RP: Kalranian Federation Meeting
The Congress of the Kalranian Federation is having a meeting reviewing and discussing the actions undertaken by the government of Icewindia. The blatant violation of human rights and war crimes committed by the country is abominable and the Federation is conducting a meeting and review on if the Federation shall designate Icewindia and it's faction as a terrorist group and if embargos shall be put in place. For now, The Federation is strongly encouraging its members to condemn Icewindia and its actions before any official action is taken.
RP: the economic of the war
While there is no government retaliation, the econ groups now have little oversight. The Government has issued another statement saying that it is not behind any of the attacks and demands an end to hostilities at once, a similar message has been sent to Ponticianre and broadcasted to the workers who are on their last days:
"People of Ponticianre, this is not by our choosing or our wishes, these attacks are not Kavastori willed, you and the rest of the world have been deceived by another entity, on of the extremes that must be punished. Have we not fed you and your families, have we not taken care of you, have we not raised your standard of living by extremes? You must urge your government to allow Kavastor to return to your nation and revive it, we can do that, but you can, tell your government your thoughts, and to those who are indirectly effected, you must take a stance as well, you both you and democracy." This accompanied by the withdrawal of all of the econ groups assets, the ports, roads, and airports owned by the Trade Clans have been completely destroyed, it will take millions, of not billions and years to repair with the groups. The Banking Clans have made their final removal, since they were ourder to evict on short notice, no one was paid back, this is likely to cause a complete collapse of most businesses in Ponticianre as the Banking Federation had become such a major pillar. The Commerce Guilds and Techno Sector workers have taken all of their equipment home with them and all assets rendered useless, in fact, the farmland has been sown with salt, all buildings technically owned by them have been demolished, panflets have been scattered every saying that this is caused by the Pontic government and NL measures, if they wish for a return to end the crumbling of the economy, then their government must know."
RP: the official front
The Patrol units have been completely decimated, but the resistance is quickly stiffening, nearly 12,000 troops held up the overwhelming Blayredeshian advanced for multiple days. As the lines are forced back, Guerrilla warfare has taken to its fullest, water is to become an impossible commodity as is most other basic supplies as the force pushed further, worse, its nearly impossible to find the fighters as the constantly are on the move, but they are also constantly attacking. similar to the Icewindian's case, attacks are so constant that there are sometimes multiple raids every night, and when the troops try to punish the civilians, they too have vanished, it seems to be that the very nation is turning what was once a normal war, into a fight against the very land.
RP: the north
Kavastori troops for the first weeks were pushed back for several days, unitl they reached Vas'por, that is where a stand has been made, despite waves of Blayredeshian troops and bombers, the defenses are not even breaking a sweat. In one area, they have even been forced to pull back due to the fleet, the true level of superiority of Kavastori troops is now evident as often times several hundered Blayredeshians go down before even one Kavastori trooper is wounded by comparison.
RP: the South
Reckless and cocky from their earlier victories Blayredeshian troops entering the true mountains find a new meaning of hell, this hell. Their advance is slow and crippled, men die hourly as it seems, snipers and surprise attacks are constant, all of the roads in the way of their advance are mined, in addition, when they reach the peaks, they come under attack from all side as much of their vehicles have been in the back, it is not fun. eventually they reach a confrontation not very far from the capital (less than 60km), first relying on air power and then brute force, they are completely routed by Supreme Commander Kaisor, who's forces annihilate entire divisions, eventually being slowed at around 70 miles from the capital, a bloody stalemate ensues

RP || Military excercise
- After discussions with the quartermasters, it has been decided that each legion will dispatch a task force fleet into international waters to conduct military excercises to test combat readiness and weapon systems. A single legion, with the exception of the Citadel Legion, will occupy specific areas to conduct their excercises. These being; the Bay of Pontricare, the Akschoss Ocean, the Borealin Ocean, the Orinaca Ocean, and the Sea of Trendaline.
Roleplay Moderation Notice

From this point forward roleplay on the conflict between these nations and any of their participating allies is being suspended. Moderation has seen a considerable amount of military fluffing, tactic fluffing and borderine godmodding, attempts at intervening without legit justification and and a general refusal of some to take realistic losses. The entire thing is extremely confusing, so much in fact that the mod team now needs to place a hold on it so it can catch up to decide how it wants to handle this.

President P'il Nam-Seon, before going to the meeting, sends out a brief statement directed to the Artaecusian government in response to their announcement of supporting and guaranteeing the independence of Incheon City.
"We are grateful for the Artaecusian's offer, especially in these uncertain times. I am sure we will come to a plan that will benefit both parties."
RP: Revitalized independence movement pushes for Incheon City to create and adopt a new form of currency
With Artaecus recognizing the independence of Incheon City, the indepndence movement has rekindled in their efforts of seperating themselves from Kowen. Although changes have already been taken; such as national schools and government now calling themselves and citizens 'Incheonian' and other small, but noticable changes; there is now debate in parliament and among the citizenry after some pro-independence members have argued for the need to create a new form of currency, in order to distance themselves from Kowen.
Those who are for the new form of currency, assert that Incheon City would gain more independence from the Kowenian state (since all other countries in the region use the Kowenian wong as a standard, even 
Schwypian controlled Nakatoro) along with gaining more control and security from their own currency. The Kowenian Wong has had a violatile history due to the differing economic policies of the Kowenian states and as a result inflation was a huge problem compared to other nations across the globe.
Those who are against the new form of currency insist that it would throw Incheon City into an economic recession at best as the local economy would be forced to adapt to the new currency. It is also supported by those who are against independence of the Incheon state as moving away from the Wong would distance themselves from Kowen.

Local news outlets in Incheon have reported a group calling themselves 'The Unified Brotherhood' claiming responbility on the attack of the meeting of the Artaecusian delegate and Incheon president. News outlets, who were all delievered a written statement, reported that the attack was in response of the Artaecus delegate coming to Incheon City, thus recognizing them as an independent figure from Kowen. The statement went on to have further Artaecus involvment in favor of independence will be met with retailation both in Incheon and on Artaecusian soil.
RP: Anti-Government Protesters Gather Outside Capital Complex
Oradea, Rumania - Anti-government protesters have gathered outside of the Capital Complex in Oradea to protest the re-election of Olteanu and recent liberal reforms. Protesters are being lead by conservative-royalist Petru Condreanu, the grandson of fascist militant Corneliu Zelea Codreanu, who is the current leader of the Hohenzollern Loyalist Government (HLG), a traditionalist-conservative, royalist party. The party is the overseas growth of Prince Ferdinand’s exiles government, founded to build a base of support for the exiled prince’s “Reclamation” of the Rumanian throne. The party has seen an unprecedented explosion of support after months of aggressive promotions and smear campaigns; the party has been able to consolidate the right-leaning political parties into a juggernaut of an organization. In the recent Federal Elections, the HLG became the second largest party, only barely being beaten by the Liberal Party. The sudden rise of the HLG to prominence has struck fear into the Liberal Party which hoped to see continued success off the in-fighting of the many conservative factions.

Oradea, Rumania - President Olteanu has revealed a new phase of his foreign policy which has been named “Libertate Armată” or Armed Liberty which intends to use Rumanian influence and military assets to defend the rights and freedoms of all peoples and to protect democracy. An important part of this new policy is to establish formal and permanent diplomatic relations with the democracies of Kalrania; most of these government are in the Accord and as such already have positive relations with Rumania. However, nations outside of the Accord are equally or more important to this policy so, a delegation has been sent to Artaecus and Incheon city to establish formal diplomatic relations in order to open the proper channels for this new policy to be established. Additionally President Olteanu wishes to further strengthen ties with Dwarf land4 and Schwypia, the democracies of the Accord.
RP: Operation Thunderbolt
Operation Thunderbolt is commencing in approximately 5 hours. The Luwuian Airforce and Navy are now working hand in hand to gain and maintain air superiority over the Area of Operations. The Army has sent the 406th Airborne Battalion to participate in Operation Thunderbolt. The Airforce has also sent its Special Forces unit called "23rd Special Mission Unit Sierra" that will be conducting Long Range Reconnaissance Patrols deep in enemy territory in 3 hours. The current Invasion force has been alerted to the mass movement of enemy troops converging on their position. The Current Invasion force has begun to work their way up and is going to begin setting up a F.O.B which will be fully completed in 3 days.

A Type 189 Z-Class Destroyer advanced slowly across the water, a trail of snow-white waves emerging from its rotating propeller blades, as waves strode and slammed against the sides of the lone wolf ship, creating the sounds of metal rattling. The weather was severe, with a thick fog and heavy rain only creating an uneasy feeling in the air. A putrid smell of tainted sea salt only made it worse, with many sailors, especially the rookie ones, vomiting portside before resuming their posts. It was absolutely silent for hours, as the destroyer drifted across the ocean. Asides from the fact that this area was used by the Luftwaffe dive bomber wings, especially with their new variant of the Ju 87 'Stuka', and fighter training against air balloons, the sailors, who were at maximum alert and focus, were easily disgruntled, as any outlier sound would weird them out. However, at the moment, it seemed everything would be alright. Oh, how would they be so wrong...
Hours passed when suddenly gunfire could be heard in the distances, as spikes in the water began to emerge. The sounds of propeller blades slashing against the wind soon could be heard, as more shots could be heard coming the destroyer's way. The crew would quickly arm their weapons, placing ammunition in their anti-air guns and 'bee-hive shells', shells carrying shrapnel, in the front cannons as the first rounds of lead would be propelled instantly from the barrels. The deck was in disarray as the rattling on the sides of the ship, which was thought to be bullets hitting the hull, would only elevate the frightened state of the sailors. Soon the whole deck was on full weapons alert, firing away into the distance of the fog as they tried to hit what they thought was the silhouette of aircraft or boats.
Not far from the destroyed was the Lirana transport ship, Arvida. They had been lost in the thick fog for hours, trying to use their spotlight and other illumination systems to make out their surroundings. The sounds of gunfire and light loomed in the distance, drawing in the Lirana ship, who had taken the rise to investigate the area. Changing their course, the ship would go at full speed before stopping at a halt as the silhouette of a massive ship, brightened by the light of gunfire could be seen. They watched the destroyer for minutes before slowly approaching.
The destroyer's, now in sight of the small transport ship, left side horn would roar loudly, as everyone was alerted to the position of the ship. A torpedo launcher aimed at the transport ship, as a voice, in Arkem, from the speakers of the ship, could be heard.
[ ??? ] "CEASE YOUR ADVANCE AND IDENTIFY YOURSELVES OR WE WILL FIRE UPON YOU!"
The Lirana ship continued its approach, as the torpedo launcher followed it every move. Then, without warning, three torpedos instantly launched from the deck, entering the water as the propellors worked hard to hit the ship. A ain't explosion could be seen on the side deck of the Lirana ship, as it turned to a stop with a giant fire now emerging on the deck. Two more explosions hit the front and side of the ship, as it began to tip over on one side. The ship was sinking and sinking fast. The Destroyer, now moving towards the sunken ship, would come in sight of the ship, flashing their spotlight on the ship. It was a normal inspection, with the captain of the ship coming to the conclusion that the ship, which was one of the pirate origins, was the one attacking the Destroyer. It seemed the problem was over until they found the flag of Liranaholm on the ships hull...

The Imperial Arkostan Navy [ Kaiserliche Arkostanische Marine ] has authorized training for Arkosta's naval airforce, mainly those of the dive and CAS aircraft, for the use of torpedos and small bouncing bombs in the Bay of Ponticaire. Three carriers, each with a capacity of forty-four aircraft, will be deployed, launching planes for training missions of the latter said torpedo runs. The aircraft are to fly in close proximity around the carrier, aiming for nearby rocks or natural structure. To accompany the carriers, three destroyer flotilla, one battleship strike group, and one frigate flotilla will be deployed to defend the carriers in case of any attack.

The Lirana destroyer named LSC Bury has sunken with the 3rd fleet after a torpedo tube malfunctioned, ripping a hole in the ship as a routine test fire turned into an explosive demise.
RP: Sunken part 2
After the sinking of the Bury, and with the recent case of the LSC Arvida in mind, the Lirana state has judged the explosion which rocked the right side of the Bury before the ships demise to be consistent with a torpedo attack, most likely Arkostan in nature. The only survivor was Ensign Lia Klein, who was on the foredecks at the time of the explosion. She is currently aboard the hospital ship the LSC Salvation, unconscious with 3rd degree burns over 70% of her body from the ammunition explosion after the torpedo hit. A request has been sent to Rekken to place her in a hospital in Rekken, with costs being covered by the Lirana state. A state of open war has been declared against Arkosta in relation to this incident, with the Wolfpacks and other fleet in the Bay moving to support the 3rd fleet

Under the guise of the Imperial General Staff of Arkosta's [ Der Kaiserliche Generalstab Von Arkosta ] command shortly after the sudden declaration of war against the Second Imperium of Arkosta [ Zweites Imperium von Arkosta ] and the full-on mobilization of the Imperial Armed Forces [ Kaiserliche Streitkräfte ], the Imperial Navy of Arkosta [ Kaiserliche Marine Von Arkosta ] has deployed all of its naval combat fleets and strike teams across the Arkostan-influenced/controlled waters of the Bay of Pontricare [ Bucht Von Ponisee ( Pon-tee-see ) ] to defend and patrol the region from any preemptive attacks from Lirana, seeing as a sizable fleet of an unknown amount of Lirana warships [ Codenamed: Force 'Alexis' ] were seen in the Bay of Pontricare [ Bucht Von Ponisee ] by a reconnaissance corvette [ Marinekaiserschiff / MKS "Astravelis" K-12 Type 19/40 ] before they retreated back to Arkostan waters and rejoined with the main defense force. With a full-on deployed fleet of 413 ships, out of Arkosta's massive 650 hundred count fleet, in the region, which includes everything from Arkosta's silent killer submarines to its massive super-heavy battleship, allowing for the country to further mobilize and create defensive positions under the iron curtain of defense held together by the naval air fleet and naval fleet. The defensive force is divided into four parts; Central Fleet, North Fleet, South Fleet and Command Fleet [ Zentralflotte, Nordflotte, Südenflotte, and Kommandoflotte ], with several famed admirals being placed throughout the area, and have a section of Arkostan waters to defend, patrol, investigate and fight in. The Naval Airforce [ Marine Luftwaffe ] are beginning to setup up with activity, seeing a spike in patrols, training, and reconnaissance missions, with the latter being used to scout out Lirana activity from afar to determine their moves on the field. Whilst most of the fleet is placed for the defense of Arkostan shores, a small task force of three light corvettes [ Marinekaiserschiff / MKS "Nordis", "Steingraf" and "Loni" K-12 Type 19/40s] are being sent to provide further information on the movement of the 'enemy' fleet, although the commanders of these vessels are told to keep their distance.
The Imperial Navy of Arkosta [ Kaiserliche Marine Von Arkosta ] is continuing mobilization of more of their naval vessels, with a reserve and active sailors alike being called for war. A ceremonial parade, a custom for the Imperial Navy, will be held in respective coastal cities, such as Ardenske and Bramk-Wurrtenburg, to bid farewell for the fighting men and women. The current force deployed in the surrounding waters mainly consists of destroyers, light cruisers, heavy cruisers, frigates, battleships, and carriers, while submarines have been spotted submerging into the water. These ships are mainly protecting sensitive spots such as construction areas and ports, acting as a layer of defense before the enemy can breach into Arkostan soils and warning for land and air forces. To further fuel war-preparedness, the Imperial Navy has encouraged the recruitment int naval divisions, both air wings and fleets alike, through heavy propaganda posters and film, with some even targeting the Lirana as 'Warmongerer who seek to subjugate a lesser state'. Local economical activities at sea, such as fishing and other water-based resources, have been halted to minimize the chance of civilian casualties, as Imperial Security Force [ Kaiserliche Sicherheitskräfte | 'Military Police' ] have been employed in the coastal regions to bring the civilians into safe-zones and civilian bunkers. Through force or cooperation, the Security troops are authorized to use forced acts to move these civilians for their own safety. To reduce the amount of reconnaissance on the Imperial Navy's own movement, the fast-speed fighter aircraft will be launched from nearby airfields and carriers to patrol the surrounding airspace. The aircraft, under the command of Admira Walther J. Skipeer, are given clearance to engage enemy aircraft if they come into Arkostan airspace after being warned not to do so.
The Second Imperium [ Zweites Imperium ] itself does not wish to escalate this so-called 'conflict' between the two states, which could lead to the destruction of any chance of any new relations after this stressing event, and has issued a possible ceasefire for the negotiating or further investigation into the issue. If accepted, the nations will meet in the Bay of Pontricare [ Bucht Von Ponisee ] by their respective naval vessels to negotiate the diffusion of the issue. The government, including the Konig himself, is preparing for an answer as the nation goes into full mobilization and defense mode.

The Lirana wolfpacks in the Bay of Ponticare move into position to engage if necessary, as a third fleet of 150 ships is sent out to link up with the other 2 fleets in the Bay. Along with this are 3 Liaoning class Amphibious assault carriers, and the LSC Morningstar and Tidal, are sent to prepare in case if conflict. The request to meet has been accepted, and the Admiral will be participating.

The Royal Alliance, the Heads of NNS, along with the Solingarchi and Ascoiyan Armed Forces, have mostly restored order, to Cities within the Nation.
A National Guard Presence will be left within the cities, as well as Curfew, though with the removal of Martial Law, officially ending on 14 September 2101.
RP: Crushing the Rats(Part 2)
Student-Soldiers, specifically within the Northern and Eastern States, have successfully managed to collapse 24 Terrorist Cells, capturing 10 of the Cell Leaders.
Terrorist Casualties, resulting from the collapsed cells, with the death count rising, currently numbering at 484 Terrorist Casualties, as compared to 16 Student Deaths.
The Students, aided with [20] FB-112A Strike Eagle Aerocraft, managed to find the locations of several additional Terrorist Cells, and [Special Forces] are en route to the locations, a mixture of [Ascoiyan and Solingarchian] Soldiers.
