Map of Minoria

Minoria is a small island country located in the Bay of Rhodessi, south of Usea. As of January 2021, it had a population of 451,110. It was first discovered by Usean explorers in 1679 who turned it into a trade and exploration port. It became an independent country following a gruesome revolution in 1902.

There are two major cities and 4 minor cities on the island. The capital of Minoria is Rahdiff, which is its second largest city. Qrakmond, with a population of 91,720, is Minoria's largest city and trade hub. A large civilian trade port brings in 98% of the island's imports and sends out 100% of the island's exports.

Qrakmond is the island's largest city with a population of 91,720. It is home to a large port and the city sees a lot of traffic going in and out every day. It is split in half by the Qrak river which connects into the Mond lake, both of which combine to give the city its name.

Rahdiff is the capital of Minoria and the island's second largest city, with a population of 67,970. A beautiful parliament building built in 1936 is the standout attraction in the city, although a large water park sits on the edge of the city. An airport is located to the city's south.

Drenes is dubbed the night-time capital of the city. A large number of recreational buildings and activities are here. The city is known for its large casinos which are nicknamed the "wage-drainers". To the north of Drenes is the M2 motorway, which is the busiest in the country as people and commerce travel between Qrakmond and Rahdiff, filling the road at both day and night.

Doln is known for its beautiful architecture and is where most tourists come to stay. The Sapphire is the island's only 5-star hotel, with stunning views although rooms are a hefty price. Floating restaurants crowd the Doln river, but if you want a quicker meal there are dozens of fish and chip shops near the beach.

Cram is a small fishing village with a population that barely reaches into the tens of thousands. A mix of tiny two-person boats to massive fishing trawlers scramble out of Cram's port every day in a race to get to where the fish are at.

Creford was the original landing spot for the Usean explorers in 1679. Dangerous wildlife had pushed the explorers down south to where Rahdiff is now. In 1691, the explorers decided to fight back against the wildlife and eradicated them off of the island. A monument dedicated to this event is in Creford and lights up at night.

A large area of the island was made into a "no-go zone" after the Empire of Tertania issued an ultimatum which went along the lines of "accept or face certain doom." A large Tertanian Air Force detachment is stationed in Military Sector North, and planes, ships and vehicles can be seen roaming around and leaving the area at all times of the day. On their off-time, groups of Tertanian soldiers usually head down to Doln or Drenes and are a nuisance to the local population.

The population's opinion on the Tertanian military prescence has been voiced in the form of several protests, although no action has been taken by the Minorian government to rid their island of the foreign army. It is rumoured that the Minorian government is being pressured to hand over total control of the island to the Tertanians, although nothing is final yet.

On 26 August 2022, the island was seized by Regna Loureau as part of the MSF999-Armistice war.
