Is it just me or does TITO do nothing?
I have never seen them intervene.

Until you've lived the TITO life you can't comprehend the dedication of the team that go out to protect regions every day. Each star represents an indication of someone taking their time to attempt to preserve someone else's region.

I guess I don't understand how creating a puppet, and wandering in and making a blanket statement designed to elicit a response isn't in some way trolling.
Perhaps you should consider revising your approach.
