Zulfiqar revolted against Safir as they had different opinions on how to proceed with the death of their Caliph. Zulfiqar despite loving the perfect image, knew this cannot continue and a new evolution had to come, while Safir believed that the Moon will bring them another champion to follow its steps and take back Yeni with its blessing. Adding these conflicts a renegade group of Soulgodia has sworn revenge against Zulf and Safir as they are not bound to their orders anymore and killing them both will finally save Yeni Alton from another reign of terror, the conflicts erupted as the sides and allegiances were clear and everyone started to fight each other over the underground facilities.
Zulfiqar and Safir have both agreed to a truce in order to fight the rebellious group that has been waiting in the shadows for both sides to weaken their forces between each other to eliminate both of them. Both forces surrounded the rebellion in Sector-C33 where they could do nothing but defend against the waves of Soulgodia coming at them, Zulfiqar alongside Safir led wave after wave until the forces of the rebellion were weakened enough for an assault.
"Zulfiqar and Safir are getting closer and closer! Our forces are no match against them! But we will fight until every single one of us is down! Yeni Alton needs time to recover, and we will give them more time!" As his troops launched themselves at Zulfiqar and Safir forces he turned to one of his soldiers, "Come with me, quick!" Both of them ran to the back of the sector where there was one elevator with one destination, the surface. "The elevator does not work, but you can climb to the surface and alert the people on the surface about what is coming, plant explosives on your way, and detonate them so they never get to the surface. Do this for me" and after finishing the sentence he went back to fight against Zulfiqar and Safir.
The soldier followed his last orders and climbed away as he planted explosives along the way. Meanwhile, the battle was still going on, with the rebel forces fighting for as long as they could but in the end, they were no match for the enemy, "The rebel forces are defeated. Quick! We have to reach..." before Safir could talk there were sounds of explosion with tons of sand flowing and filling the room as if it was water and Zulfiqar and Safir jumped away from the room before getting swallowed by the sands. "We are late Safir, we must find another way out. But first..." both of them clashed swords, "Oh Zulfiqar, what a cheeky little traitor".
None of them were killed that day, but the civil war in the underground continued, as the young soldier made his way up to the surface.
