nothing to do with the matter.

so second update of the list and we've got 2 additions to the list. Debating whether or not I should add myself to the list just to have a complete(-ish) tally but I've decided that any decision I make will be acted upon at some later date. i.e., tomorrow.
Anyway, we don't have a List of Incompetences for me to go through this time around so im just gonna have fun facts on here

Fun Refugi Fact: When this was first a thing, there was a short time where the number of cats (on this list) was equal to the number of humans. Since then, however, humans have regained a majority of council positions, albeit a slim majority. If we count wards, however, December of last year was instead a three-way tie between humans, cats, and birds, and no species or type of species has a majority today.

The list is below. As long as you get your request in before the next list, you will be good for this upcoming transformation period. If you miss it, you'll have to wait around a week longer.

Disclaimer: This is an entirely unofficial thing for RMB roleplay purposes brought back by popular demand (and boredom) and is in no way affiliated with my official duties as a councillor (no matter how much I may wish to turn all the libjunct writers into seagulls with three dozen keystrokes), nor is it necessarily binding for RMB roleplay, so long as you are in a roleplay where this isn't involved.

For them to be birds again

P.S. On a mildly related note: For those of you have read Redwall, is it best to read them chronologically or in the order they came out?

Alright, can do.

Also, since the Redwall books are (at least in my interpretation of the books) folk tales, I'd have to say that you shouldn't focus on reading them in order chronologically, especially since the books don't connect to each other in time and don't typically make many allusions to previous books in the timeline. Frankly, I'd say read them in whatever order you grab them off the shelf, but if you want a set order I would lean towards order of publication.

Hi everyone! I just made an account and, honestly, have no idea what to do. I'd appreciate any advice!

Ofc kinda goes without saying im transgender and use (she/her) pronouns. Nice to meet you all !!

Our numbers grow each day. Maybe tomorrow I'll see Transbia overthrowing the admin tower and shadow council

Hi! Welcome to Refugia :>
In the top you'll notice the issues tab. Every few hours you'll get an issue, and depending on how you answer it will affect your nation!
On the left bar there's a World Assembly. The world assembly makes resolutions and bills that everyone gets to vote on, so I'd recommend joining that. If you do, you can give people endorsements, which are like little points you can give to other nations in your region! (A region being Refugia, and a nation being Lormonia) You can use tart.calref.ca to help endorse everyone here, and you'll get endorsements back!
You can talk in the RMB (where we are now), as we have a very active and kind community. Sometimes we have regional events, like endorsement competitions, eco competitions, and more!
If you have any questions, don't be afraid to ask :>

Thanks for the advice, I'll make sure to join the World Assembly. You all seem lovely, and I'm glad to have joined this group!

that implies that there is a shadow council. and as we all know, they don't exist.

Sounds like something someone who knows the Shadow Council exists would say.

Besides, the existence of a Shadow Council implies the existence of the Light Council.

Jazur wrote:make me a little rabbit :з

will do.

Transbia wrote:*Shelves plans*… huh?

did y'all hear something that sounds like a book suddenly being slid onto a shelf somewhere?

must be the wind

Ok, 1), the Shadow Council is just an explanation by lazy journalists on the seemingly erratic nature of some policy decisions (basically the dark energy of Refugia), and we don't know if it exists or not.
2), there is a light council, though. It's a collection of like 5 electricians who go around working together to put in light bulbs. so, logically, the "shadow council" is a group of harmless little kobolds who run around stealing light bulbs. crisis averted.

yeah, that's definitely it.

no... no secrets here
definitely.

Agreed with Ban Oldern. If you happen to have one of the books on hand, there's no harm at all in just reading the one you've got. You wont be lost or anything, and each works as a standalone story. But publication order is probably best, if you're concerned. I was glad to have read them that way.

In general, I usually favor reading series that way. I know there's folks who swear by alternate orders, rearranging things chronologically or thematically to optimize the experience. But I always think it's nice to just take in the works as the author created them.
