How about this: I'll draw the line. You have entered my region, with very limited information on the matter, and demand that I reverse my decision because you simply don't like it. These people broke our rules, and for you to be outraged is absolutely absurd.
If you are a teacher, I'd suggest advising these students to never dare offending the region or the people in it. The Region of Gargery is a safe place for LGBTQIA+ people. Your students didn't seem to respect this rule. If you don't support this, then you should know that there are consequences. Perhaps you should teach your students this.
