With Britain's current predicament, Austria is shopping around for more economic partners. With Austrian interest in expanding its Agricultural and Tourist base, the Austrians have made offers for the above mentioned powers to invest in Austria's potential for these industries.

Yes 3 million is a lot of money, look up 3 million in 1920 and it should show the conversion to modern day

SIC: Japan has no interest in allowing the MG from keeping the largest navy afloat, if France is concerned about BOG then this would also prevent them from taking the fleet if the odds shift to them.

Sorry but I don't think it's realistic for you to be able to just throw away Fifty-four million four hundred forty-three thousand one hundred fifty-seven dollars. I'm using dollars because I can't find a ruble converter and really no-one wants Rubles.

Regardless I don't see where you have Fifty-four million four hundred forty-three thousand one hundred fifty-seven dollars or it'd equal in Rubles on hand and with the amount of monetary support you've already been providing you've quickly drained any ability to continue and maybe even hurt your fragile economy.

You ain't anywhere near the USSR capable of such massive monetary support or much foreign aid at all given how preoccupied you'd be with your current proxies and trading partners. Realistically only the US could be offering such huge sums right now and even they would offer it as loans not grants.

SIC: All of Britain is in France’s backyard, and any action against the MG counts as an action for the BOG. There is no in-between. If possible, France would like to negotiate with the MG for the temporary handover of the British fleet instead of an offensive.
