By the 2090s "Astell Dreamer" or as he is known now as "Astell the Great" finally took his place as an absolute monarch and the Regency Council was disbanded, from there he would begin the Golden Age of expansion for the monster people rapidly expanding the nation throughout the latter years of the 22nd century, until the 24th and establishing the Empire of Ebbot as his legacy. His son "Taesll dreamer" or "Taesll the wise" maintained the Empire as it was and also rapidly expanded its industrial economic and Military capabilities more than ever before. His daughter "Katherine Dreamer" or "Katherine the Magnificent" was born in 2492 and ruled the Empire even today, she was alive before the rise of the hegemony. In her lifetime she has seen two demon riffs open up and was responsible for closing the first one and assisting with the second one. The Primogleon dynasty first rose to significance in the 4th century BC when its founder, the Phoenician warlord Primogan, invaded the declining Neo-Mycenaean Empire and seized power over the territories of what is now modern-day Libya. Following the later collapse of the Neo-Mycenaean Empire in the Macedonian conquests, the Primogleons lived under a variety of foreign rulers such as the Ptolemies, the Romans, the Vandals, and the later Byzantines, but would eventually gain independence along with the other Crymenathean states at the turn of the 8th century AD. After defeating their last rivals, the House of Tretholeon, in 850 AD, the Primogleon dynasty would establish the Kingdom of the Orange Creek over the entirety of North Africa. In the modern age, the power of the Primogleons have been somewhat eclipsed by the rise of the Crymenathean Church, though some semblance of dynastic power has since returned following the Madrophelian Coup and the establishment of the Cosmocracy. Due to its massive size, the Primgoleons are treated more formally as a gens or aristocratic caste rather than a formal monarchical dynasty.

The House LaFleur can trace its founding to the marriage of Flor D'LaFleur and Starshine Dusk-Sparkle, both high ranking members of the Celestine court of the era, with Starshine Dusk being a member of the prestigious royal guard and Flor coming from a long line of royal gardeners. The marriage was strange at the time due to Starshine Dusk retaining his wife's last name. The house remained in relative obscurity in the Celestine court during the lifetime of Starshine Dusk and Flor, only coming to prominence in 900 AD after the death of Starshine's father, Moondancer Dusk-Sparkle, who was the 28th duke of Epping, an ancient Duchy formed by a distant relative to the Sparkle family of house Coutainé. Upon the death of Moondancer, Starshine's son Jason D'LaFleur appealed to then reigning Princess Celestia to permit the LaFleur family to take the title of Duke of Epping due to the ducal law mandating senior-male preference primogeniture. This title was granted via special charter, thus setting the LaFleur family as the dukes and duchesses of Epping for the next 701 years. By the 1600s the family had fallen into irrelevancy and would be relegated to the fur and cloth trade, making a name for themselves as the directors of the Equestrian Fur Guild. This would be their primary place until the 2609s, when Selano LaFleur was discovered to be an heir to the Equestrian throne, being placed in power in 2610. House LaFleur was briefly unseated from 2640 until 2665 when the throne was restored by Ophelia LaFleur where the family has continued to rule from since, holding numerous important positions across the Equestrian and Hegemonic terrritories including. Though they do not partake in combat themselves, the rule of the de Hidalgo family has seen Mexico slingshot from a chaotic, failed state ruled by mafias and cartels into a stable and prosperous union state producing what many consider to be the best soldiers in the Columbian military. While they do not hold intergalactic power, or even much diplomatic say on their home planet of Earth, they are favored by the Columbian royal family and hold moderate influence in the Columbian government thanks to their military prowess and the military and economic value of their domain.

Following the ascendancy of Guter Atreides to the title of Duke, the house would enjoy a period of increasing popularity in the Landsraad. Once a decree came from the Empress Miale, they would move to Arrakis, and from there the na-Duke Páll would fight against the Empress, leading to her overthrow. Now Emperor of Untecna, he would sire one child with a Fremen wife, Leto, and four more with a Roman, of whom Robert became na-Emperor. Robert ascended as the first human leader of Untecna upon the signing of a treaty with the Columbians, and would manage large success in thwarting efforts to undermine his regime, including taking land on Earth for the first time since the end of Bourbon rule in France, but he would fail in stopping the destruction of Arrakis, which eventually led to his overthrow when Archos was sacked. Following a period of Columbian occupation, Irulan would rise as the region's new leader, keeping a more moderate approach to some of her father's policies. The family has become much more human supremacist following Robert's reign, but remains in the service of Columbia, despite their resistance.

Through an alliance and later personal union with Prekrasnaya, Tsar Ukhov, the first Zadanev monarch, was able to gain power in 774 CE and establish the Dom Zadanevykh as the sole Imperial Family of the First Hyperborean Federation. For nearly the next two millennia, the Zadanev dynasty maintained its autocratic, totalitarian grip on power, never succumbing to the revolutions and unrest that ravaged the state. However, the accession of Tsaritsa Katyusha « Groznyy » to the throne in 2572 CE would mark the beginning of the end for the Zadanev grip on totalitarian power, as her despotic and brutal rule would eventually result in her ousting and subsequent abdication, and a revolution in 2695 CE that brought democratic rule to Hyperborea, which installed the Zadanev family as mere figureheads to the country before the monarchy's eventual abolishment and outlawing thanks to the Cosmocratic Accession in 2722 CE. The House of Zadanev and most of its members fled to the newly independent Prekrasnaya, where they rule over what is essentially a Hyperborean rump state.

After the counter coup, they had been exiled from the nation and held residency in Untecna until an incident happened which resulted in Ieoni and her two children fleeing to Ebbot, where they now reside.

The 16th Constitutional Convention of the 110th Government Session of the 52nd Council of the People's
As major education reforms and the last Judicial Reforms were completed, Archduchess Ophelia would summon a joint session of the House of Lords, The Council Of the People's and the Politburo to form the 16th constitutional convention. Since the collapse of the Equestrian Republic in 2660 under Kant, the Equestrian government had not held a formal constitutional framework, instead using the informal system of governance and regulation established at the first council of the People's in 2581. However, Equestria was much larger than it had been back in 2581, and a proper constitution was needed in order to provide a record of the established conventions.
The Convention would last three months from April to June of the year 2723, wherein all current government forms would be written and recorded, the constitution would maintain the current system that Equestria was under, merely codifying and unifying the various decrees, laws, and Diktats which had been passed to create the offices and current government. A few changes would however be made including

1. Equestria was to officially be known as the Grand Hegemonic Plurinational Archducal Equestrian Union of Intergalactic States
2. Equestria was officially a Federal Constitutional Monarchy.
3. The 2018 bill of rights would be recodified and reasserted.
4. The Council of the People's would officially be known as the Intergalactic Council of the People's on official documents.
5. The Supreme Court would be formally and perpetually secularised.
At the end of the convention the Archduchess would order a national referendum be held on the new constitution, with copies being sent to all 25,000 of the Federal States. The Referendum would pass with 89% voting yes to the establishment of the Constitution, thus passing the 75% threshold required for a referendum to pass.
With this a copy of the Constitution would be sent to the Hegemonic High Offices for posterity, and work would begin to establish Constitutional Law Schools across the Equestrian Education system, with the National University of Equestria being the first to offer courses at 23 of its 120 campuses.
The convention would prove quite a popularity boost for the Archduchess and the Legislature, as the era of stability and growth continued in Equestria. With many calling Ophelia worthy of being listed among the powerful monarchs in the galaxy. Some even would dare to say that she was on level with Thrawn or the Autarch in her ability to lead. Of course whatever was said about her did not matter to Ophelia, they could say whatever they wanted, she cared only for the wellbeing and continued expansion of Equestria, after all, if she was to indeed reign 1,000 years...she would have to establish a strong foundation so that in perhaps 200 or so years she could step back and let things run themselves.

The Xeosian Empire would bring the request to be discussed by both its colonies and its vassals. After one hour of debate, it was agreed that the Confederate Council would not be allowing the Equestrians permission to establish offices for the Royal Society of Research within the borders of the Xeosian Confederacy.
Constitutional Convention of 2723
The Surainian Military has announced a constitutional convention which equal gatherings from all of the provinces of Surainion and all of the parties of the National Sovereignty Council to establish a new constitution for Surainion which will be more effective that the chaos of the previous periods. The Surainian Military and Several Right Wing parties had expressed their opposition to holding an outright election under the old constitutional due to a belief that the administrative framework and political culture of the country had given too much power to forces which wished to suppress the will of human nationalists in favor of egalitarian parties which could hedge for support against the poles of xeno and human supremacy. This had not been a particular criticism of the Surainian government when it was founded, but now that Surainion had nearly a pro-hegemonic government human nationalists, who still held the support of almost 30% of the population, rejected the idea that the government could support its interests and prepared for violent conflict, believing that the quashing of hegemonic militias would allow them easy takeover, for which many xeno-supremacists counter-mobilized. The military forced all factions to stand down and agree to hold a summit in the city of Rye in the province of the same name, which was one of the few more neutral regions of Surainion.
The constitutional convention will be chance for political actors of all sides to decide the future of Surainion and what its new form of government will be at the conclusion. Due to the broad invites, the convention is hoped to be representative of will of the people.
The Equestrian Department of Education would state to the Vsshtakian government that the program was intended to send post-graduate students in certain areas of studies (History, Law, etc.) to study at local institutions in Vsshtak as a way to broaden their knowledge and academic experience and skills.
James Adams, being the head of the pro-hegemonic movement would of course make his appearance at the convention. Bringing with him a privately Inquisition approved constitutional framework.
The framework in question would decentralize the government into local communities of 100,000-500,000 citizens, each community would elect a local representative to serve at an annual convention to discuss national laws and issues of that year or upcoming year.
The government would have no formal head of state, save a president whose duties it was to mediate this council of representatives, and the president would be elected by the council every 5-years.
Thus the government would only be fully centralised in the executive and armed forces.
The system he proposed called for the end of partisanship and was a radical form of traditional republicanism which had been adopted almost two centuries prior for around 50-years in Equestria.
The Political Framework that James Adams proposed was criticized by the Human Nationalists immediately upon introduction. To them, this new government was exceptionally effeminate and unable to live up to the political demands of Surainion, which they believe required a strong central government to secure the country. Indeed, the Nationalists began adopting James' Adams language against him, proposing that only a strong, centralized regime could manage to enforce and strengthen the nation. While some of them were fine with the republicanism included in his administration, particularly the more traditionalist nationalist parties, the Party of the Sovereign Right of Kings wanted Ezekiel to take the throne of the country and rule with an iron fist. The Surainian Military was strong opposed to putting itself under political control, wanted to maintain its historic perpetual independence from all forms of authority. Members of the convention not directly affiliated with Adams but supportive of egalitarian parties loved the general principles behind the constitutional provisions, but they wanted more direct democracy inherent in the system of government and wished for a representative per every 25-50,000 people, granting a total of 25-10,000 people in the National Sovereignty Council, which they said was reasonable considering the size of the Equestrian legislature at certain points. The provinces were furious at their own dissolution and rejected it absolutely, particularly the monarchist Shanxi Empire. Xeno nationalists had divided opinions on the bill, with it being divided on royalist-republican lines.
Next, the Human Nationalists alongside the Military proposed a republican government which was composed of a strong central executive appointed by relatively small democratically elected legislature of 500, the current size of the National Sovereignty Council. It gave strong authority to both provinces and the federal government to crack down on crime and investigate traitors to the regime. It denied political participation to foreign influenced parties and allowed the Military its much wanted autonomy. The proposal was essentially a replication of the old crypto-fascist regime that existed in Surainion prior to the neko plague and neko monarchies in the 2300s. However, the proposal was broadly rejected by monarchists in the SRK and xeno parties, with only minor support from democratic center who worried about its excessive provisions. Next, the Xeno Nationalists gave a throwaway proposal described by Salyvdir Hybryres of the SRK as 'become a xeno, govern later' even though it did have some interesting provisions about cyber democracy and cultural monarchism.
The ball was back in James Adams' court.

James Adams would consider all parts of all sides as he worked to balance the requests of all members. He would agree to the matter of Military sovereignty, as no state was a state without a strong military. He would approve the matter of a strong monarch, but not an iron-fisted one, and most certainly not an Untecnan one. Citing the Untecnan rebellion against Columbia.

The Emperor/Empress has primary legislative power, although the judiciary and legislative branch can revoke certain laws passed by the ruler, thus allowing for a system of checks and balances.
The Legislative branch consists of a special “Council of Citizens” which consists of representatives from the Communes divided among 1,000-100,000 citizens.Each representative is elected by the population of the commune, The council meets every year from January to April, either in one session, or in separate sessions depending on how many times the council recesses. Usually there are three sessions which last one week each, however, longer sessions can occur depending on the topics being discussed.
The council has the power to pass overarching legislation which affects the entire nation and all the communes, raise or lower taxes, define land boundaries, ratify treaties, declare war, as well as institute oversight and investigations via the formation of government offices
As for the monarch issue, he would state that an electorate should be formed to elect a new royal house.
He would continue to stress an end to partisanship.
The message from the OPA would be picked up by radio telescope arrays in Umaq, which sets off a firestorm of debate within the Secretariat. The older ruling wing of the party argues for the utter rejection of the aid, stating that they will not embarrass and degrade themselves to the low of needing aid from xenos who thus far have shown no other desire than the exploitation and extermination of Varmosa.
The younger wing argues that the conservatives of the party are too arrogant and stubborn to accept aid where they need it, that they are backwards and stuck riding the high of the Great War against Zonkrel. They argue that if what the OPA says is true, then they cannot hope to stand forever against the extraterrestrial onslaught of the Columbians and that they need all of the help they can get, whether it be from the OPA and other like-minded alien nations and organizations, or even warming relations with the Free Nations and forming a temporary united front to protect Varmosa.
The sentiments from the debates of the Secretariat even begin to spill out into the general public. With the complete disaster that was the Raigutian Yellow Uprising, the chaos from the Columbian arrival, the failing economy as a result of the arms and space races with the Free Nations, and increasing news of the Free Nation's technological and economic prosperity relative to the People's Union, many within the People's Union begin rethinking their allegiance. Yalois especially finds itself with a growing dissension movement, rejecting both the hard-line communism of Thainist Umaq, but also rejecting the oppression and lavish spending of the Yaloisian monarchy.

However, recent discussions within Melons have changed this stance, and after careful consideration, the decision to begin investing in the Black Mesa Research Facility was made. An initial investment of 1 billion Nigerian Dollars was to be made immediately, along with additional investments of 100 million Nigerian dollars quarterly.

House Rothschild used to be a powerful banking family on Terra, in the 21st century they held around 3% of the planet's entire wealth, and were subject to many conspiracies. This massive wealth however, would wane overtime with the Rothschilds being left with only minor royal positions still within their Bingen homeland. To attempt and regain some relevance, the Rothschild's merged with the now wealthier Silesian Kozłowski family to form the House of Rothschild-Kozłowski. Both families still hold minor positions of power in various locations across Bingen, but Robert Kozłowski is the most well known member and has generated half of the family's current income. Besides their massive wealth, House Rothschild-Kozłowski holds very little influence or territory.
The rejection of an Untecnan monarch on the grounds that he was rebelling against Columbia did not go down well with the representatives at the National Convention. Surainians strongly oppose imperialism and the vassal networks which lead to the subjugation of one nation over another. To them, accepting the system is also accepting the right of a stronger imperium to subjugate and turn Surainion into a mere puppet regime which is forced to obey the opinion and accept of the values of their senior partner. Some members of the Convention thought that Untecna was extremist and too radical to accept as a country; however, they still sided with Untecna over Columbia in this particular matter due to a belief that Untecna was not the aggressor in the conflict and that Columbia had led an illegal invasion of a sovereign regime. As a result, members of the Convention believed that James Adams would be supportive of imperialists' vassalization of Surainion, which ruined his attempts to distance himself from being a mere puppet of the hegemony, which ultimately hurt his reputation in the Convention. It especially angered the Sovereign Right of Kings which was outraged over the opinion and Shanxi which still criticized the lack of role of states and national boundary redrawing due to its traditional political autonomy and had been looking to secure a royal marriage to the Atreides. However, they agreed on a royal council to elect the monarch.
His allies also wanted the monarch to have limited power as opposed to primary legislative power, with the monarch serving a more ceremonial and cultural role with a Prime Minister or other elected leader being more the center of political authority; however, they were fine with a strong legislative branch to compensate.
