Defence News Update - NT-1A/B long-range air striker to start development prototyping
Joint NATA project to improve European defence self-sufficiency

After months of development work involving government and industry, SAAB of The-kalmar-union, IAI ofScavo and BAE Systems / Rolls Royce of the British Crown Commonwealth have released limited details of the NT-1 project.

This new aircraft will be based upon NATA's F35 Lightning design but with two new variants specifically designed for precision strikes, reconnaissance and long range air-superiority from a distance with missiles, rather than close quarters dogfighting or interception. Although outwardly near to identical to the F35, the key differences will in the internal equipment where components currently supplied by non-European nations will be exchanged for native components. The most significant of which will be the jet engine, which will now be produced by Rolls Royce and the avionics and electronics produced by all three nations.

The A variant will be single seater, and the B a two-seater with a lengthened body. Both will be long range patrol interception and strike aircraft aimed at strike and long range air superiority. Its range is designed 1,600km mission range (3,200km ferry range) thanks to jettisonable fuel tanks in service in Scavo.

The NT-1 is already in service in Scavo, but will take an additional 6 months to develop. Each unit is expected to cost $90mn and is producible by UK, Scavo and Sweden and for sale to NATA nations.

The NT1 is part of a wider project to provide defence independence to Europe under the name of Trident although few details are available at present. The NT-1 is designed to carry the Sparrow, target missile which is a Scavan medium-range air-launched ballistic missile designed to interception and weapon delivery under the name ‘Silver Sparrow’. It has a range of 1,500 – 2,000km.

PRIME MINISTERS OFFICE, GOVERNMENT HEADQUARTERS, SUSANIN HOUSE, VYBORG

It was a relatively quiet morning in Susanin House, the headquarters of the Government of Romanovskaya. Prime Minister Daria Shchegolyayeva was in her office going through her emails and sipping a cup of coffee. There was a knock on her door, with Shchegolyayeva calling them to come in. It was her secretary who had brought to her letters that had been delivered for that day. Shchegolyayeva thanked her and the secretary left, closing the door behind her.

She quickly scanned through the various envelopes, picking out the ones with handwritten addresses to read first, something of a habit she had developed. The first two letters were from disgruntled citizens, relatively typical and were quickly disposed of. The third letter she picked up was different. Firstly the envelope was closed with a wax seal, and the letter itself felt very light. She opened the deal and pulled out one single piece of paper that was inside.

The paper was mostly blank, except for one handwritten name down the bottom. The name was “Olga Bolushkina”, a Major General in the Police. There was no context to the name, nor any clue as to who the letter had come from. As Shchegolyayeva placed the letter on her desk, her phone began to ring. The name “Pharmacy” appeared on the screen. Shchegolyayeva did not answer right away, instead immediately getting up and walked to the office door. She locked it, and turned around back to her desk. She picked up the phone.

Shchegolyayeva: “I have told you not to call me during work hours.”

Pharmacy: “Did you read it?”

Shchegolyayeva: “I did.”

Pharmacy: “Put her on top.”

Shchegolyayeva: “I trust you will make it worth my while?”

Pharmacy: “As always.”

Shchegolyayeva: “Then it’s done.”

The call ends, and Shchegolyayeva puts the letter back into the envelope and places it into her handbag. She stands back up and walks over to the door, unlocks and opens it. Outside her secretary is sitting at her computer. Shchegolyayeva orders her to contact all government ministers and tell them to come to a meeting for 2pm today.

[PUBLIC] :: Funeral of HRM Empress Mariana II

☩ Buonarotti Palace | Her Royal Majesty, Empress Mariana Donatella II of Barantella, was buried today at the Maddalena Chapel of Alessandria, beside her mother Empress Consort Cristiana and uncle Signore Ermanno of Suessa. She was survived by her eight grandchildren, four children and her consort Emperor Pompeo, widowed by her family and the millions of loyal admirers all around the nation and the world.

Her funeral started at the San Antonio Chapel of the Monterosso Castle's fields, the Chapel where she was baptised by Chaplain Giudonti Armagno at the age of one as Catholic Christian. This was also the place the Empress is said to receive her first communion wine and bread at five. Chaplain Armagno's son and successor, Chaplain Lorenzo Armagno, describes Her Majesty as a vibrant, lively young woman full of compassion and love when he first met her as Princess Mariana, only one year before her fathers tragic death and her coronation. She was praised and loved by the Chapel for her goodwill, as Father Lorenzo said.

The funeral then reached to the San Marco Evangalista Cathedral of Briobagli, an important temple of God for Her Majesty as a prime example of her helpfulness as a samaritan. The Cathedral had been in ruins for decades, being situated in an impoverished neighbourhood that was plagued with crime and austerity, sitting on the top of the Massimo Hill. Thanks to the help of the Sacred Heart Foundation, a goodwill foundation Her Majesty had founded during her early years as the crowned monarch, the cathedral was transformed within six months along with the neighbourhood of Borgo, which was freed from crime and poverty with the help of the crown fundings. Empress Mariana got Prince Vincenzo christened the same year it was completed as a symbolic gesture. The cathedral and the neighbourhood nearby is often attributed to be one of her major products of charity work.

The funeral ended at evening at the Maddalena Chapel in Central Alessandria, the rest place of Empress Mother Cristiana and her uncle Signore Ermanno. The funeral saw many foreign and domestic nobles, statespeople and diplomats. Patriarch of Alessandria, Francesco de Capri, had blessed her funeral for the last time, with presence of family, friends and admirers. The Buonarotti Palace has been overwhelmed with the amount of Scavese loyalists all over the nation leaving flowers and sending letters regarding the tragic farewell of Her Majesty.

She was buried along with her reign, but her impact on this world will prevail.

As to the response from the Argentine Government, we view such a reaction as more rational and if allowed, a meeting can be done to discuss this recent issue regarding a declared and long planned test.

Ministry of Foreign Affairs

Argentina is willing to address this important issue directly with the US Government. In that regard, a potential meeting could be arranged to take place after Ambassador Carlos Bordón has returned to the US mainland.

Until then, we urge the US Government to exercise restraint in its actions and to carefully consider all potential consequences that might arise if further military activities are performed.

Singing socialist music banned in public, states new government order

Following the Souther Chinese Workers' Front riots some weeks prior, singing socialist songs are now "banned" in public. According to the new Public Safety Order yesterday,
"Due to the public disturbances some week prior by socialist radicals, singing songs of a socialist nature, published by socialists, or whose lyrics include socialist elements is now classified a public disruption. Fines and temporary detainment will be issued to those who sing such tunes in public."

Rumours were confirmed when three students from the prestigious Guangzhou Medical University (广州中医药大学) were expelled and fined 3000 cash units (~700 USD) for allegedly singing the Internationale during their lunch break, according to the university authorities. At least one student was held overnight in a police station.
This move has triggered another round of protests, including one attended by around 300 demonstrators in Macau. Before being dispersed by riot police the crowds sang the anthems of the Soviet Union and the FEUSSR, the Internationale, and various other socialist songs.

President Li has announced that the new order is temporary, to be enforced for two months until public order has been restored.

Media Integrity Law to take immediate effect

By Qiao Hong
4 minute read

SHUNTIAN/JINGDU — The Media Integrity Law of the Far Eastern Union of Soviet Socialist Republics has been promulgated and will take immediate effect.

The Executive Committee of the Congress of Peoples today passed the Media Integrity Law after consulting with various journalistic bodies, agencies, law enforcement bodies, and legal experts. The Media Integrity Law aims to improve the standing of the FEUSSR's journalistic media output by enforcing stringent standards to prevent misleading or biased reporting, promote reader discretion and critical examination, and to ensure that all reported stories are reliable.

The law does not take effect in the Ryukyu islands autonomous region or The four western circuits.

The use of the following techniques in journalistic reporting, subtitling, captioning, headlining, or any form of journalistic work meant for consumption within the FEUSSR is hereby illegal, with violators liable to be prosecuted by the People's Publishing Authority (PPA). Publicly-available prosecuting guidelines state that prosecutions will generally occur after the commission of the third offence, with prior offences to be penalized by warning or internal disciplinary processes with the violator's respective employer. The minimum punishment if convicted is a $50,000 USP fine and 3 months of fixed-term imprisonment.

The techniques are as follows:

  • Strategic omission of evidence that may be contrary to a particular narrative. This includes selective or incomplete reporting.

Illustration: a news article on the FEUSSR's drug policy which solely, or disproportionately, contains facts and statistics favouring decriminalisation of marijuana, is likely to be illegal.

  • The use of unchallenged anecdotes while referring to matters of social or legal importance.

  • The use of experts who lack specialist knowledge, experience, or other qualifications in the field the expert supposedly has expertise in.

Illustration: a news article expressing the opinion of a 'policing expert' who has no affiliations with law enforcement institutions, policing institutions, or lacks educational qualifications such as a recognized degree in policing, police studies, criminal law, or equivalent, is likely to be illegal.

The Riksrådet Copenhagen Session

Following discussions had during the Oslo Session, The Copenhagen Session is considering a bill that would legalize Marijuana for medicinal and recreational use. Special licensing and tax rates to buy marijuana for its use is on the table.

Additionally, non-violent offenders who are under consideration for parole, or have been on so called “good behavior” for a duration of their sentence in relation to marijuana laws on the books would be released with assistance back into society. Violent offenders would still remain in prison to serve out sentences.

Benefits from this program from the sale of licenses and marijuana, as well as other tax revenue generated from the program would help fund education and health programs across the Kalmar Union.

Consejo de Tribus Disuelto | Council of Tribes Disbanded

It has been announced today that the Council of Tribes has been disbanded by order of the Sohongidan Federal Government. The Council of Tribes brought together the chiefs of the remaining Sohongidan tribes with the Sohongidan Federal Government in order to determine the best course for Sohongida in relations to both the urban population and the tribal population. Many chiefs have stated that this disbandment comes as a surprise to them as they felt that the Federal Government was willing to work with them on manners many years into the future. No word has officially come out as to why the Council of Tribes was disbanded, but many believe that President Obasie wishes to force the tribes to integrate with society. While this does not have any proof as to President Obasie's true reasoning as to why this decision was made, many of his followers say that the tribes should be brought into society instead of getting special treatment. Critics of the disbandment state that this move will only further isolate the north of Sohongida from the south of the nation.

[PUBLIC] :: Coronation of Prince Gianmarco

☩ Buonarotti Palace | Prince Gianmarco's coronation event was held at the Buonarotti Palace of Alessandria with family, friends, aristocracy of both Scavese and foreign origins and foreign diplomats attending another monarch receiving the Crown of Jerusalem exactly sixty years after the world has witnessed his mother, Princess Mariana take it.

Before the ceremony, there was a banquet held in honour of Gianmarco's ascension to throne, while not forgetting the fresh death of Her Majesty, who was still very much missed. The dinner was marked with its luxurious meals, eye catching plates of sherry glazed pork and many wonders of both French and Scavese cuisines, followed by expensive liquor that flowed freely. The desserts were tarte tatin and Prince Gianmarco's favourite, croquembouche, which was made by the best chefs Scavo had to offer much like the rest of the banquet.

As the guests moved forward from the dining hall to the Manoletti Hall of the palace, it was time for the coronation of the heir apparent, as in a few hours Prince Gianmarco would be Emperor Gianmarco III. The gold-plated ceilings of the palace completed with 18th-century murals of the ceiling depicting various biblical figures and angels. The invitees were ordered to sit, with the appearance of the Archbishop of Jerusalem, Laurentino Cassani. The archbishop was greeted with chants sung by the palace choir, who then invited all Christians within the palace to pray with him.

The prayer ended, and Prince Gianmarco appeared at the hall, wearing a suit of red silk with golden touches, and a cape of similar materials. As he walked to the end of the hall where the archbishop stood, he held his head down as a sign of respect. When he reached in front of the priest, he knelt, and the archbishop held his head between his two hands, mumbling prayers and passages quietly to bless his reign, a royal tradition in Scavo. The archbishop then opened his eyes and held the prince by his chin, signing him to stand up, which he did after doing the signum crucis. He stood up and took his place upon the royal throne, the golden Crown of Jerusalem was being carried by his son Prince Dante, which was delivered by two monks from the Monastery of Temple Mount.

His voice was heard from all around the hall after he received the crown, putting his hands on a bible held by one of the monks, loudly reciting the Oath to the Crown.

"Domine sancte, rex sempiterne mundi, adveniat regnum tuum, et fiat sicut es in celis. Sinite me esse ducem bonum populo meo, et sim imperator spei et lucis, et non interitus. Reduc pacem meam, et da populo meo panem et vinum eorum cotidiano, ne vivant in austeritate. Te voveo Christi sectator, una Tecum ero, et verbis regna mea ducas, Et tua regna polorum semper extollam. Amen."

(in English) "Sacred Lord, the eternal king of the world, your kingdom come and you will be done as you are in heaven. Allow me to be a good leader for my people, and let me be the emperor of hope and light, and not of destruction. Bring my realm peace, and give my people their daily bread and wine, let not them live in austerity. A follower of the Christ, I vow, I shall be one with you, lead my realm with your words and uplift your kingdom of heaven evermore. Amen."

His oath ended with another sign of signum crucis, and from that moment he was finally the next emperor of Scavo, continuing the legacy of the House of Barantella, one of the longest living royal houses of the whole world. He exited the hall with a regal grace, as his reign was finally christened, and that he was crowned to be the Defender of Jerusalem. The crowds cheered, and the evening sky faded into midnight.

The-kalmar-union wrote:President Fredholm arrives in Helsinki, Cruesnia

The Kalmar Union delegation lead by President Fredholm has arrived in Helsinki, landing this morning and we’ll received by the Cruesnian delegation.

This visit is Fredholm’s first visit to another country since taking office four months ago, though certainly not his first trip abroad. He’s well known in the international community after serving as the Foreign Affairs Minister under the previous Olsen administration for both terms.

Rumors continue to circulate that this trip is to not just broaden the scope of relations, but establish a common area that all people in the North could enjoy. The economic prospects of which are tantalizing, expecting to boost trade and GDP, while improving the lives of the people between all four Nordic Nations, three of which are already in our Kalmar Union.

This trip comes in a time of increased Russian aggression as they continue to bear down on Azerbaijan, threaten the Eurasian People, and develop stronger ties with an increasingly autocratic FEUSSR.

After touching down, President Fredholm spoke to the media.

“This trip is to bring our people together, not under one banner, but by ensuring our citizens collectively can enjoy security, can enjoy freedom, can enjoy the economic opportunities presented to them. We share a deeply rich history, and I am passionate about this, that we share the same blood. The North will become stronger. I’m also deeply excited to tour Helsinki, and meet with cruesnian officials to discuss the matters at hand.”

A handful of men and women in suits and dresses were seated in two columns close to each other, separated only by a dark mahogany table with neatly placed white papers on top. On the farthest end of the table were President Trelles and President Fredholm. The two presidents, along with several of their own high-ranking officials, sat in silence as they read the proposals put forth by the Kalmarians. This was the moment which bore the most significance in Fredholm's state visit. Nearby were a few journalists and security personnel who looked on with interest with the happenings within the office.

Within a few minutes, the silence were broken only by occasional murmurs where both sides clarified some of the contents of the papers. The papers contained what may change the European continent in the future for the better, Trelles thought while reading the lengthy proposal. He was sure Fredholm had the same notion.

The exchanges went on for a little over an hour, until Trelles lifted his pen, signed the paper, and extended his hand for Fredholm to shake. Both heads of state smiled, stood up and shook hands, soliciting loud cheers, applause, and camera flashes in the room.

Cruesnia Signs Proposal Forming North European Council With The Kalmar Union

In an official statement made by presidential spokesperson Henrik Häkämies which was aired in government-run TV Cruesnia, Häkämies confirmed that President Constantin Trelles and President Gustaf Fredholm of the Kalmar Union has both officially signed an agreement committing both countries to form the North European Council.

"I am honored and ecstatic to proclaim that Presidents Trelles and Fredholm has both signed the agreement which forms the North European Council between Cruesnia and Kalmar Union. While I won't delve into specifics, the agreements significantly opens up a wide world of possibilities on cooperation with the Kalmar Union, as well as other European countries which may become interested in joining the NEC. As per the provisions of the agreement, the Council won't limit itself on its member states and will accept other countries willing to join. In turn, this will pave the way to both Cruesnia and Kalmar Union's increased partnerships and cooperations with other European countries in the future," the spokesperson said in the broadcast.

The most anticipated part of the agreement, which allows visa-free travel between Cruesnia and the Kalmar Union, has been confirmed by the Ministry for Foreign Affairs. The Ministry said that "it is starting to make preparations to transition smoothly for the implementation of the visa-free entry guaranteed in the North European Council agreement."

Stocks on Kalmarian companies in the Helsinki Stock Exchange rallied, and the Ministry of Economy predicts "favorable outlook with Cruesnian-Kalmarian trade and economy."

"We expect to see better days ahead, now that we've mutually opened up our economies and borders with our Nordic friends in the Kalmar Union," Tuula Kinnunen, an economics student in Helsinki University, said.

Häkämies added that the two presidents have yet to discuss where the North European Council headquarters will be established.

Sentencia de Prisión Eliminada para Personas LGBT | Prison Sentence Removed for LGBT Individuals

A bill was signed into law today removing the possibility of facing prison time for being part of the LGBT community. The bill establishes a rule of limited expression by individuals that consider themselves part of this group. The signing of this bill marks the second time in Sohongidan history that LGBT individuals have gained rights. The first time was in 1980 when President Moises Ndulu removed the death penalty for LGBT individuals. Unlike in various other nations around the world, gay and lesbian couples are not allowed to be married in Sohongida and they are barred from adopting a child. While not much, the removal of prison sentencing has been praised by those who are in the LGBT community and by those who ally themselves with the LGBT community.

Imperial Eagle wrote:First urban projects announced in Panama City

Since the end of Operation Just Cause II and the inclusion of the city and surrounding regions into the greater part of New Columbia, Panama City has seen a marked increase in standard of living, with new law enforcement policies combating the ever-present drug trade to cleaner streets and faster service. But one thing remains a constant and that is improvements to the city's infrastructure. With investments coming from both the rest of the Union and the Hellenic Republic, Panama City is experiencing a building boom so to speak. Here are just some of the many projects that are now being conducted in Panama City, which many hope to turn into the crown jewel and grand experiment of the New American Dream.

Fourth Bridge over the Panama Canal

Roughan & O’Donovan, a firm based out of Dublin, Ireland but with offices in New York and other major cities in the Union has put forward a design for a planned fourth bridge over the Canal. The 3km long, cable-stayed bridge is designed to connect west New Columbia with Panama city, increase traffic and freight transport capacity and improve vessel navigability through the canal. It has a main span of 540m and a clearance of some 80m over the navigation channel of the canal. It features two inverted Y-shaped towers, three lanes of 3.65 meters in each direction for transit vehicles and two monorail lanes dedicated to a metro line service.

Pacific Side Cruise Terminal

The cruise terminal in Panama City on the Pacific coast will be completed by mid-2022. Until now, cruise ships could only dock on the Caribbean side of Panama (city of Colon). Now thousands of cruise tourists will be able to arrive or depart directly from Panama City. This will promote tourism in New Columbia, which is still in its very early stages, and increase the low hotel occupancy rate in the city.

Congress Centre

Planned as a replacement for the aging Atlapa Convention Centre built in 1980, the new Congress Centre will feature the latest advancements and an increase in occupancy over the Atlapa Centre, which can only host 600 people. Representing an investment of roughly $194m, the Amador centre spans more than 81,000 sq metres and consists of four main areas: a 24,000-sq-metre exhibition centre, a 24,000-sq-metre banquet hall and restaurant area, a 14,000-sq-metre theatre and outdoor exhibitions spanning roughly 13,000 sq metres, all of which are connected by a central plaza. Work is expected to be completed by 2023.

Terminal 2 of Tocumen International Airport

Long overdue for the city and business in general is a new terminal at Tocumen International Airport. The airport is the busiest airport in Central America and is currently working well beyond its capacity limits and urgently needs the new terminal. With over 80 direct connections, Panama City flies directly to far more destinations than any other airport in Central and South America. Work on the new terminal is expected to be completed by the end of the year to early next year and cost 780 million.

Metro Line Expanison

Though the Panama City Metro is planned to extend to 10 lines, plus a branch line to the Tocumen airport and ITSE, by 2040 or 2035.[37] The first five lines will be metro lines, with the last three as tram lines, a metrocable-like system for San Miguelito and a monorail line for the planned city of Panama Pacifico, in Panama Oeste, Line 2 will run for 29 km from Parque Urraca, in the Punta Pacifica district to Felipillo and will be built in three phases. The first phase will run from San Miguelito to Nuevo Tocumen, The second phase (Line 2A) will then extend this line from San Miguelito to either Parque Urraca or Punta Pacifica located in the south part of Panama City. It will be almost completely underground. Line 2A will only measure 9 kilometers in length, but building a metro line underground costs three times as much as building it as an elevated metro line, so Line 2A could cost as much as Line 2. The final phase will extend the line by one station, from Nuevo Tocumen to Felipillo. Line 3 is planned to have 14 stations and will run from Albrook station to Arraiján, Nuevo Chorrillo to the terminus in Ciudad del Futuro. The total length will be 26.7km. Line 3 will be built in 2 phases, with the second phase having its terminus in La Chorrera. The final two metro lines, Line 4 and Line 5, will run from Pedregal - Via Israel and Costa Del Este to Obarrio, respectively.

The remaining lines will be tram lines. Line 6 will run from Albrook to Ciudad de la Salud. Line 7 will be oriented toward tourists and will run through the Casco Antiguo district and line 8 from Don Bosco to Villa Zaita.

Line 9 will be a monorail that will run through the planned city of Panama Pacifico and connect with line 3, and the remaining line will be a metrocable-like system that will run through the district of San Miguelito. As the largest and long-term project, the expansion will cost several billion dollars or more.

Metro Line work enters Stage Two

Following delays, work has begun on Stage Two of the metro lines in Panama City. These lines lead from the airport and to cruise terminals down in the Port of Panama and beyond, slowly but surely connecting the whole state of New Columbia together. This is a boon to many cities and towns in the eastern parts of the state as this will allow for future investments and urban projects to take place. Already plans are underway in teh city of David to build new schools and expand the small harbor that calls the city home, attracting new fishing jobs and more for the local economy. Work on Stage Three is expected to take place some time in the next year and a half and barring any delays, be completed within two years at best.

Intento de Asesinato del Presidente Obasie | Assassination Attempt on President Obasie

As President Obasie was touring through the eastern portions of Sohongida when an attempt on his life was made in Maroua. While travelling through the city of Maroua, President Obasie's transport was hit by a total of five bullets from an unknown source. The bullets that were recovered appear to be 9x19mm Parabellum rounds. The rounds had no chance of penetrating the bulletproof glass on the transport, but it was clear that whoever attempted the attack on President Obasie's life was wanting to send a message.

No one has claimed the attack as of yet leading to speculation as to who it could be. President Obasie has not made friends with certain organizations across Sohongida, but it's unclear as to if those organizations are willing and capable of attempting an attack on the president's life. Many speculate that this attack may be in retaliation for arresting Abdul Maalik al-Abdallah, the former leader of Free North Sohongida, but others say that the group would not attempt to call attention to themselves at this moment. Until the shooter is found, or until a group comes forward and claims the attack, whoever wanted President Obasie dead will remain a mystery.

British Broadcasting Corporation - General Election Called for 6 weeks’ time.
Fraction within coalition 'not repairable'.

Fractions between ministers in the national unity government put in place as a result of the Raj War have caused PM Sir Keith Stanmore to call an election as the country returns to some semblance of normality.

Polls are very unpredictable. Labour and the conservatives seem to be gaining ground at the expense of the Liberals who are currently the largest party. Domestic issues will of course dominate the debate but influences from Stop the War coalition and others are also put the BCC’s role in the world front and centre; broadly, the Conservatives want to see a clear commitment to Imperial mysore, Hanthawaddy and an increase in global influence including new military bases.

Labour, now heavily influenced by the back bench MP Jack Corryn, very popular with youth and the left of party wants to see a total withdrawal of the BCC from Asia and the Pacific and break military links with Commonwealth allies.

The incumbent Liberals have called for a ‘middle way’ based on self-determination and closer integration of Guyana and the Caribbean territories.

All three have policies aimed at curbing inflation and cost of living which is reaching critical levels . All three are proposing an element of re-industrialisation and economic investment with grants and loans to be made available for manufacturing. Labour have suggested protection of key national cultural and economic assets from foreign investment and massive investment in railway and roads.

Labour have also proposed a ‘closed’ market for energy, with domestically produced oil, gas and energy not subjected to global prices, but instead regulated prices which include import prices.

The Conservatives have proposed the privatisation of British Telecom and more involvement in utilities and transport. They also want to give social housing tenants the ‘right to buy’ their home at a discounted rate to encourage home ownership.

The Liberals are also promising investment in railways and transport.
