Iranian-state

The Turkic State wrote:Ottoman Empire and Iran Aiming to Strengthen Bilateral Relations and Boost Economies

The Ottoman Empire has expressed its warm welcome to Iranian-state's expressed willingness to normalise relations. In response, the Ottoman Ministry of Treasury and Trade has initiated talks with Iran to discuss the construction of a railroad connecting various cities of strategic importance in both countries. This ambitious project is expected to not only enhance bilateral ties but also bring about substantial economic benefits for both nations.
The proposed railroad routes, once completed, will serve as a vital transportation link between Iranian cities and Ottoman cities. This infrastructure development is anticipated to facilitate the movement of goods, services, and people, thereby fostering increased trade and cultural exchange between the two nations.

The Ottoman Empire, recognising the potential of this collaboration, aims to reciprocate Iranian-state''s positive approach by actively engaging in discussions and negotiations. Istanbul has already begun the initial stages of dialogue with Iranian counterparts to explore the feasibility and logistics of the project.

The construction of the railroad routes is projected to have a transformative impact on the economies of both countries. By improving connectivity and reducing transportation costs, it is expected to stimulate trade and investment, leading to a boost in economic growth. Additionally, the project is anticipated to create numerous job opportunities, benefiting the workforce in both nations. This initiative aligns with the Ottoman Empire's commitment to fostering regional cooperation and strengthening diplomatic ties. By embracing this collaborative effort, both nations aim to enhance their economic resilience and promote sustainable development.

As the discussions continue, the Ottoman Empire and Iranian-state look forward to a fruitful partnership that will not only strengthen their bilateral relations but also contribute to the overall stability and progress of the region.

Sultan Orhan II Welcomes New Ambassadors to the Ottoman Empire

In a grand and elaborate welcoming ceremony held at the prestigious Dolmabahce Palace in Istanbul, Sultan Orhan II extended a warm reception to the newly appointed ambassadors from the Kingdom of Saechosun and the Soviet-Federation. The esteemed guests, Myo Yong-Chol from Korea and Nikita Kuzmin from the Soviet Federation, were greeted with utmost respect and honor.

During the ceremony, Sultan Orhan II delivered a short but impactful speech, expressing his optimism for the future of bilateral relations between the Ottoman Empire and these two influential nations. He emphasized his hope that the presence of the new ambassadors would pave the way for enhanced cooperation and prosperity between the Ottoman Empire, the Kingdom of Saechosun, and the Soviet-Federation.

In a gesture of reciprocity, Sultan Orhan II also announced the appointment of new ambassadors from the Ottoman Empire to the Kingdom of Saechosunand the Soviet-Federation. Ergun Guven for Korea and Esra Guler for the Soviet Federation were introduced as the ambassadors who will foster stronger ties and facilitate fruitful exchanges between the Ottoman Empire and these nations.

With these new ambassadors assuming their roles, the Ottoman Empire looks forward to a promising future of fruitful partnerships and shared accomplishments with the Kingdom of Saechosun and the Soviet-Federation.

IRAN WILLING TO PARTICIPATE IN RAIL & ROAD PROJECTS

The Ministry of Infrastructure, the Ministry of Commerce, in conjunction with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, is willing to include several passenger rail, freight rail, and freeway connections to Iran to help boost connectively and actively promote overland trade between the two nations, and help stimulate local economies with jobs and increased revenue via these new connections between the vast road & rail networks of both nations.

Since both Iran and the Ottoman Empire have the same track gauge (1,435 mm) and right-hand traffic, it makes connections much easier to construct. For each of the three proposed combined rail & road links, Iran proposes that each nation build their own section of track and road and meeting at a designated point to connect the rail & road links. Iran's three proposals include a connection between Huzaye and Basrah with a meeting point at the Iranian border city of Khorramshahr, a connection between Kirman and Baghdad with a meeting point at Mansura (IRL Mehran), and a final connection between Tawres and Van, with a stopover at Salmas, Iran and a meeting point at Kapıköy, Ottoman Empire.

All three connections will feature, unless it is to be changed or modified, a 4-way freeway (2 lanes in each direction), with border checkpoints, and a 2-way railway to serve both passenger and freight rail, with technologically advanced signalling and logistics systems to prevent crashes. For international passengers, similar to airport terminals, customs and security will be done as normal due to it being an international route.

Iran hopes to collaborate with the Ottomans on these great international projects, serving as a testament to peace and continued relation-building for the betterment of the peoples of these two vast and diverse nations.

Ottoman-Ryamwai Relations

In response to the new visa policy introduced by the nation of Ryamwai, the Ottoman Empire witnessed a significant boost in tourism to the southeast Asian nation, with a notable 10% increase in Ottoman visitors to the country. To further promote tourism, the Ottoman Empire implemented a visa-free regime for Ryamwai, allowing its citizens to enjoy a 30-day stay without the need for a visa. This move aims to encourage more travelers from the Ryamwai to explore the beauty and cultural richness of the Ottoman Empire.

The visa-free regime has been met with enthusiasm by Ottoman tourists, who have eagerly embraced the opportunity to experience the cultural richness and natural beauty of Ryamwai. The nation's vibrant cities, breathtaking landscapes, and unique cultural heritage have captivated the hearts of Ottoman travelers, prompting them to embark on memorable journeys to Ryamwai.

BEZLIKYI
I N V E S T I G A T I O N S

UNRAVELING THE SHADOWS BEHIND THE APATITY INCIDENT

The apartments in Apatity where the incident occured.

.

In the aftermath of the incident in Apatity, Bezlikyi has undertaken an exhaustive investigation to unravel a narrative steeped in mystery and potential government involvement. Employing a meticulous blend of traditional investigative methods and creative sourcing, Bezlikyi presents an extensive, in-depth analysis challenging the official narrative surrounding the events that have unfolded across Romanovskaya and Ukhta in recent weeks.

Central to our investigation is a revelation that could reshape the narrative—the interception of a crucial phone call mere minutes before the reported suspicious activity in Apatity. In this conversation, a woman, proficient in Russian and conspicuously devoid of a Finnish accent, issues directives: "carry one sack at a time" and "look out for patrols." With the help from an anonymous informant, Bezlikyi was able to trace this call back to a telephone exchange unit serving Okhrana offices, the preeminent security agency in Romanovskaya. A startling twist, as the Okhrana should not officially operate in Ukhta. This clandestine operation raises profound questions, suggesting covert activities that transcend the established narrative.

Our sources indicate that the intercepted call was made from a burner phone registered under a false identity, further deepening the mystery surrounding the Apatity incidents. The implications of this revelation are profound, pointing towards a level of organisation and coordination that challenges the conventional understanding of the events.

Okhrana Headquarters, Vyborg, Romanovskaya.

.

A whistleblower within the Ukhtan police service thrusts another piece into the puzzle—a suspicious incident in Kondopoga, Ukhta. A vehicle mirroring the description of the one observed at the Apatity apartments was intercepted. Occupants, identified as Yevgeny Konoplyanka and Valery Zolotov, presented Okhrana identification cards. Remarkably, a call from Petrozavodsk promptly ordered their release and the immediate obliteration of all records tied to their apprehension. The implications of this orchestrated intervention are deeply troubling, suggesting a clandestine network extending beyond Apatity.

Additional information obtained from sources close to the Ukhtan police reveals that Konoplyanka and Zolotov were detained under suspicion of possessing materials consistent with those used in the Apatity incident. However, the sudden intervention from higher authorities to release them adds another layer of intrigue to an already complex narrative.

Bezlikyi's inquiry into the "Veri ja Kunnia" group, accused by authorities of orchestrating the earlier Vyborg and Murmansk attacks, exposes a confounding reality. While the group and its members undeniably exist, they appear to constitute an exceedingly small and isolated entity. Despite their existence, our investigation casts doubt on the group's ability to orchestrate and execute such complex, destructive attacks. Bezlikyi raises the question of whether this fringe group is being manipulated as a convenient scapegoat in a larger, more covert operation.

Our extensive research into "Veri ja Kunnia" suggests that the group primarily espouses nationalist sentiments but lacks the organisational capacity to execute large-scale, coordinated attacks. The group's activities, primarily confined to small-scale protests and online rhetoric, stand in stark contrast to the scale and sophistication of the attacks in Vyborg and Murmansk.

Image taken from a Veri ja Kunnia social media post.

.

As the threads of evidence weave together, Bezlikyi boldly posits an unsettling prospect—that state security agencies may be intricately linked to the attacks, with the objective of quelling the rise of Finnish nationalist sentiment in the western part of the country. By associating Finnish nationalism with neo-Nazis and terrorists, there appears to be a calculated effort to manipulate public perception and paint Finnish nationalists as a significant threat to Russian lives.

The intercepted call, combined with the orchestrated release of suspects connected to the Apatity incident, suggests a level of coordination that extends beyond the activities of isolated extremist groups. The question of motive looms large—is this a strategic effort to suppress dissent and nationalistic sentiments, or is there a more covert geopolitical play at hand?

In light of these disconcerting revelations, Bezlikyi issues an emphatic call for an impartial, independent, and exhaustive inquiry. The citizens of Romanovskaya and Ukhta are entitled to transparency and accountability. It is imperative to unearth the truth behind these incidents to ensure justice and uphold democratic values. As the nation grapples with the aftermath of tragedy, Bezlikyi implores the government to address these concerns head-on and provide the public with the answers they rightfully deserve.

We also call on the international community, including the European Council to take strong steps towards holding the State Union authorities to account and ensuring that an independent investigation can take place under the observation of international observers to ensure there is no interference in the investigative process by the authorities.

TO: The Ambassador of the State Union of Romanovskaya and Ukhta to the Republic of Zeleniya
FROM: The Foreign Office, Yelizovo
RE: Concerns regarding Investigative Reports by Bezlikyi

Good Evening,

In light of the release of the recent report by Bezlikyi Investigations regarding the "Apatity Incident," the Zeleniyan general public's opinion of Romanovskaya and Ukhta has begun shifting into an unfortunate state, with the controversial reports being circulated by Zeleniyan media resulting in an increasingly negative view of the country's government. As a consequence, Zeleniyans are beginning to express criticism against the Government of Zeleniya's continued partnership with the State Union: for example, several pundits on a prominent national news outlet, in a primetime TV broadcast before a far-reaching national audience several days ago, have even went as far as accusing the Zeleniyan Government of "being complicit with a corrupt regime," a statement which is unbecoming of the years of cooperation and partnership that has fostered between Zeleniya and Romanovskaya and Ukhta but one which has unfortunately manifested as a result of the shocking developments of recent.

The Government of Zeleniya has made it an imperative to maintain cohesive relations between our two peoples and to assure the people of Zeleniya that Romanovskaya and Ukhta continues to be a spirited geopolitical partner in upholding the international rule of law. Therefore, the Foreign Office hereby summons the Ambassador of the State Union of Romanovskaya and Ukhta to the Republic of Zeleniya to explain in detail the nature of these investigations and to establish any assurances against allegations of corruption, malicious powerplay and machiavellianism suggested by the investigations. Such explanations will help clarify to the general public of Zeleniya and assure that the ironclad partnership between our countries prevails against all odds.

Foreign office announces priorities for upcoming year

Mr Hamish Hammond MP:

"The British Crown Commonwealth has historical commitments and a current desire to help forge a more equal and prosperous world. International development is core to our own national interest as well as the right thing to do.

Today we assert again our commitment to change the lives of the world’s poorest and drive forward shared prosperity with a commitment of 0.5% of GDP to foreign aid, or £18.4bn ($23.4).

Today, we reaffirm our priorities, and show how we can secure these goals through partnership to achieve progress and prosperity. And we underline Britain’s historic commitment through the international system to those who dwell in the poorest and most challenging of circumstances.

We will unapologetically seek to promote a British policy and priority, which is above party politics, and which is seared into our national conscience as people across our country have shown through their generosity and compassion to those suffering in distant places, where for many in their darkest moments after flood, earthquake and disaster, we hope to be a light at a time where the international system is fractured."

Already committed:

Banglades h to receive £200mn from BCC Aid Budget

The Foreign Office is happy to announce that following discussions with Bangladesh, £100mn has been allocated from the international aid budget for:

  • Climate Change resilience, including flood management, carbon reduction and community based initiatives

  • Health care initiatives for women and girls including maternity services

  • Grants to the central government to monitor safety and work conditions in textile factories.

  • River pollution fund, including education, pollution capture and recycling.

The BCC and Bangladesh will work though NGO's and through the Foreign Office to ensure the allocation of funds is well used in a way that benefits the people of Bangladesh effectively and both governments are looking forward to continuing their close association to deliver real on-the-ground improvements to people's lives.

The rise of the Soviet-Federation to the GSA (Coming at the same time of Chinese bases being constructed) is a high priority threat to the CSE and to The Nordic Kingdom. With the Nordic Commonwealth being close to Chinese Bases, and The USSR having a strong presence in the Arctic, an encirclement of sorts is a concern. An encirclement on our trade, military force and relationship with the world could be lessened.

As such, we should begin to focus on strengthening deterrents, and if needed, potentially limiting access through the Nordic Straits so Russian Military Forces in the Baltic are unable to exit, and potentially limiting it further to no access in or out for any Soviet Vessel, Commercial or Military.

To this point, the maintenance of the Greenland-Iceland and Iceland-BCC straits are paramount. Further efforts into Greenland and asserting a return to Nordic Values is important. Various missions involving this are reserved for in person meetings on a need to know basis.

We will continue to monitor the ongoing GSA threat, and the subsequent actions of China and the USSR. A future memo further outlining policy and posture will be issued by the MoD.

Foreign Minister Kaczmarek Polanski, Three Star General Major Józef Stefanski and their entourage of twelve government officials greet Senator Idir Ait Slimane with a firm handshake. A grounds crew member directs the jet into a hanger as the snow has begun falling. Foreign Minister Polanski gently waves his hand at an old Soviet style architecture building asking for everyone to come inside. Two armed men hold the doors open for the many people entering the building, wherein both entourages are escorted to a sound proof conference room. This room being designed and built during the height of the Cold War and was intended to be as neutral a location as possible while still being on Polish soil. The armed men escorted everyone in quietly, leave the room and stand guard at their posts outside of the door.

Foreign Minister Polanski starts in: “I’m sorry if the security seems overkill. This is to protect you, as it would be an international incident if we had a foreign politician assassinated on our soil. Given the recent circumstances, we did take that into account. I hope at the end of this that those precautions with no longer be necessary. With that being said, allow me to show you the depths of the potential depravity we were willing to go to.”

Foreign Minister Polanski hands Senator Idir Ait Slimane a thick filing folder from a locked brief case. Foreign Minister Polanski sighs, folds his hands together and continues speaking:

“The first thing I want to say is I’m sorry. I’m however thankful the situation has been resolved without further escalation. In that folder, you’ll see the various points where in we were targeting your nation for offensive nuclear strikes. We have since destroyed the code for the targeting, and will be returning the nuclear weapons to Imperial Eagle. I must admit, I admire your nations resolve to defend an ally in such overwhelming odds. It seems as if we are not so different when it comes to defending our friends abroad. I wanted to tell you this, because I want you and your nation to be able to trust us. However, I hope you understand that this information can never leave this room, and that file folder in your hands will be destroyed.”

Idir feels a sweat start to form on his forehead as he reads the documents, major cities in the north all in the potentially destructive path of the nuclear warheads. The rest of the delegation is silent. Idir holds the the urge to lose his composure at the thought of his homeland engulfed in nuclear fire, but he he's being supporting the Diplomatic Service for decades and he composes himself fast. "So that is why we suddenly accepted the base, we didn't know they were aimed at us but out of nowhere all I could hear in government when the announcement of Imperial Eagle nuclear warheads being stationed in your nation was we needed something very similar. And now we have another diplomatic situation in our hands, but that is the President's business to sort for now. We are here to turn a page today". He hands back the documents. "These are yours to destroy, I will inform the President what I have seen and then it will be as if it never happened". "You can trust my entourage with this as well, like me they put the wellbeing of our people beyond any past feelings. Now outside the other deals our departments are ratifying we should first agree to embassies and normalization of relations. We would also recommend calming of visa restrictions between us, I tell you in Tamazgha in the current season in a span of 2 days on the road you can be in the Sahara, then riding through snowy mountains and then dipping your feet in the Mediterranean. There is no other place like it. And after this I want to explore a little bit of your country, I've been meaning to visit some historic Polish cities for a while now but never had a chance".

I agree we should let bygones be that, bygones. I have come to see you and your nation as a country of good moral standing and fortitude.”

*He hands off the documents to an aid, telling him to shred the documents before putting them into the incinerator bin. He emphasizes the importance that both of these things are done as to not cause an outburst among the public.*

“You must know Senator, I don’t much appeal to emotional senses. I generally appeal to pragmatic senses, with that being said, normalization of relations with your country is far preferable than continued hostilities as we have more to benefit from by working together. I can certainly agree to the establishment, maintenance and staffing of an embassy in North Africa. I also find it agreeable that we should let people from your country into Poland on visa and if you do so, we will uphold the same on our end. I do think it important that certain heavily trafficked tourist areas have additional security just in case of lingering ethnic tensions.”

*The foreign minister takes a drink for his water bottle and clears his throat.*

“I must admit, I understand you wanting to visit Polish cities and historic sites. However; winter isn’t the best time of year to come.”

*He chuckles and offers bottles of water to everyone before sitting down.*

Counani looks north, micronation leader Spencer-Boisrond claims beginnings of 'crusade'

Kuranosuke Spencer-Boisrond, the self-styled 'Ecumenical President of Counani', has called for a crusade to liberate the Guiana Shield from 'European colonizers' and pave the way for a 'new Mormon homeland'.

The announcement comes a mere two months after he declared the independence of the Third Republic of Counani, an unrecognized microstate currently located in the municipality of Calçoene. Popularly known as 'Brazil's Sealand', the Republic is currently comprised of a farmstead owned by Spencer-Boisrond's brother and an illegally-captured radio tower. It is officially home to around 50 'citizens', and makes most of its money from selling whimsical souvenirs from its online store.

"The Shield is a beautiful, unspoilt land with much flowers and animals," Spencer-Boisrond said. "It is the closest thing South America has to its own Garden of Eden. It is our sacred duty to safeguard it, so we may prove to our Eternal God that we are worthy of his salvation."

This 'crusade', however, might be more than just a fanciful remark. Brazil hosts the third-largest Mormon population on the planet, and guesstimates as to the number of sympathisers for the cause range from the low hundreds to at least a thousand. And to make matters worse, Spencer-Boisrond's extreme message is likely to attract the like-minded - those being ultra-conservative, militant members who pespouse bigoted views against homosexuals, non-Mormons, 'apostates', and so on.

The Jornal was able to approach a member of the Counani General Authority for comment. "In the Journal of the Discourses, [Brigham] Young drew his bowie knife over the throats of two apostates," he said. "We follow in his example so we may secure a beautiful future for the Lord's chosen race. Blood must be shed for a higher purpose."

Some among Counani's following have even gone so far as to 'rename' the Shield the 'State of New Deseret', in reference to an 1849 attempt to establish a Mormon theodemocracy in what would later become the Utah Territory*. A provisional flag, depicting blue stripes against a white background, has made the rounds on social media, as have the hashtags #DezNat**, #FreeCounani, and #NewDez.

The General Authority has encouraged "followers of the faith" to move to Counani - a message which appears to have been heeded by some. Locals in Amapá have noted an uptick in "outsiders" driving through the state, some of whom they claim were "searching for paradise".

"It's a stupid idea," a local shopkeeper remarked. "I just hope they don't do anything stupid down the road."

Heated debate in Congress sees several members censured for actions

A recent debate regarding the data leaks of not just several members of the Missouri State Senate but also the Catholic Church in the nation saw a heated exchange between members who support abortion rights and those against it. With most of the Pro-Life supporters being from southern states and from all three parties, the debate soon turned into a shouting match not unlike one that occurred a few years back regarding actions taken during the Dawes Presidency. That arguement turned violent once a fight broke out between several members of the Committee for Economic Recovery. This shouting match didn't reach that level of anger but it became so heated at one point, the Sergeant at Arms was called into the House Chamber to escort those that took part in the shouting match from the chamber and to their offices in the complex's lower levels. Order however as not restore as the debate carried on, though with less yelling and cursing and more pointed arguements and counter-arguements. For now, those members who had more to say and nearly came to blows face censure from their respective parties, casting a shadow over the upcoming Presidental Election as all three vie for control of not just Congress but the White House as well. Senator Raymond from Texas was quoted to say about the recent yelling match " It's as if someone removed common sense from their minds and rammed every verse in the Bible and other holy books into head regarding the matter of life and conception while throwing out reason and logic and turning the House Chmabers into a schoolyard madhouse."

As part of ongoing agreements, the Nordic Navy will be conducting a coast guard patrol with Greenland over the coming days. This is to enhance cooperation and inter-operability between our two countries. This will provide invaluable experience to Sailors as we conduct both drills and actual patrols in the Arctic environment close to shipping lanes in the Greenland-Iceland Gap and further north. '

Additionally a Marine force of 100 Marines will work alongside Greenland Arctic Rangers to conduct foot and vehicle exercises in sub-zero conditions. This will take place next month.

IRAN TO WITHDRAW LOW-VALUE CURRENCY FROM CIRCULATION

The Iranian Mint, operated and owned by the Ministry of the Treasury, has announced Iran's intention to withdraw several low-denomination coins from circulation. Due to inflation over many decades, these low-denomination coins have increasingly been worth little and have cost more to make than their representative value.

The Iranian currency, called the Daric, is subdivided into 100 Sigloi. The Ministry of Treasury will officially cease to mint the 1 Sigloi, 2 Sigloi, 5 Sigloi, and 25 Sigloi coins. These former coins will cease to become legal tender as well. Any purchases made with physical currency will be rounded up or down to the nearest 10 Sigloi. This change will not only serve to make purchases easier to handle with physical cash, but also get rid of the frivolity that extra space change imposes on the person.

IRANIAN-CHINESE TRADE DEAL SET TO BOOM THE ECONOMY

In an astounding trade deal between Iran and China, Iranian shipments of 3.5 million oil barrels per day and many millions of cubic meters of LNG to China in exchange for increased revenues, in addition to other deals regarding technology between the two nations, are poised to provide economic growth to both nations. The deals are expected to generate roughly $75 billion in increased revenues for Iran.

"This deal with fossil fuels and other manufactured goods, while counterintuitive, seeks to boost Iran's diversification through the trade of these goods, with additional oil & gas revenues serving to further boost diversification. It is a win-win deal for both nations, as we seek to wean ourselves off of fossil fuels. This deal will be temporary, as the revenues will serve to boost Iran's ecofriendliness. Everyone thought that Iran would be another failed oil nation, but the resilience of the Iranian people has proven those doubters wrong," says Premier Gaanjia.

AS CYCLING EXPLODES IN POPULARITY, IRAN SEEKS TO BECOME BIKE-FRIENDLY

In the past economic quarter, it is reported by some researchers that as many as 2 million new bicycles have been sold in Iran. With many more people in urban centers biking due to the urbanism and close proximity to services, Iran's minimal sidewalks and few bicycles lanes have taken its toll on the sheer number of people on bicycles.

As people look to cycling not just as exercise, but a viable method of transportation, 1035 Iranian city governments with help from the Ministry of Infrastructure have joined to form the Cycling Transport Group, dedicated to making cities such as Rhaga, Tus, Pars, Huzaye, Gorgan, Kamrun, Tawres, Kabuda, and others the new Copenhagens and Amsterdams of Asia.

Radio Free Central Asia Broadcast: Uncovering Shadows

Somewhere in the Tajik Mountains - 16:00

Tooraj Mehrakhov (M): Good evening, dear listeners. This is Radio Free Central Asia, where the truth has a voice. Today, we bring you groundbreaking information that has come to our attention, exposing potential links between a prominent criminal figure and a high-ranking government official.

Informant (I): That's right, Tooraj. Our investigative team has been tirelessly pursuing leads, and what we've uncovered is both shocking and concerning. We have reason to suspect that Minister of Justice and Public Security, Kuuat Qasimov, may be entangled in a web of corruption that reaches the upper echelons of our government.

M: These are serious allegations, indeed. Can you share more details about the connections being suggested?

I: Certainly, Tooraj. Our sources indicate a series of financial transactions that raise eyebrows. Bank records and confidential documents suggest a flow of funds from a known criminal boss directly to Minister Qasimov's accounts. These transactions are, to say the least, questionable.

M: Astonishing. What evidence do we have to support these claims?

I: We have in our possession documents that, if authentic, paint a damning picture. These documents allegedly detail clandestine meetings and exchanges that took place between the minister and the criminal boss in question, who is known only as Bürküt, further fueling suspicions of a corrupt alliance.

M: This is a lot to take in. How is the government responding to these allegations?

I: As of now, there has been no official response from Minister Qasimov or the government. We, of course, extend an invitation for them to address these allegations and provide clarity to the public.

M: Transparency is crucial. What steps have you taken to ensure the veracity of these claims?

I: Our investigative team has cross-referenced the information from multiple sources, and we are in the process of authenticating the documents in our possession. We are committed to delivering accurate and unbiased information to the public.

M: Thank you for shedding light on this matter. We will, of course, keep our listeners updated as this story unfolds. Remember, dear listeners, here at Radio Free Central Asia, our commitment is to bring you the truth, no matter how uncom…

I. Anti-Japanese Government advocacy group puts up "Free Taiwan" billboard across from Japanese Embassy in Yelizovo's Japantown

The "Centre of Eastern Advocacy," an influential advocacy group of Chinese-Zeleniyans, other Asian-Zeleniyans and allies known for their strong opposition to Japan's continued colonial empire and Zeleniya's partnership with the Japanese government and it's ironclad solidarity with Chinese Republicanism, have installed a "Free Taiwan" billboard across from the Japanese Embassy on the corner of Kabuki and Kuznetsov Prospekts in Japantown. Amid chilly temperatures and light snow, members of the Centre of Eastern Advocacy have inaugurated the licensed billboard, which depicts the demographics of Taiwan in a way which accuses the Japanese Government of "blatant settler colonialism" and "ethnic cleansing" while, according to the illustration, depicts the "Western hypocritical rules-based order" as "turning a blind eye" to what amounts to as "one of the worst violations of international law and human dignity with respect to self-determination," ending with the slogan: #FreeTaiwan. Amidst increasing sentiment and anger against the Zeleniyan Government for it's continued, decades-long partnership with the Empire of Japan, particularly from Asian-Zeleniyans, surviving World War II veterans and progressives, the billboard has sparked rounds of discussion on the Zel-Net, with many praising the Centre of Eastern Advocacy for continuing it's strong advocacy for Taiwanese self-determination and Japanese decolonization with others condemning the group for attempting to out Japanese and Japanese-Zeleniyans as cold-hearted, unempathetic brutes. In a news conference at the Krepost earlier today, Press Secretary Anfisa Kolachuk stated that, in regards to anticipated outrage from the Japanese Government, that "any diplomatic protest by Japan must be met with an understanding of Zeleniya's constitutionally-protected free speech, including advocacy billboards legally licensed and established on private property."

II. Foreign Office announces expansion of diplomatic partnerships in Latin America

The Foreign Office has announced that it will be engaging in a "landmark program" of expanding diplomatic, trade and cultural partnership with Latin America. Referred to as the "Zeleniyan-Latin American Partnership of Peace," or "ZLAPP," the program's principal objective is to "establish and solidify partnership in the peripheries of diplomacy, commerce, culture and law enforcement" through individual sub-initiatives established on a nation-by-nation basis with the countries of Latin America. This is considered by the Foreign Office to be a critical initiative of Zeleniya to expand it's geopolitical footing outside of the periphery and dependence of the country's established partners and their networks and to firmly establish Zeleniya's place as an "ironclad bastion and axis of international cooperation" in an increasingly unpredictable multipolar world order. Considered to be the first and primate initiatives of ZLAPP, the Foreign Office is reported to be in talks with the Governments of Brazil (through BRAZEL) and Zadago (through ZELDAGO) in establishing solidified, multi-planar partnerships as outlined in the goals of the initiatives.

III. Zelenavia announces new ultra long-haul expansion

With the incoming arrival of dozens of new long haul aircraft, including more orders of the Boeing 787, Airbus A350-1000 and the Boeing 777X series, Zelenavia has announced that it will be adding new regular routes from it's principal international hub of Yelizovo Gumin International Airport, with Chairman and CEO Maxim Alkan stating that the expansion is a step-up from the company's previous major expansion, which have been fully realized and that Zelenavia is ready to be "North America's most international airline." According to Alkan, one of Zelenavia's first steps will be to stay true to market trends and transition Bali-Denpasar, Krasnoyarsk and Santiago de Zadago from seasonal to regular routes, establish brand new routes to Phuket, Kyustendzha, Ashgabat, Chengdu, Pyongyang, and Mogadishu (with Mogadishu being subject to an extensive ultra-long haul study group prior to revenue service) and to increase regular service to Rhaga, Sao Paolo, Volgograd, Saint Petersburg, Mexico City, Caracas, Edinburgh and Havana. These expansions are considered significant by industry analysts, with many seeing this development as the beginning of Zelenavia's shift toward being an international-oriented carrier in light of increased domestic and transcontinental competition from rival Zeleniyan carriers WestJet and TWICE Air American and Canadian carriers such as neighboring Alaska Airlines and Air Canada and the emergence of the Yelizovo-Nizhny Nikopol Corridor of the Zeleniyan High Speed Rail Network. According to Professor Yuri Tsukamoto of the Gumin Institute (a transport economics study institution) of Suvorovo State University , Zelenavia, a major company of the larger Alkan Transport Group bogsem, prevails as the predominant international carrier and largest market shareholder of international air routes into and out of Zeleniya, stating that connecting the world to Zeleniya and vice-versa is "a niche dominated by the Alkan name," and, despite an unfortunate plane crash and a subsequent PR nightmare, will likely maintain this market primacy for the foreseeable future.

IV. Police Reform Bill deadlocked in Congress, to go to Referendum in upcoming Presidential Election

A comprehensive police reform bill was met with congressional deadlock after the opposition had whipped enough votes in both chambers of Congress to force the bill to referendum status for the upcoming eleciton. Known as the Delegation of Policing Powers Act, the comprehensive, 504-page bill would significantly change policing within Zeleniya in response to the death of Dmitry Bukin in the hands of law enforcement from the National Police Agency, the subsequent mass protests in Zeleniya and abroad and gross systemic problems found within the Zeleniyan policing system as a result of extensive investigation efforts by a comprehensive team consisting of federal, state, local and independent experts known as the "Committee of Policing Reform." One of the most landmark parts of the bill, known as the Separate Enforcement Powers Clause, would restrict the Federal Government from primary law enforcement activities on the state, okrug (county), gorod/selo (city/village), instead delegating these activities to their respective authorities on the state, okrug and municipal levels. Furthermore, another part of the bill known as Bukin's Law would ban all law enforcement entities from using hard rattan canes (the same ones used by police to beat Dmitry Bukin to death) for corporal punishment activities and would ban the gunshot as a method of execution, which is considered by psychologists to be "unbearingly traumatic and dehumanizing. Furthermore, the bill would also require the National Police Agency and subsequently established state, okrug and gorod/selo policing agencies to dedicate appropriate funding to sensitivity training and to replace arcane policing practices with newer, innovative, tried and tested methods. The bill was sponsored by Socialist Senator Bernard Yagamov in the Senate and Zapadnyy Deputy Yegor Kaspardov in the National Duma, both of whom have highly emphasized the "importance of passing the legislation." However, calling the bill "rubbish Communist propaganda," ardent pro-Police Senators and Deputies of the Slavophiles, Guilders and Christian Conservative Union have deadlocked the Delegation of Policing Powers Act in both chambers of Congress, with the bill being short of the 2/3rds votes required of "legislation invoking significant institutional change" as outlined in the Zeleniyan Constitution. As a result, the bill will go to a popular referendum, joining many others in the already stacked Presidential Election cycle set to start several months from now.

Peace be upon you. To us, Zhonghua-Diguo is a very close ally of Tamazgha where there is a considerable amount of trust between our government's. China's base near the straight would help boost the capabilities of Tamazgha and further add a layer of security for us in our national defence. In our view a single base does not supersede control of the straight of Gibraltar similar to how Ceuta does not mean your nation has control over the straight over us and Labyrnna. However that is from our position, I admit it would probably look different from your government's position and we respect this.

Cooperation is based upon trust, and action proves better than promises. We will agree to not have a Chinese base but we must add a few points. Tamazgha will replace the Chinese base with it's own, with the only permanent personnel or equipment being from our own armed forces. But it will match exactly what was planned, minus an element which the Chinese will operate in another area of the country.

We do this as a show of goodwill and an understanding of Britain's concerns. But trust goes both ways and we would expect British Crown Commonwealth to keep their commitment in the letter you have sent in regards to Ceuta, and to keep military elements as minor as possible. The bigger the military capability on our doorstep the more we will have the militarize the area around Ceuta to contain potential threats. This is not something we want to do but any government who cares for the security of it's people would have ample protection in place.

To put things into prospective. We agree to change the ownership of the base from Chinese to Tamazghan.
There will be no permanent Chinese presence in the Gibraltar region.

We expect no further military facilities of Ceuta beyond the airport.
We expect military elements in Ceuta to be limited and to a sensible amount to not cause suspicion.

While we thank you for the monetary offer we will kindly reject it but we will remember the kind gesture.

Beyond this we would look forward to better relations in future. And will keep your nation in mind for situations such as this in future assuming the courtesy is applied to us. We await a response and should this be agreed to we will begin upholding our end of the bargain.

Dear Vice President,

We gratefully and respectfully acknowledge receipt of your letter. HM Government absolutely respects your wishes for improved defence capabilities in this important geopolitical region. We absolutely respect the Tamazgha's need to put ample protection in place.

As agreed, we will continue with the previous plans for a civil runway and airport in Ceuta, with minor improvements to port facilities to better accommodate commercial an passenger shipping. In the interests of building trust, we will invite through the embassy, officials of Tamazgha to inspect the plans and visit the site, and to any major openings of new facilities.

We deeply regret the entire incidence and hope that our two nations can continue to co-exist in peace and prosperity and, as we move forward, find ways of working together to the benefit of all peoples and nations of the Mediterranean, Africa and Europe.

Yours Sincerely, Mr Hamish Hammond, Foreign Secretary.
