Over the course of the past year, Gemmisland has seen unprecedented growth in major economic, social, and scientific factors across the board. In the past year, there have been significant increases in civil rights, political freedoms, and economic freedoms in conjunction with the massive expansion of the economy from a scale of 72.08 to 95.88 on the Krugman-Greenspan Business Outlook Index with a max of 100. Output has never been higher as our GDP has seen a ₲40 Trillion increase in overall production. Average income has gone from ₲71 thousand to ₲102 thousand nationwide with one of the highest average disposable incomes in the world in conjunction with our lenient 6.4% tax rate. Poor income has seen some of the most improvement going from ₲15 thousand to ₲59 thousand with the poverty rate in Gemmisland becoming slowly nonexistent.

Apart from Economic factors, our HDI has gone up 14 points to 71. Major cultural awakenings have brought about a renaissance for Gemmisland with many citizens taking part in a rising culinary industry and advancements in science going up 97 points on the Kurzweil Singularity Index. Our youth are becoming smarter after we made it through a large uprising movement where rebelliousness was at an all-time high.
