Editor's Desk
There has been a huge gap in between the previous edition and this one. The editor was banned, the new editor went busy and looks like I'm back once again with the newsletter. We started this as a monthly publication but, this venture wasn't able to go at a smooth pace. So, we have decided (I've decided would be apt) that we would publish the newsletter when we have a decent amount of quality articles only. We are trying our best to be back into the good old days and please do Upvote and support us from now on.

Coming Back from the Bottom of our Hearts
Written by Indusse

On the 29th of December 2020, Refugia published a statement regarding unacceptable OOC issues in the region and its discord server. The Statement triggered an event called "The December Crisis" in the region of India. The December Crisis resulted in a tremendous fall in India's reputation and the region lost a bunch of important embassies including 10000 Islands, Thaecia and The East Pacific. The events got India blacklisted and banned in various regions and organisations. The region suffered great losses and isolation from the rest of the NSGP. Meanwhile, in the internal regional matters, the region faced a lot of changes including a new election system, military, constitutional reforms and establishment of OOC and IC Moderation Teams. The region believes that they are fit for another fresh start from what happened in December. The regional administration has started to find ways to re-establish the lost embassies and pride. The Military Unit called "Indian Armed Forces" has resumed training and looks forward to being part of defender/liberation missions. The region has introduced better moderation, administration systems to make things easier for the players than before. The Founder's Office has started API Recruitment for the region which is happening at an average recruitment rate.

Even though the changes are getting implemented, the region is finding it hard to retrieve its lost pride. The region has positioned its population on a stagnant scale of 135s - 150s just like how it was years ago (Then, the 60s - 70s). President Hindu puri with the founder has decided to stop putting allegations on the region of Refugia and start a journey to a new and better future. All Allegations against Refugia regarding the "December Crisis" would be dropped as part of this change. The region is currently undergoing a roleplay convention to improve the roleplay rules.

Diplomacy That Benefits Mutually
Written by Indusse

In the month of August, the Embassy Oversight Commission headed by the external affairs minister decided to review the embassies and sort them as "Active - Keep", "Drop" and "Consulate". The Active or Keep regions would be the regions that are active and close to the region (Mutually Beneficial) whose embassies would be kept intact. The Drop regions are inactive and those who don't keep connections with the region. The Drop region's embassies would be closed down. The Region's that were on the Drop segment or lying between both the categories was termed as Consulate and would be maintained as diplomatic entities without In-Game Embassy. The review was done and a report was submitted to the minister of external affairs, who later presented the report in the regional cabinet. After the External Affairs Minister got a green flag, he published a circular and got it sent to all the embassies via the diplomats assigned. At the end of August month, the circular was put into effect. Twenty-Two embassies were closed which reduced the embassy count from fifty-eight to thirty-six.

The region after the closure of embassies has started to re-establish lost relations and find new embassy partners who would be mutually beneficial. The external affairs ministry has also started to sort and appoint new diplomats to the existing embassy partners.

Treaty of Buckingham

BE IT ENACTED by the King's most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the House of Lords, and the House of Commons, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:-

Provisions

Article I: Preamble

(1) WHEREAS The Empire of Great Britain and India have endeavoured to develop political systems rooted in equality, liberty, and justice;

WHEREAS Empire of Great Britain and India have a shared history of friendship and cooperation;

(2) WHEREAS Empire of Great Britain and India wish to continue building the relationship we hold;

(3) NOW, THEREFORE, the Empire of Great Britain and India agree to the following:

Article II: Sovereignty

(1) Empire of Great Britain will recognize only the legitimate government of India, as determined by Indian law, as representative of the Region and People of India.

(2) India will recognize only the legitimate government of the Empire of Great Britain as determined by British law, as representative of the Region and People of the Empire of Great Britain.

(3) Neither Signatory may cede sovereign control of their region to another entity.

Article III: Military Undertakings

(1) Neither India nor the Empire of Great Britain will engage in military hostilities against the other, or against one another's protectorates which have been established by regional law and communicated to the other signatory. Participation by India and the Empire of Great Britain on opposite sides of a military engagement that does not constitute an attack on either region or a region's protectorate shall not be considered "military hostilities against the other" for this purpose.

(2) To the extent practicable, India and the Empire of Great Britain shall provide the other defensive military assistance in case of an attack by an aggressor. Under no circumstance will either Signatory give direct or indirect aid to the aggressor.

(3) India and the Empire of Great Britain shall not cede sovereign control over their respective military forces to any supraregional alliance. Sovereign control is interpreted as being able to make the ultimate decision with regards to the region's military resources participating in a military operation. Both regions may continue to enter into bilateral and multilateral agreements for common defence.

(4) India and the Empire of Great Britain shall aid each other in Delegacy transferrals when requested.

(5) India and the Empire of Great Britain will collaborate militarily for the combined benefit of both regions when practical.

Article IV: World Assembly Matters

(1) Neither Signatory will write or vote for a Security Council Resolution naming the other Signatory, or an entity strongly associated with the other Signatory, without the express approval of the other Signatory. For this purpose, an entity shall be considered strongly associated with a Signatory if it is reasonably likely that the Resolution naming the entity will impact the reputation of the Signatory.

(2) Each Signatory will endeavour, where appropriate and possible, to collaborate with the other in World Assembly programs and activities, such as the discussion or drafting of proposals, educational initiatives, or other similar projects.

Article V: Diplomatic Undertakings

(1) Each Signatory shall establish and maintain in-game embassies (i.e., on the NationStates site) with one another.

(2) Each Signatory shall maintain off-site embassies with one another, consistent with facilities provided to other treatied allies.

Article VI: Intelligence Undertakings

(1) Neither Signatory will engage in espionage against the other. For this purpose, "espionage" is the act of engaging a person to act under false pretences in a Signatory region without the permission of that region's legitimate government.

(2) The Signatories each shall provide information to the other if such information is pertinent to the other region's security or well-being, or otherwise upon the other's reasonable request unless the party in possession of such information reasonably believes that providing that information might violate applicable laws or contravene the terms of service for NationStates or a regional communications platform, or when revealing that information would unduly compromise that party's source(s) of information. Both signatories shall endeavour to reveal as much as possible in such situations, but not more than they can under laws, terms of service, or the need to protect sources.

(3) Each Signatory will make it a violation of its internal laws to engage in espionage against the other if a similar or related law to the same effect does not already exist. To the extent permitted by each region's laws, this section shall be deemed self-executing.

Article VII: Cultural Undertakings

(1) Each signatory will endeavour, where appropriate and possible, to engage in social and cultural activities with the other signatory. This can include but is not limited to, festivals, competitions, and university sharing events.

Article VIII: Recruitment Undertakings

(1) Neither India nor the Empire of Great Britain will deliberately engage in recruitment from the other, nor from one another's protectorates which have been established by regional law and communicated to the other signatory. "Recruitment" is defined as the sending of telegrams on the NationStates site to encourage nations to move regions.

Article IX: Civil Rights

(1) Each signatory affirms its commitment to guarantee freedom of thought and expression, including the freedom of faith and of conscience, freedom to profess a religious or philosophical creed, and the right to freely express and disseminate opinions in any manner or medium. Notwithstanding the foregoing, freedom of thought and expression shall not be construed as providing any protection for speech or conduct that a reasonable person would infer is intended to offend, threaten or insult an individual or group on the basis of that individual's or group's sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, race, color, language, religion, or national or social origin.

(2) Each signatory affirms its commitment to guarantee the right to freedom of peaceful assembly and freedom of association with others.

(3) Each signatory affirms its commitment to guarantee equal protection and equal benefit of the law without discrimination on any ground including sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, race, colour, language, religion, political or other opinions, national or social origin, property, birth, or another status.

Article X: General Provisions

(1) This Treaty will come into force on the date of ratification by both Empire of Great Britain and India as dictated by their respective governing procedures.

(2) Either Signatory reserves the right to exit this Treaty. The exiting Signatory must make reasonable efforts to notify the other as soon as possible. This shall include a diplomatic meeting between the heads of the respective governments prior to any withdrawal/exit action.

(3) This agreement may be amended by mutual agreement of both Signatories.

(4) Upon ratification, this treaty shall be the sole bilateral treaty between India and the Empire of Great Britain, superseding any prior written documents describing a relationship between the regions.

(5) The President of India may have the privilege to address a Joint Session of Parliament upon ratification.

Schedule

(1) Upon obtaining a majority in both Houses of Parliament and receiving Royal Assent this shall become law.

Understanding My Bharat
Written by Indusse

India, officially the Republic of India (Bhārat Gaṇarājya), is a country in South Asia. It is the seventh-largest country by area, the second-most populous country, and the most populous democracy in the world. Bounded by the Indian Ocean on the south, the Arabian Sea on the southwest, and the Bay of Bengal on the southeast, it shares land borders with Pakistan to the west; China, Nepal, and Bhutan to the north; and Bangladesh and Myanmar to the east. In the Indian Ocean, India neighbours Sri Lanka and the Maldives; India's Andaman and Nicobar Islands share a maritime border with Thailand, Myanmar and Indonesia. India is a federal parliamentary democratic republic headed by the President and Prime Minister. India gained independence from the British on August 15th 1947. India is divided into 28 States [From Andhra Pradesh to West Bengal] and 8 Union Territories [Andaman & Nicobar Islands to Puducherry].

In this series, we would go through every administrative division of India and learn about their culture and wonders. The first one on the list is Andhra Pradesh.

Andhra Pradesh is the seventh-largest state in the republic of India. The State Language is Telugu, State Animal is the Blackbuck, The State Dance is Kuchipudi and the State Fruit is Mango. The State has recognised Kabbadi as their state sport. Andhra Pradesh was primarily formed on the 1st of November 1956 as the first state of India. It was later divided into the states of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. Andhra Pradesh is home to various dance forms, religious attractions, dams, rivers and other tourist attractions. The Chair of Government of Andhra Pradesh is situated in the capital territory of Amaravati.

There are various attractions in Andhra Pradesh, the notable on them are those given below

  • Kuchipudi: It's one of the eight major Indian classical dances. It originated in a village named Kuchipudi in the Indian state of Andhra Pradesh. Kuchipudi is a vibrant visual experience and is said to be the pride of Andhra Pradesh. The Origin of Kuchipudi is as old as the mentions in Natya Shastra (500 BCE - 500 CE) and is a dance-drama variant of artforms.

  • Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams: The Organisation also known as TTD is an independent trust which manages the temples including the Tirumala Venkateswara Temple and its dependencies in Tirupati. The main attraction of the trust is the visit to the holy Sri Venkateswara Temple situated in the hill town of Tirumala at Tirupati in Chittoor district of Andhra Pradesh, India. The Temple is dedicated to Venkateswara, a form of Vishnu, who is believed to have appeared here to save mankind from the trials and troubles of Kali Yuga. The temple is also known by other names like Tirumala Temple, Tirupati Temple, Tirupati Balaji Temple. Venkateswara is known by many other names: Balaji, Govinda, and Srinivasa. It is the richest temple in the world in terms of donations received and wealth. The temple is visited by about 50,000 to 100,000 pilgrims daily (30 to 40 million people annually on average), while on special occasions and festivals, like the annual Brahmotsavam, the number of pilgrims shoots up to 500,000, making it the most-visited holy place in the world. The world-famous "Tirupati Laddu" is given at Tirumala Temple as Prasad. Another tradition in the temple is the shaving of hair or Mokku/Munda.

  • Vishakapatnam: It was formerly known as Vizagapatam (also known as Vizag, Viśākha or Wāltair) is the largest city and the proposed administrative capital of the Indian state of Andhra Pradesh. It is also the most populated city in the state. Vishakapatnam is home to beaches, educational institutions and one of India's major seaports. The city is home to various notable personalities like Alluri Sitarama Raju. The Kailasagiri hills, Indira Gandhi Zoology Park, 1971 Indo-Pak war memorials are famous tourist attractions in Vishakapatnam.

I suppose we can tag said nations in the dispatch, maybe?

Melayu Archipelago wrote:This week’s Weekly National Information question is:

The most visited city of Samudera would be Melaka.
Melaka has been a considerably significant Samuderan port since ages, but as it was eclipsed by Ujong, it's more known nowadays as a hotspot of tourism. Located between a few national parks, resorts, shrines, and has a bustling tourism industry itself (mainly centered around cultural and historical tourism), Melaka has the advantage that makes it as the most visited city of Samudera.

The second most visited would be the city of Ujong itself, located across the bay.

The most visited city in Hofflands would be Gechoshi ("Rivers' Crossing") the capital and largest port-city in Hofflands - hence the name. Gechoshi has been the Hofish capital ever since the Chetsu Era in 508AD, though the capital would be switched constantly between it and Gishache as ruling clans came and went.

Gechoshi lies where the Great Eastern River and the River of Western Heaven cross, and has always been the center of domestic and international trade. A sprawling metropolis, the city is ultimately composed of "rings" where old and historic buildings, such as the Golden Lotus Pagoda, the Jade Pavillion and the Shichita Gibeke (Boiled Snails) Shop (est. 1109 AD), lie generally around the center and modern buildings built on the outer and middle rings.

Tourist Attraction

Bledllyn

Bledllyn is the capital and largest city of Hundredstar. The population of the city is roughly 3.3 million with a metro area population of almost 6.5 million. Bledllyn is best known for its great cultural and artistic heritage, a good example of which is the Xavier I Museum. Bledllyn also boasts some of the liveliest nightlife in the world.

The culture of Bledllyn was dominated by its Royal history, centre of the Xavierian Empire. The Gothweld Palace, big places and buildings used by the Xavierian Monarchy, enormous cathedrals and churches are plentiful in Bledllyn, as well as medieval architecture, although nowadays Bledllyn is just as much a cosmopolitan city as other capital, full of new architecture, lifestyle and culture.

Somberhound National Park

Somberhound National Park is located in Forestcloth of Hundredstar. This park is among the best national parks of Hundredstar where Asian tigers can be easily viewed. Somberhound Hill, at the height of 811 meters above the sea level, is located at the centre of the park. This hill is surrounded by sloping valleys.

Times have changed. You now ride elephants to shoot tigers with your camera instead of your rifle, and there remains something very evocative about riding through the Jungle on the look out for those black and orange stripes!

Cape Bermont

Cape Bermont is a beachfront town in South Queenborough, located north of Palmbronze and south of Illbrew.

Stretching north from Palmbronze, Cape Bermont offers the same easy access to shops and bars but a slightly more relaxed and less chaotic feeling. It is a low-key area where you can still get the low prices of Palmbronze without some of the hassle. The northern area of Cape Bermont bordering Illbrew offers a bit of an escape from the crowds and is also a popular surf beach.

Worldsghyll

Worldsghyll is a city in Sandcutter District in the north of Hundredstar. With a population of 551,800, it is one of the Hundredstar's biggest cities.

The most geographically varied city in Hundredstar, Worldsghyll is a major industrial, cosmopolitan and cultural centre renowned for its green open spaces, creative talents, galleries, sports facilities and cutlery. Unlike many other cities its size in the Hundredstar, Worldsghyll has a very large amount of public greenery, with trees outnumbering the human population approximately three-to-one. As well as the extensive urbanization, one-third of the city's territory is rural national park land.

The local rural culture is blending with the newer additions of artisans, wineries, spas and high end cuisine. As a result there is a wide range of activities, festivals such as Wind Fest and attractions available, far too many to list here.

Hawside Down

The Hawside Down are a group of 87 islands, only a few inhabited, in the Outerwolf Sea.

The Hawside Down were disputed between other nations during the age of colonialism, with Hundredstar ending up in control in 1814 after the Forefather Wars. The politics of this island group remain in something of a state of flux, although this should not bother the tourist seeking a relaxing beach vacation.

It is a tourist destination known for its duty free shopping, cruise line terminal, and the sheltered Hollandia's Cave beach with clear turquoise waters, which is one of the most famous beaches on the island.

Porthbran

There are some places in the world that can be described as ‘sleepy’. Porthbran is not one of them. Crazy, chaotic and packed full of adventure, Porthbran - sometimes still known as Kingskeep - is one of the most overwhelming, but downright lovable, cities in the world.

Porthbran is an assault on the senses, so one of the best ways to appreciate the city is to dive right in and enjoy the incredible tastes on offer. Being Hundredstar’s others largest city, Porthbran has perhaps the best selection of Hundredstarian dishes, from the casual (yet delicious) claybrew (traditional soup) and Astonia (bread rolls) from a street vendor, to fine dining in restaurants such as Contactor Cafe.

Merchantboat Bay

Merchantboat Bay is in northern Hundredstar, east of Holmlock. The bay is famous for its scenic ocean karst topography and is often included in lists of natural wonders of the world.

The Merchantboat Bay archipelago is made up of 81 islands, both settled and uninhabited. These can be accessed from various ports. This unique World Heritage Site is a popular place for tourists and it is good to know that large parts of Merchantboat Bay are officially protected from development. The islands vary greatly in size and shape as well as structure.

Strandledge

Strandledge is the royal town of Royal District of Hundredstar, on the north west of Bledllyn. The town is named after the Strandledge River, which cuts the town in half, and sits at the western end of the Bridgewelders Valley. The town features beautiful architecture, many cafes and restaurants, and shops catering to tourists. Strandledge is well known for its incredible scenic beauty and year round outdoor activities including skiing, snowboarding, hiking, boating, water skiing, horseback riding, camping, and rock climbing.

Mortenfloss Avenue
The potential to become an international medical hub based on the existence of various medical centers in the surrounding areas. Everybody knows that Mortenfloss Avenue and the surrounding area is home to some major medical centers such as Bledllyn City Hospital, Xavier Cardiology Research Institute, Army Medic Academy, National Health University, Queen Lisa Integrated Surgery Center, and Hundredstar Specialist Clinics.

The area also houses the country's largest health clinics known Bridgewelders Distric Clinics are expected to be operational in September and will accommodate the arrival of patients about 4,000 people a day. Commenting on the medical hub of the City Mayor, Mr. Simon Callburger said Mortenfloss Avenue able to be developed as a medical hub for the surrounding area at this time was already a medical hub for 'natural'.

Lewcaster

Lewcaster is a small picturesque town with splendid coastal views, on the famous Glassworth Bay, Hundredstar. The town itself is perched on an enclave on the face of a hill and winds down towards the waters of the Glassworth Bay.

Naturally beautiful, Lewcaster attracts thousands of visitors every year. All year long, the town is always full of people, but if you are planning to visit Lewcaster, it would be best to schedule your trip during the spring season.

All the towns slope down to sea-level except for Pinewell, which is perched on top of a tall cliff. Four of the towns possess an old-world charm. The northern-most town, Montkeller, is completely different. It is very beachy-resorty, with not much to see beyond the boardwalk apart from modern apartment blocks and hotels—nothing like the narrow, crooked streets of the other towns, lined with colorful old houses stacked haphazardly on top of each other.

Shaftegill

Shaftegill is the largest city in the state of Bridgewelders, Hundredstar, on the western shore of Felixius Straits.

Shaftegill has advertised itself as the "City of Festivals," especially emphasizing an annual summer party along the waterfront called Felixius Fest. Listed in the National Main Agenda as "the largest music festival in the Hundredstar", Felixius Fest attracts about a million visitors a year to its twelve stages. Smaller ethnic festivals throughout the summer celebrate many of Shaftegill's ethnic groups.

Octa Beach is famous for its 7 miles of cool, white sand beaches and another 7 miles of 40' cliffs. One of the most beautiful towns in Hundredstar. When you stay at a hotel on the beach you are literally on the beach when you walk out of the beachside of your hotel. You have probably never seen water this clear or warm. You will be amazed at how far out you can walk in the water before it gets up to your neck. The water is gentler and the sand is whiter (smaller grained aka softer) the farther down (away from town) you are.

Widowlodge Cay

Widowlodge Cay is one of the most beautiful beaches in all of Queenborough. A natural bay surrounded by lofty headlands on either side. This results in a calm, idyllic sea with a gently sloping bed that allows you to walk up to 100 m out from the beach.

Illbrew is the more laid-back alternative to Widowlodge Cay with less development to the south. Nevertheless there are enough restaurants, accomodations, bars and a few shops to cater your needs. The beaches here are glorious - white sand, deep, long and safe for swimming. The public beach at Illbrew is the best to head to if you are not staying at Widowlodge Cay. This is also home to one of the best restaurant in Queenborough.

Winterfeld

Winterfeld sits in the Slewpath mountain range in the Vineward Valley. It is a relatively new city and has limited historical sites, but it makes a great place to start your trips to the mountains and alpine lakes of the Wrapmoore.

Winterfeld is, however, an interesting example of a king planned city; laid on a grid with wide boulevards flanked by irrigation canals and large trees, buildings with marble façades, and Soviet apartment complexes. Many young travellers find Winterfeld's nightlife a delight and the people are friendly and very hospitable.

Currently the town is undergoing massive development. New tree-lined streets are being laid and the clock tower area in the center of the city has been transformed into a park-cum-open air theater where live cultural performances take place.

Mercenary Bay

Mercenary Bay, Worldsghyll is famed worldwide for its surfing beaches, scuba diving, whale watching, rural beauty and a laidback lifestyle. It is one of Hundredstar's major tourist destinations, both for international and domestic tourists.

There are many thriving home-based businesses focussed on alternative, holistic, cultural and knowledge industries, with a growing population of artists, writers and filmmakers.

Mercenary Bay is renowned for capturing the hearts of the people that visit. Many people end up staying. The community spirit in Mercenary Bay and the surrounding areas is strong.

Maidensunks

A famous vacation place among tourists due to its comfortable year-round climate, beautiful parks and gardens, as well as its convenient location within the country. This state capital comes to life on weekends, where local life is combined with the presence of the floating population that comes, mostly, from Coldoflea. It's also home to many foreign people who come to learn Xaverian, and most young people will have a fairly big understanding of English because of this. Be prepared for many micro-climates inside the city and surroundings, where there have been variations of up to 10ºC in less than an 8km radius; while the lower zones can have very humid weather, the northern forest area will most certainly be cold by night.

The heart of the city is the central plaza and palace. Each night of the week you can enjoy dancers, musicians, acrobats and a lot of locals who use the plaza both by day and night as a place to hang out, meet friends and be entertained by many local artists and entertainers. The square and adjacent area is full of street vendors selling everything from beadwork to maize on a bread and beer.

The Lambworth Cove of Rexbottom Island is located on the coveted Siller Bay of Queenborough, covering 2,300 acres of spectacular Natural beauty, including 15 miles of coastline and 14 miles of high cliffs, overlooking the Munro Straits that separate mainland and Rexbottom Isle. Take a few steps from the beach and you’ll be immersed in tropical vegetation. Humming, rustling, buzzing, hot and humid and filled with the noise of birds and insects. Of the 75 plant species, it is estimated that 30 are native to the Rexbottom Island. New plants are being found all the time. A rare orchid was discovered in 2013. There are at least 13 different species of birds. You may see flashes of brilliant color from the many parrot species, pigeon or an eagle soaring high overhead or feel the lightest brush of wind as one of the abundant species of butterflies flutters past.

Sunset Cape

Sunset Cape, Holmlock is Hundredstar’s most famous seaside resort-town. It's more lively and urban in character than other beach destinations like Widowlodge Cay and Illbrew. It's also the scuba diving center of Hundredstar.

Traces of human settlement in Sunset Cape date back to the Otrian Empire, though in times of Hundredstarian rule, there wasn’t much more than small fishing villages. The local recognized that this beautiful bay, with its islands and white sand beaches, made for a perfect bathing spot, and began the transformation into a resort town. Local soldiers agreed, and Sunset Cape became a favorite vacation stop during the war.

Sunset Cape Beach offers the classic beach vacation and maintains a long-standing reputation as a family-friendly oceanfront resort. Visitors are greeted by a 300-foot wide beach lined by Sunset Cape Beach’s three-mile concrete oceanfront Boardwalk. The resort offers a mild climate year-round. Itineraries include lazy days on the beach, the state parks and Stingwales National Wildlife Refuge beckon, hiking, kayaking, and biking adventures. Fishing, golfing, whale watching, dolphin watching, historic landmarks, and exciting attractions and popular events are part of the Beach experience.

Regalgates Lake Park

Regalgates Lake Park is a man-made forest park located on the west of Bledllyn. It is used daily by Bledllyn citizens for cycling, skating, and camping. Recently an artificial lake was made in the northern parts of the Park.

Regalgates Lake Park and Lake have access from different highways in north and south of the park. The Regalgates Lake Park is also accessible by metro, meanwhile cars are allowed in for camping. The forest covers an area of 14.5 square kilometers west of Bledllyn. It is one of the largest parks of the province, and can be used throughout the year.

Regalgates Lake artificial lake includes recreational islands, Wildlife Islands, educational islands, sailing dock, Water Park, water sports clubs, recreational dock, amenities and service facilities, amusement park and accommodation facilities. One of the other features of the project is the existence of a unique space in the North Island for the construction of a unique and beautiful insect museum with Hundredstarian architecture. The aim of creation and construction of artificial lakes is the cultural, knowledge and recreational usages of them.

Swanborough

Swanborough is a beautiful historic village at the foot of Highwater Mountain, 337km east of Coldoflea. This is a village of living traditions, architectural styles (all in red clay), and probably the most interesting example of human adaptation to nature, wherein one can transcend the boundaries of time and space and experience the ancient civilization and culture of Hundredstar.

The village is compact, with narrow and sloped lanes, and houses located on the slope as if placed on a stairway. Here, the roofs of some houses are used to serve as the courtyard for other houses higher up on the slope. The language spoken by the literate people of Swanborough is Cryomian. They are deeply committed to honoring their traditions.

While Pulang does not welcome many visitors, most tourists that do come tend to land in the capital city of Kuala Tebing, located at the mouth of the Tebing River — on the southern coast of the island nation. It is the capital city of Pulang, and is perhaps the place most open to tourists throughout the country, with a small nightlife scene.

Too much Bureaucracy is not Good.
Written by Indusse

The Month of September, saw the parliament of India passing a revolutionary amendment of the constitution reducing Bureaucracy in the region. Honourable Prime Minister and member of parliament, Hindu Ram Rajya presented the bill titled "[Amendment] Removal of People's Council and Certain Ministries" which would remove the People's Council and The Ministries of Labour and Communication from the regional executive. The People's Council was that organ of the regional executive that used to moderate the Regional Message Board (RMB), Roleplay Posts and implement ideas for polls. The People's Council members had the power to suppress Roleplay Posts only with the permission of the Minister of Cultural Affairs. The People's Council continued to suppress posts but without the permission of the Minister and was going through conflicts with the cabinet. The Communication Ministry and Labour Ministry were inactive and wasn't doing any work which led the presented to propose its merger into Home Ministry. The Amendment also decided to appoint deputy ministers for communication and labour which would be under the surveillance and decision of the home minister. It was also decided that The Minister of Culture, who oversees the roleplay shall open applications for a five-member "Roleplay Council" to assist and oversee the roleplay in the region. The Amendment also allowed the People's Council and MoC, MoL ministers to regain their parliament membership until the end of the current government's term. The Parliament Proceedings was headed by the Minister of External Affairs and Deputy Speaker Indusse due to the absence of the speaker Gujarati Republic. The voting took place as soon as the discussions got over and eleven parliamentarians voted for it and two voted against. The fact is that those who voted against the amendments were People's Council members. The Amendment passed and an executive order was published by the founder, which can be found Linkhere.

Cricket Season once again!

One of the main attractions of the region is its sports roleplaying culture. Nationstates Sports is one of the only roleplaying categories which is identified as an official roleplay in the community. India had sporting events from its former existence (Before 2011) and was formally re-established in 2017-2018 under the delegacy of Indusse. There have been three main sporting events after that namely the All India Cricket Blast (AICB), All India Football Cup (AIFC) and All India Champions League (AICL). Later, the AICL was abandoned but AIFC and AICB continued to be conducted. The AIFC was conducted thrice just like the AICB. Cricket is regarded as the most played sport in India, Jhalpharezhi (Vangaziland) has won the tournament twice being the most successful team in the event's history. The Event management has decided to open signups for the fourth edition of All India Cricket Blast after the final matchday of the Cup of Harmony tournament. Understanding My Bharat
Part II : Arunachal Pradesh
Written by Indusse

ndia, officially the Republic of India (Bhārat Gaṇarājya), is a country in South Asia. It is the seventh-largest country by area, the second-most populous country, and the most populous democracy in the world. Last Edition, we introduced you to the state of Andhra Pradesh and this edition you will know more about the northeastern state of Arunachal Pradesh.

Arunachal Pradesh lit. 'Land of Dawn-Lit Mountains')[14] is an Indian state in Northeast India. It was formed from the erstwhile North-East Frontier Agency (NEFA) region and became a state on 20 February 1987. It borders the states of Assam and Nagaland to the south. It shares international borders with Bhutan in the west, Myanmar in the east, and a disputed border with China in the north at the McMahon Line. Itanagar is the state capital of Arunachal Pradesh. Arunachal Pradesh is the largest of the Seven Sister States of Northeast India by area. Arunachal Pradesh shares a 1,129 km border with China's Tibet Autonomous Region. The emblem depicts the Sun rising between the peaks of Komdi and Daphabum above a Mithun bison head and is supported by two Hornbills with the crest being formed by the Emblem of India. The Mithun bison and hornbill are the official state animals and birds of Arunachal Pradesh and mountains and sunrise allude to the name of the state which translates into "the land of dawn-lit mountains". Arunachal Pradesh is located between 26.28° N and 29.30° N latitude and 91.20° E and 97.30° E longitude and has an area of 83,743 km2 (32,333 sq mi). The beautiful orchid sanctuary and the Tipi Orchid Sanctuary is also an ideal place for your list of places to visit. Along with this one can have their taste buds have an experience of Tawang by indulging in the area's unique cuisine. Indian Army is one of the Largest and one of the most experienced Armies in the world. It has fought several wars with the recent war being fought in 1999, many would have wondered how can someone lead such an Army over the vast areas of the Indian Subcontinent with various terrain. Today we will answer this question, the simple answer you might get will likely be "Indian Army Is divided into Commands which take care of certain areas." But you must wonder what exactly is a Command? How many are there? What are their responsibilities? First we must understand what is a Command

What is a Command?

An Army Command is a large formation, mainly consisting of 3-4 Field Corps (not to be confused with Service Corps) and covers a large area which is mainly a few states, this area where a command operates is known as "Area of Responsibility" (AoR). The number of Units and area of responsibility can vary depending on the mission of the command, a Command is lead by a Lieutenant General who is a Three-Star ranked Commissioned Officer (CO), when leading a Command, they are referred to as General Officer Commanding-in-Chief (GOC-in-C). All Commands report directly to the Army HQ in New Delhi, which is lead by the Chief of Army Staff (COAS).

Indian Armed Forces also have Two Tri-service Commands but they will be discussed some other day. 50th Parachute Brigade is directly under the Army HQ.

What is the most visited city in your country?

Yinghua, which is known for having Chuying's largest river (the Yinghua) that has multiple canals and streams that run throughout the city and is often called "The Venice of the Pacific" due to this, despite not having boats or water transport in the river since it's been banned due to environmental concerns. It is surrounded by mountains and valleys, making it a picturesque destination. It has also preserved the colonial British architecture as well as ancient Jyun settlements and temples which makes it a unique blend of Western and Eastern architecture, you can often see locals entering a temple to pray and then immediately heading across the street for afternoon tea inside a colonial era hotel.

Although it used to be a quiet village, it has over 120,000 full-time residents year round, and during the spring in the peak tourism season the population can go up to 420,000 due to the influx of non-residents. After over 1 million tourists entered the city in a stampede that lasted 4 days in 1997, more strict regulations were put in place in order to prevent another one from occuring. The local city government often issues temporary "lockdowns" to prevent overcrowding of the city and cause damage to the local environment and public services, so tourists that wish to visit often have to apply for accomodation and book everything in advance so they don't miss their holidays.
