At some point in the future, this region may become a puppet holding region, at which point it could become a featured region.
Until then, this region will not be part of my embassy matrix, therefore it will not exchange embassies.
Hope that that brings this region finally up to par on the embassy matrix. Had not realized that this region was so far behind things.
