Transvaall's Response to increased Violence

In the wake of recent protests that have gripped Transvaall with tension and unrest, the nation has demonstrated remarkable diplomatic finesse in navigating the volatile situation. Despite initial challenges, Transvaall has embarked on a proactive approach to maintain law and order, with a focus on defusing tensions and ensuring the safety of its citizens.

However, amidst the backdrop of simmering turmoil, the Radical African National Front (RANF) has intensified its campaign of violence, launching targeted attacks on various cities using hit-and-run tactics. These brazen assaults have posed significant challenges to law enforcement efforts, prompting Transvaall to escalate its response measures.

To counter the escalating threat posed by the RANF, Transvaall has undertaken a comprehensive mobilization of its police forces. Equipped with higher caliber lethal weaponry and enhanced training, law enforcement personnel are now better equipped to confront the evolving security landscape. Additionally, the imposition of a curfew, enforced rigorously by authorities, serves as a deterrent against unlawful activity, with stringent penalties for violators.

Strategic deployment of armored vehicles, including Casspirs and Ratel IFVs, across critical areas further reinforces Transvaall's commitment to safeguarding its citizens and vital infrastructure. Meanwhile, the RANF's bolstered military capabilities, evidenced by the widespread distribution of quality AK-47's and even some with attachments among its ranks, underscore the gravity of the threat posed by this extremist group.

Despite sporadic clashes and skirmishes, Transvaall's police forces have largely succeeded in containing the violence and minimizing civilian casualties. Yet, the psychological impact of these attacks cannot be overlooked, as fear and uncertainty pervade the hearts of many citizens.

In response, President Johannes Louie Benedict has delivered a resolute message of reassurance, pledging unwavering resolve in confronting the challenges at hand. Emphasizing the importance of unity and resilience in the face of adversity, President Benedict's leadership serves as a beacon of hope amidst troubled times.

As Transvaall navigates through these turbulent waters, it remains steadfast in its commitment to upholding peace, security, and the rule of law. Through collective vigilance and steadfast determination, the nation stands poised to overcome the threats posed by the RANF and emerge stronger than ever before.

Statement from the President of Bro’Kinaba on 31th of March
Good evening.
This election will not mean the end of violence. But it is the beginning of something new: constitutional democracy at the coast of Southern Africa. And this vote — only just on the border away, in a vital region of our nation— means that Bro’Kinaba has an ally of growing strength in the fight against terror.
All who had a part in this achievement — Mozambicans, Bro’Kinabans, and UAA Coalition partners — can be proud. Yet our work is not done. There is more testing and sacrifice before us. I know many Bro’Kinabans have questions about the cost and direction of this war. So tonight I want to talk to you about how far we have come in Mozambique, and the path that lies ahead.
From this office, four weeks ago, I announced the start of military operations in Mozambique. Our Coalition confronted a regime that defied international laws, which was fascist at its core, sponsored terrorism and possessed, we believed, ballistic missiles. After the swift fall of Tete, we found mass graves filled by a dictator, we found some capacity to restart programs to produce ballistic missiles but we did not find those weapons.
It is true that Oswald Mosley III had a history of pursuing and using ballistic missiles and chemical weapons. It is true that he systematically concealed those programs, and blocked the work of UAA weapons inspectors. It is true that many nations believed that Oswald had ballistic missiles and chemical weapons. But much of the intelligence turned out to be wrong. And as your president, I am responsible for the decision to go into Mozambique.
Yet it was right to remove Oswald Mosley III from power. He was given an ultimatum and he made his choice for war. And the result of that war was to rid the world of a murderous dictator who menaced his people, invaded his neighbors, and declared Bro’Kinaba to be his enemy. Oswald Mosley III, captured and jailed, is still the same raging tyrant only now without a throne. His power to harm a single man, woman, or child is gone forever. And the world is better for it.
Since the removal of Oswald Mosley III, this war like other wars in our history has been difficult. The mission of Bro’Kinaban troops in urban raids and safari patrols fighting Oswald loyalists and foreign terrorists has brought danger and suffering and loss. This loss has caused sorrow for our whole nation and it has led some to ask if we are creating more problems than we are solving.

That is an important question, and the answer depends on your view of the third war on terror. If you think the terrorists would become peaceful if only Bro’Kinaba would stop provoking them, then it might make sense to leave them alone.
This is not the threat I see. I see a global terrorist movement that exploits African nationalism in the service of radical political aims — a vision in which radical extermination of certain parts of Bro’Kinaba’s population, and people are oppressed, and all dissent is crushed. Terrorist operatives conduct their campaign of murder with a set of declared and specific goals — to demoralize free nations, to drive us out of Africa, to spread an empire of fear across that region and to wage a perpetual war against Bro’Kinaba and our friends. These terrorists view the world as a giant battlefield and they seek to attack us wherever they can. This has attracted RANF to Mozambique, where they are attempting to frighten and intimidate Bro’Kinaba into a policy of retreat.
The terrorists do not merely object to Bro’Kinaban actions in Mozambique and elsewhere — they object to our deepest values and our way of life. And if we were not fighting them in Mozambique, in our own backyard, in our UAA friends, and in other places, the terrorists would not be peaceful citizens — they would be on the offense, and headed our way.
March 24th, 2024, required us to take every emerging threat to our country seriously, and it shattered the illusion that terrorists attack us only after we provoke them. On that day, we were not in Mozambique, we were not in The Arab Socialist Jamahiriya of Cobra Sahara, but the terrorists attacked us anyway — and killed nearly 150 men, women and children in our own country. My conviction comes down to this: We do not create terrorism by fighting the terrorists. We invite terrorism by ignoring them. And we will defeat the terrorists by capturing and killing them abroad, removing their safe havens and strengthening new allies like Mozambique and the UAA in the fight we share.
The work in Mozambique has been especially difficult — more difficult than we expected. Reconstruction efforts and the training of Mozambique Self Defence Forces started more slowly than we hoped. We continue to see violence and suffering, caused by an enemy that is determined and brutal unconstrained by conscience or the rules of war.
Some look at the challenges in Mozambique, and conclude that the war is lost, and not worth another dime or another day. I don’t believe that. Our military commanders do not believe that.

Our troops in the field, who bear the burden and make the sacrifice, do not believe that Bro’Kinaba has lost. And not even the terrorists believe it. We know from their own communications that they feel a tightening noose — and fear the rise of a democratic Mozambique.
The terrorists will continue to have the coward’s power to plant roadside bombs and recruit more terrorists. And you will continue to see the grim results on the evening news. This proves that the war is difficult — it does not mean that we are losing. Behind the images of chaos that terrorists create for the cameras, we are making steady gains with a clear objective in view.
Bro’Kinaba, our coalition, and Mozambique leaders are working toward the same goal — a democratic Mozambique that can defend itself that will never again be a safe haven for terrorists and that will serve as a model of freedom for all of Africa.
We have put in place a strategy to achieve this goal — a strategy I have been discussing in detail over the last few weeks. This plan has three critical elements.
First, our coalition will remain on the offensive — finding and clearing out the enemy transferring control of more territory to Mozambique units and building up the Mozambique self defence forces so they can increasingly lead the fight. At this time last year, there were only a handful of Mozambique army and police battalions ready for combat. Now, there are more than 125 Mozambique combat battalions fighting the enemy, more than 50 are taking the lead and we have transferred more than a dozen military bases to Mozambique control.
Second, we are helping the Mozambique government establish the institutions of a unified and lasting democracy, in which all of Mozambique’s people are included and represented. Here also, the news is encouraging. Three days ago, more than 10 million Mozambicans went to the polls including many English Mozambicans who had boycotted national elections this april. Mozambicans of every background are recognizing that democracy is the future of the country they love — and they want their voices heard. One Mozambiquean, after dipping his finger in the purple ink as he cast his ballot, stuck his finger in the air and said: “This is a thorn in the eyes of the terrorists.” Another voter was asked, “Are you English or Black?” He responded, “I am Mozambiquean.”

Third, after a number of setbacks, our coalition is moving forward with a reconstruction plan to revive Mozambique’s economy and infrastructure — and to give Mozambiquean’s confidence that a free life will be a better life. Today in Mozambique, seven in 10 Mozambicans say their lives are going well — and nearly two-thirds expect things to improve even more in the year ahead. Despite the violence, Mozambicans are optimistic — and that optimism is justified.
In all three aspects of our strategy — security, democracy, and reconstruction — we have learned from our experiences, and fixed what has not worked. We will continue to listen to honest criticism, and make every change that will help us complete the mission. Yet there is a difference between honest critics who recognize what is wrong, and defeatists who refuse to see that anything is right.
Defeatism may have its partisan uses, but it is not justified by the facts. For every scene of destruction in Mozambique, there are more scenes of rebuilding and hope. For every life lost, there are countless more lives reclaimed. And for every terrorist working to stop freedom in Mozambique, there are many more Mozambican and Bro’Kinabans working to defeat them. My fellow citizens: Not only can we win the war in Mozambique — we are winning the war in Mozambique.
It is also important for every Bro’Kinaban to understand the consequences of pulling out of Mozambique before our work is done. We would abandon our Mozambican friends — and signal to the world that Bro’Kinaba cannot be trusted to keep its word. We would undermine the morale of our troops — by betraying the cause for which they have sacrificed. We would cause the tyrants in Africa to laugh at our failed resolve, and tighten their repressive grip. We would hand Mozambique over to enemies who have pledged to attack us — and the global terrorist movement would be emboldened and more dangerous than ever before. To retreat before victory would be an act of recklessness and dishonor and I will not allow it.
We are leading from a new year, and there are certain things all Bro’Kinabans can expect to see. We will see more sacrifice — from our military, their families and the Mozambiquean people. We will see a concerted effort to improve Iraqi police forces and fight corruption. We will see the Mozambique military gaining strength and confidence, and the democratic process moving forward. As these achievements come, it should require fewer Bro’Kinaban troops to accomplish our mission. I will make decisions on

troop levels based on the progress we see on the ground and the advice of our military leaders — not based on artificial timetables set by politicians in Gedoopstad. Our forces in Mozambique are on the road to victory — and that is the road that will take them home.
In the months ahead, all Bro’Kinbans will have a part in the success of this war. Members of Parliament will need to provide resources for our military. Our men and women in uniform, who have done so much already, will continue their brave and urgent work. And tonight, I ask all of you listening to carefully consider the stakes of this war, to realize how far we have come and the good we are doing, and to have patience in this difficult, noble, and necessary cause.
I also want to speak to those of you who did not support my decision to send troops to Mozambique: I have heard your disagreement, and I know how deeply it is felt. Yet now there are only two options before our country — victory or defeat. And the need for victory is larger than any president or political party, because the security of our people is in the balance. I don’t expect you to support everything I do, but tonight I have a request: Do not give in to despair, and do not give up on this fight for freedom.
Bro’Kinbans can expect some things of me as well. My most solemn responsibility is to protect our nation, and that requires me to make some tough decisions. I see the consequences of those decisions when I meet wounded servicemen and women who cannot leave their hospital beds, but summon the strength to look me in the eye and say they would do it all over again. I see the consequences when I talk to parents who miss a child so much — but tell me he loved being a soldier, he believed in his mission, and Ms. President, finish the job.
I know that some of my decisions have led to terrible loss — and not one of those decisions has been taken lightly. I know this war is controversial — yet being your president requires doing what I believe is right and accepting the consequences. And I have never been more certain that Bro’Kinaba’s actions in Mozambique are essential to the security of our citizens, and will lay the foundation of peace for our children and grandchildren.
Today, Bro’Kinabans will gather to celebrate Easter. Many families will be praying for loved ones spending this season far from home — in Mozambique, and the UAA and other dangerous places. Our Nation joins in those prayers. We pray for the safety and strength of our troops. We trust, with them, in a love that conquers all fear, and a light that reaches

the darkest corners of the Earth. And we remember the words of the Christmas carol, written during the Tete Rebellion: “God is nie dood nie, en Hy slaap ook nie; die Verkeerde sal misluk, die Regte seëvier, met vrede op Aarde, welwillendheid vir mense.”
Thank you, have a good easter and a good night.

WORLD ASSEMBLY DELEGATE CAMPAIGN AD : VOTE MESOTHALLANIA

Hujambo,

Several of you may know me, others not so much. Oftentimes when someone sees my nation, they may seem intimidated, but it has been my experience that they warm up quickly after realizing that I am practically the jolly green giant [with the exception that my map color is blue].

I come humbly before you seeking to represent this wonderful region of ours, Africa, as the next World Assembly Delegate.

And I do so with one simple promise:

To engage in the duties and responsibilities that lie with the Office. No more, no less.

Yes, I am a roleplayer.
Yes, I am a moderator.

But too many times I have seen campaigners make promises that have not been fulfilled or could not be upheld to begin with. Many times, I have seen others promise to “change the region”, or to “expand the roleplay to greater heights”, and other reasons they placed their bid. But that is not what the World Assembly Delegate stands for.

The WAD, as it is commonly abbreviated to, involves the region’s foreign policy. Conforming, confirming, and reviewing embassies, as well as cultivating relations with other regions, has always been the priority of this role. It goes beyond the roleplay. It goes beyond the administration, with the exception of when the Executor calls upon the Delegate to handle internal affairs [, not when the WAD simply decides to].

I have been a member of the region since mid-2019. I roleplayed the Solaris Imperium and witnessed the AoR (Alliance of Regions) December Raid of 2019. I roleplayed as Suna Imperio and administered the GARP (Global Assembly for RolePlaying) as everything fell apart, keeping the hope of the roleplay alive. And now I roleplay Mesothallania, hoping to foster relations as World Assembly Delegate.

My WAD Creed will be simple.
Professionalism. Integrity. Stability. and Security.

Vote for Mesothallania.

And bless the rains that fall over Africa.

Mesothallania

I have been in this region since 2022, and I once made this region active again in 2022 due to my active behavior and roleplays making more nations come into this region. My actions from that year were not shameful for the region. I made friends with Mombumbo and [CTE Nation] on Twitter and convinced my friends to play Nationstates and enter Africa through WhatsApp and Discord. I voice-called some nations (I don't even know them) through voice chats and convinced them to be friends with each other. Also to my friend Mesothallania, my response is to stay mad :3...

In a significant development in the ongoing conflict, the Radical African Nationalist Front (RANF) has pledged its support to the Cobra Sahara Liberation Rebel Forces (CSLRF), marking a strategic alliance that could shift the dynamics of the conflict in favor of the rebel factions. The announcement comes as CSLRF continues its struggle against the Cobra Sahara government, with RANF's backing adding a new dimension to the opposition's efforts.

The decision to support CSLRF was revealed in a statement released by RANF leadership, in which they expressed solidarity with the rebel forces in their quest for liberation and self-determination. According to the statement, RANF views the conflict in Cobra Sahara as a crucial battleground in the broader struggle against oppression and colonialism in Africa, and sees CSLRF as natural allies in this fight.

"We stand united with our brothers and sisters in CSLRF, as they bravely resist the tyranny of the Cobra Sahara government," declared a spokesperson for RANF. "Their struggle is our struggle, and together, we will work towards a future of freedom and justice for all Africans."

The alliance between CSLRF and RANF is expected to bolster the rebel forces' capabilities and resources, providing them with additional manpower, expertise, and support in their fight against government forces. With RANF's backing, CSLRF gains access to a wider network of sympathizers and potential recruits, further strengthening their position on the battlefield.

While the Cobra Sahara government has dismissed RANF's involvement as insignificant, labeling them as "terrorists" and "foreign agitators," rebel leaders view RANF's support as a game-changer in their struggle for independence. As the conflict intensifies and the stakes continue to rise, the alliance between CSLRF and RANF underscores the complex web of alliances and allegiances shaping the course of events in Cobra Sahara.

We will accept these medical plants as long as they are not revealed to the public. If you import these medical plants, we will return you with oil and money. We (politicians) use these medical plants for our "personal stuff". But hey, at least you got a very oily and rich brother to trade with. Also with that oil and money we are interested in investing in your upcoming projects.

STATEMENT FROM THE PRESIDENT
"The Khoikhois Republic has been abundantly clear on its position on the terrorist Radical African National Front (RANF): the despicable group cannot be allowed to exist as a political entity. Recently, it may have come to the attention of many that The Cobra Sahara Liberation Rebel Forces (CSLRF), a movement seeking to undermine the territorial integrity of Cobra Sahara. Generally, Khoikhoia adopts a policy of strategic ambiguity and neutrality. However, when a movement such as the CSLRF is aided by terrorists, they must be thrown into the same bag. In the same way the RANF has been treated as a terrorist organisation, the CSLRF shall henceforth be too. Police and national intelligence have been mobilised to counteract the threat they may pose, and Khoikhoia stands fully with Cobra Sahara in ending the elimination of extremist entities within their territory.

"Importantly, this demonstrates that the RANF needs to be contained. It is a matter of national security. Now, words alone do not suffice. Action must be taken against the RANF and their allies. If they emerge in any way in Khoikhoia, they shall be combated. Khoikhoia is also looking into working with the nations unfortunately affected by RANF operations in destroying the group. However, it is important to be cautious when doing this, keeping our founding principles, Liberty, Equality, and Union, at heart, as well as remembering our strategic positioning.

"Thank you."

My groen hemp en wa
Met die kruise en strepe.
Verseker my dat die ewige Bro'Kinaba sal seëvier.

Toe my ma uitvind
Dat ek gekies is vir die trek,
Sy het my 'n drukkie gegee en gesê:
“My seun van my siel
Dis hoe ek wou hê jy moet wees!"
Moedige Boer
En met hierdie erfenis,
Geregtigheid, Demokrasie, Tuisland
En 'n Groot en Gratis Bro'Kinaba
Waarvan Johannes van Rensburg gedroom het."

Nou gaan ek verby die heuwels
Die dood in die gesig staar,
As ek sterf, sal dit wees
Moeder van my lewe
Want ek sal jou nie weer sien nie.

Maar ek weet dat as hulle my doodmaak,
In die bloed waarin ek sterf,
Dit sal kruise vorm in die wit wat geteken word
Van God en bloed, my vlag.

I am a Bro'Kinaban,
Bro'Kinaban until death or victory.
and that's why I am
At the service of the motherland.
Enlisted I go with the youth
In the fight of our nation.

My green shirt and wagon
With the crosses and stripes.
Guarantee me everlasting Bro'Kinaba will triumph.

When my mother found out
That I was chosen for the trek,
She gave me a hug and said:
"My son of my soul
That's how I wanted you to be!"
Courageous Boer
And with this heritage,
Justice, Democracy, Homeland
And a Great and Free Bro'Kinaba
What Johannes van Rensburg dreamed of."

Now I'm passing the hills
Facing death,
If I die, it shall be
Mother of my life
Because I won't see you again.

But I know that if they kill me,
In the blood in which I die,
It will form crosses in the white that is drawn
Of God and blood, my flag.

Information

P18 Destroyers are a continuation of Kolkata and Visakhapatnam Class Stealth Destroyers with much larger size to accommodate more weapons systems and go on for longer missions over greater distance. The P18 utilizes a similar hull to the Vishakhapatnam Class but enclosed forecastle to help hide mooring points, anchor chains, etc and to reduce the RCS. More advanced materials are used to further reduce the RCS and Water sleeting is put along the sides and passive cool air induction in the Mack to reduce infrared signature. Some further minor changes are made to the hull to reduce RCS.

P18 have similar sensors and warfare management systems (Including the TAC System) from the Visakhapatnam class which have been enhanced to be more efficient and advanced as compared to the predecessor. Drastic changes have been made in armaments, the ship features 144 Universal Vertical Launch Systems which can fire any missile in Indian Navy’s Service (except for Submarine launched Ballistic Missiles). Weapon systems on the ship have also been modified to reduce their RCS return.

A new Combat Information Centre is designed along with new multiple fire zones, battle damage control systems and distributional power systems to meet the requirements of this larger ship. Integrated Electric Propulsion System is used to power the ship, increasing efficiency and reducing acoustic signature of the destroyer. The ship have also been heavily automated to allow for less crew and also includes more drive by wire systems to further reduce noise levels and acoustic levels and also simplifying mechanical maintenance.

Nubian-Maghrebi Relations and Nubian Gratitude, 5th April, 2024

Statement by the President's Office

"The People of our Republic have received 250 million Maghrebi Dinars personally from Sultan Rachied III, and the Sultanate of The Afro-Arabian Morocogyr, to those individuals who are grieving their lossed ones, who have suffered, as well as rebuilding their homes, after the March 23rd Terror Attack. Our Republic is thankful to have allies like these who see the terror done against individuals, stranegrs even, and yet respond with charity and sincerity without a second thought. We believe nations such as these are the basis of merit and decorum. As such I have mandated the government work closely with the "The Port Halayeb Foundation for Children and Victims", the charity established by Sultan Rachied II, to assure the funds meet those who most need it as well as provide the necessary repairs to damaged homes, infrastructure, and lives.

From all this, I have instructed, with support from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, that the Nubian Ambassador, Muhammad Mohamed, and his team, to begin the process of negotiations between our two countries to become closer as partners and friends. I will also be making a personal visit in the near future to the Sultanate of The Afro-Arabian Morocogyr, to thank his Majesty Sultan Rachied III for his kindness to the Nubian people, as well as discuss future cooperation on an international level between our countries.

I believe, as do many in our Republic, that both our nations can become strong allies and meet together on international, and internal, issues that face our two peoples."

RANF Terror Group in Halayeb State, 6th April, 2024

Statement by the Ministry of Defence

"The Ministry of Defence, alongside the Ministry of Internal Affairs, has been continuing it's intelligence investigations into RANF activities in the Republic since the initial reports on the 22nd March, and after the Terror Attack on the 23rd March. The Ministry of Defence is putting a blanket movement ban outside of the Pan Halai'b Railway and Road further into the Halai'b desert on civilians until further notice. After protests in support of the RANF in Napata between the 27th and 2nd April, the Ministry of Defence has further ramped up anti-terror operations across the country including military operations by the 2nd Mechanised Rifle Brigade in Halai'b State. This includes operations in the Halai'b Desert on possible RANF terror cells which may launch strikes on vital infrastructure between Napata and Port of Halayeb, as well as possible strikes on Jebel Heiana Base, Jebel Saleila Base, and on the nearly finished Air Base Anthony.

The Ministry can confirm it is working in joint operations with the armed forces of the Kingdom of The Nebraska Republic in rooting out the terror groups, with the Kingdom stationing a brigade of its forces in the Republic in response to the March 23rd attacks. The Kingdom's forces are providing intelligence and ballistic strike capabilities against RANF groups, while Nubian forces will raid targeted sites and compounds in the Halaib' desert, with Nebraskan forces in a supporting role. It's believed that these sites were formed in the build up to the March 23rd attack, but with the failure of the RANF to seize power in Port of Halayeb, have become the primary operations for all RANF activities in the Republic.

The Operations have already begun and are expected to conclude by the 9th April."
