Do you still have contacts with these raiders that currently hold those two regions that you took? We're not exactly concerned with actually trying to "take back" those regions, as they've never been part of the IOC government. We're mainly concerned with you sustaining contacts with the raider community, which is not something that would be tolerable within the IOC.

Alright. Kingdom Of Englands, I'm fine with him returning to the region now. He was mostly permabanned for repeatedly causing numerous petty offenses, instead of causing one gigantic offense like the others. He just needs to make sure he has zero contact with raiders.
