Region status will be changing soon, as I recognize The Philippines as the official name for the country, as opposed to Philippines, which I do not control.
Transitioning to Matrix
Embassy offers will be accepted
The plan now is to add a new region to our matrix list every week, so that any new embassy offers sent to any of my existing matrix regions can keep up to date. See how that idea holds.
