With the closure of the voting to determine the internal functions within the International Assembly of Nation States, a vote that lasted forty-eight hours, it can be announced that the internal functions accepted by the voting nations include the formation of a Secretary General role, a role elected by members of the IANS to hold term for 3 months. The Secretary General's function is to assure members nations vote when a proposal is presented for voting, to tally votes, and to review statements to assure the quality of resolutions put before the International Assembly. In addition to the Secretary General role, the nations voted to support that voting will last a maximum of 48 hours.

The General Assembly,
Pointing out that on Tuesday, September 20th, 2022, the United Duchies of Central Africa requested assistance from the Republic of India “in building ICBMs and nukes and helping to foster domestic technology to create such items in the future on our own”.
Reminding that this request is contrary to one of the founding principles of the International Assembly of Nation States, which was formed as a result of the Republic of India launching two such nuclear attacks on the Federal Republic of McPakistan’s strategic military centres, and the latter nation subsequently launching a successful nuclear on the civilian Indian city of Rajkot,
1. Necessitates that the United Duchies of Central Africa ceases all development, or procurement, of nuclear weapons of any sort;
2. Demands that the United Duchies of Central Africa turn over all documents related to nuclear weapons procurement, or development, by the authorities of the United Duchies of Central Africa, to the International Assembly of Nation States for examination;
3. Calls for an inspection into the request made by the United Duchies of Central Africa to the Republic of India and the Republic’s response to the request as well, alongside nuclear weapons inspectors from the International Assembly of Nation States being given access to the United Duchies of Central Africa to assess sites for possible nuclear weapons development; and,
4. Permits the International Assembly of Nation States to form a task force to enforce this resolution should the United Duchies of Central Africa or Republic of India fail to comply.

Nubian Weapons Procurement and Increased Borrowing - 3rd October, 2022

"Three weeks ago the Chancellor, Aleksanaros Atiya, put forward a budget based on the election pledges of the Nubian Labour Party, and their coalition partner, the Nubi-Liberals. The budget was intended to provide more spending to the countries public services, including a 5.9% increase to Education, a 3% increase to Pensions and Welfare, and a 1.86% increase on Healthcare. However, the Chancellor also increased the countries defence spending by an additional 10%, a considerably higher increase compared to what was given to other services, seemingly against the election promises of the Nubian Labour Party and Nubi-Liberals. Not only is there additional defence spending in this budget, it comes on top of a 29% increase on the defence budget made on the 26th April of this year, with an increase up from $0.77 billion to $1 billion. With this Autumn budget's increase taken into account, defence spending has increased 42% since April of this year. With an announcement by the Chancellor this morning however, the reason for that incredible increase for defence budget has become clear with Aleksanaros Atiya stating to the ϧⲣⲏⲓⲁⲩⲗⲏ (Lower House):
"In April, my predecessor, Androus Girgis, stated to this parliament that the countries military forces were in dire need of undergoing important reforms, and that a large spending package was necessary to bring the countries military up to the standard that is expected of our nation. A defence review carried out in 2020 came to the conclusion that the country lacked integrated defence systems, that the countries air defence systems were "wholly inadequate to face a real threat", and furthermore that the armed forces relied on outdated, or were even short on, equipment which was simply "not effective for the world's current threats". With that sobering analysis, the last government markedly raised defence spending in April, and brought additional defence systems from the African Republic of 
Mombombu in a $725 million deal to develop integrated air defence system for the country, and to plug equipment shortfalls in other areas, and even begin more extensive training programs for the countries command structures. With the Autumn budget, this government is furthering that commitment to reform the countries military forces and have them ready for the threats this country faces. The government will be borrowing $3 billion, three times what the last Chancellor borrowed to reform the countries armed forces, for procurement of advanced anti-air defence systems, and finally make the countries defensive capabilities as some of the most advanced on the planet. Not only that, but the newly $100 million annual allocation to the defence budget is to begin replacing outdated equipment.
We must be committed to the nations proper and real defence. We cannot be seen as backwards on military matters when our allies and friends expect us to be able to hold our own against the worlds threats."

The new Minister of Defence, Pahor Azer, had been sent to the the United States of Mesothallania on the 24th August, days after the election victory. Only returning to the Republic on the 18th September, due to the invasion of the Republic of Hadhramawt by the 
Sovereign State Of Khalistan, before returning to the United States last Sunday. With the Chancellor's statement in mind, it's likely that this $3 billion in borrowing will be for advanced Mesothallanian air defence weapons.
This borrowing will be increasing the countries debt significantly, from $5.36 billion, to $8.26 billion, up from 19.9% of GDP, to 31% of GDP. Although the Autumn budget was expected to run a surplus of $64 million, this large borrowing is going to squeeze the surplus, and potentially put the country back into an unwelcome deficit. Will the Chancellor be forced to raise taxes further? Its very possible that new taxes will have to be raised, even after the Chancellor said on the 12th September: "No other tax raises are to be announced in this budget or in the near future."."

Assassination of Sarah Milan 3/10/22 AUS, 10/3/22 USA, AEST (Georgian Calendar)
At 10:25AM Sarah Milan, Fimgobia's Queen was shot. She was out in public with the Envoys of Gavierland in Accra, and was suddenly shot. Sarah was immediately rushed to the Royal Hospital, but it was no use, as she died at 10:33AM at 67 years old. It was found that she was shot with a 3.7 Caliber Bullet, most likely from a AK47. And the murderer was not found.
Her Funeral will be 10/10/22, with 7 days mourning. All Africa Nations are allowed to attend as this is truly one of the greatest losses in Fimgobian History. The Funeral will be held at the Accran Orthodoxy Church of Fimgobia.
There will be a broadcast across Africa on Channel 96 on her life from childhood to fame and then to Queen.

Protest countinues as Riots starts in Quetta in an attempt to force the caretaker government of leave. Meanwhile in New Delhi, IAS Officers are trying to deal with the chaos but knowing that the current caretaker government is unpopular, executives will have to take a decision.
National Guard of India entered the Government Offices of Balochistan, where they arrested the Caretaker Government for "Treason". Soon new state elections for Balochistan were annouced, finally putting the protests down as people left the streets and back to home.
With Balochistan a full pledged Indian State now, it too now can received Federal Funding and Federal sponsored Projects.
N85 Upgrades
Ministry of Road and Highways have invested 2 Billion USD to upgrade the N85 Highway of Balochistan into a 4 Lane Highway in an effort to improve travel between Quetta and Turbar

The bush battle
After 4 days of meticulous searching the police and military eventually roughly pinpointed where the terrorist group was via local intel and satellite help from the MNS, they found that it was near a small farm called Merreipan, after finding out about this recent intel, a group of 30 soldiers and 5 armored vehicle's led by Robert William Barnhart would go to investigate if the terrorist group was still there at about 3:34pm, at 4:00pm they hadn't seen much suspicious activity around the farm and neighboring areas so they began scouting more into the bush, at 4:26pm while they were in thick bush they saw black smoke, they would go to investigate it and when they arrived it seemed to be a recently abandoned camp that was quite big, all of the documents and intel was burnt by someone in a campfire and 2 crates presumably filled with equipment seemed to be empty. At 4:56pm 3 soldiers were scouting around the camp and stepped onto a land mine and were killed, shortly after that the main force would be attacked from all sides in the camp, being caught off guard 13 soldiers would be killed in a span of only 4 minutes and a rocket launcher would also heavily damage a armored vehicle. After Robert was able to stabilize the situation and get cover for his men although under heavy gunfire he would separate his men into 2 groups, one distracts the enemy while the other will try to flank them, at 5:02pm they would initiate the plan, group one successfully kept the COOK suppressed with machine gun fire while group two flanked the enemy catching them off guard and would kill most of the group during that flank, only 4 COOK soldiers were remaining but shortly would try to retreat but would fail to do so as the 4 armored vehicles would capture them at 5:23pm.
Aftermath of the bush battle
Sadly, after the battle, it was found that out of the 30 soldiers that were sent only 14 would make it out alive.
the bodies of the COOK soldiers tallied up to 20 with 4 being captured.
though it came at a sad loss for the mothers of our great soldiers, they have taken out the COOK terrorist organization in Transvaall and will be forever remembered as hero's, Robert William Barnhart would get the golden leopard medal for his valor and ingenuity on the battlefield and was promoted to a General.
1 of the 4 COOK soldiers that was captured has been found out that he was the leader of the group, so they have been sent to a high alert and armed prison for interrogation to get more intel about the organization and there plan's for the future.
This event that happened has made Transvaall realize that for possible future situations like this, there needs to be a special force to professionally and effectively take out these national threats, so we have begun creating the said special force and will begin recruiting and training elite soldiers to become the perfect soldier, it will be called the National Transvaal Protection Force (NTPF) but also has been nicknamed the Black Rhinos.
