This is his warning log. A pleathra of repeat offences and frankly some of the worse offenses when it comes to ioc law.

Thats a fair point. If i do get unbanned, if you have to warn me once, you can ban with no appeal. No matter the offense

Ah. I have found a rule that makes this a pretty open and shut case.

"4. _Permabans are indefinite bans which cannot be revoked or appealed under any circumstances. These shall never be directly handed out to offenders. In order for a permaban to be made, the offender must first be reviewed by the King and the Prime Minister so that a ruling may be given. Once accomplished, the ruling is turned over to the Minister of Justice, who shall give the final decision on whether or not the offending nation must be permabanned. In the event that the King and/or Prime Minister are unavailable, the offending nation shall be kept indefinitely banned until the ruling can then be made."

Since Yi was permabanned, this rule comes into effect. It cannot be revoked or appealed under any circumstance.

The law was changed, Permabans no longer exist. I believe all exciting permanent bans were converted to indefinites.
