I would like to announce that I will be running for my second term, but at this time I will be waiting to deliver my platform until an opponent shows themselves, until then I plan on resuming my contribution to the region as I did in my first term. I would like to thank my supporters for giving me the chance to conduct my civil duty to my region, thank you.

King Constantine III. of the Kingdom of Athant, has therefore in the presence of his royal court, officially permits Hyperborean civilian vessels to access the recently-renamed "Constantine Canal", without any limitations or prohibitions on goods; meaning that even weapons can be shipped through the canal without any restrictions. So long as the Hyperboreans agree to pay an annual tribute of 20 million Rodins; they may ship whatever they desire through the canal. A treaty can be ratified at a later date to solidify the terms, but for now all permissions have been granted, with an envoy being dispatched to the Hyperborean Empire of Vostag, to act as a mediator between the two nations.

His Majesty the King himself personally pleas to the signatories of the "Anti-Hyperborean Embargo" to re-consider their position, and drop the blockade.

"If we [Rodinians] can't work with the Hyperborean Empire, they will begin working with our enemies, and hinder any future dialogue when it's needed. We should work with the pagans, not against them, because then they can finally accept God. I understand that maritime laws have been violated, but if the Hyperboreans just bite their tongue, and pay the fine - maybe we can all move on."

IC: "The Sultan in Silk" - RP Series (Part 1)

The Sultan lays gently on his bed with covers made of silk, surrounded by his most trusted advisors, and Prince Hadid al-Mujmamad II. his eldest son and heir to the throne. The Sultan lays sickly, as he has for some time now. The room is quiet, but his son disturbs the peace with his demanding and urgent voice.

"Father...Your Excellency...The Soverns have once again denied our terms, and we believe their next act is war. We must nationalize the canal now before they use it against us!" The young, but ambitious Prince pleas to his decaying father. The old Sultan simply stares endlessly into his eager son's eyes, and sees for himself the flames of wrath.

"...My son, is it possible that the terms are...unreasonable?"

"No, father. I did not spend my life studying politics and law to become dumbfounded on the very words I learned, you're being naive, they will come!"

"I am not insulting your intelligence, but if it is war they want, it will come regardless. Instead of preparing for the worse, maybe y-"

"This is insanity! You do not even have the mindset to understand the circumstances. All negotiations have failed, they're on their way!"

"My son...my beautiful son, it is not the negotiations that have failed...it was you who failed."

The room instantly becomes silent, overflowing with tension. The advisors' eyes are strained on the Prince. The eldest son's face retracts, and glares at the advisors, "Leave." the Prince orders, and the advisors simply leave. Once the advisors take their exit, the Prince confronts his father, bends down, and lays his head on his hand.

"...Forgive me, father...Allah, for what I am about to do."

"What are you going to d-"

The Prince grabs one of the silk-laced pillows from the Sultan's bed, and begins to suffocate his own father, who violently resists. The Prince begins uncontrollably crying, praying for forgiveness as he looks up to the ceiling, adorned and decorated in gold and marble.

The Sultan's violent shaking stops, but the Prince keeps crying.

"Forgive me...but it was needed to be done, father."

To bypass the growing tensions near the Seuez Canal, the government of Israestine-Judah has begun subsidizing contractors and companies to construct a major infastructure project; consisting of a railway, major highway extension, and the expansion of the port, in the coastal city of Tyriol. This will solve the logistical problems the region has been experiencing, as well as allow an easier flow of trade throughout the Red Sea. However, despite this resolvement showing promise, the Isro-Judhean Intelligence Agency (I.J.I.A.) has detected inbound Sovern warships approaching in their direction, sparking security concerns for the region. Due to intense relations with the Soverns, the government has issued moves to closely monitor Sovern positions.

The King of the Kven speaks in regards to King Constantine's opinion regarding the "Anti-Hyperborean Embargo".

"While I do respect the opinion of King Constantine III. The Hyperboreans will still have to complete all the demands set by the embargo, and they still refuse to take responsibility for not only breaking multiple maritime laws, but their regime won't even take in the honor to acknowledge their mistake. It is almost expected of them to hold no accountability for their actions. At this point of time, we will continue to hold the blockade-embargo coalition, and even expand the policy to detaining their aeronautic satellites as to prevent them from using orbital technology to transport more weapons. Until the condition are met, the situation will remain, if not progress. We are in talks with our partners to begin operations to render their space program obsolete."

IC: Militarization of the Boreas Ocean - The Next Frontier

As more of the ice sheets in the Boreas Ocean melt due to climate change, rich minerals and strategic significance gains the attention of the nation's government. The Neo American Navy has begun military drills and exercises all across the Boreas Ocean, just barely pushing against the political boundaries of the Hyperborean Empire of Vostag. Although no acts of provocation have been ordered on the American side, the Neo American Navy's presence will only be exponentially growing, considering that multiple mega-corporations have already begun surveying mineral and oil reserves in the region, and it would only appear that it must claim what is there, even if it lays beyond American territory. 6:00 hours, the S.S. Bob Ross barely pushes into Hyperborean maritime territory, but willingly observes its position, as it will be stationed there for the foreseeable future on orders of the Neo American Navy.

The Hyperboreans would also begin detecting American hyper-sonic fighter jets patrolling the Bering Strait, and deterring Hyperborean aircraft, civilian or military, from getting anywhere near American territory. There has been no official publication or speech declaring the military or government's intentions by conducting such drills.
