I'm currently home on an Indefinitely Long Spring Break from my school, 1000 miles away, and we're moving all of our classes online (probably for the rest of the semester).

2 students in my uni have it 🤷🏻‍♂️
As for moving classes online, my professors decide to not even bother with zoom, just give us the lecture slides, and let us read it over ourselves and hasta la vista lmao

Oh, and Eurovision (aka the annual European song contest that I'm obsessed with) is canceled for the first time in 64 years I'm devastated

Oh, and supermarket trips are fun (luckily my family are naturally hoarders so we have enough toilet papers for months before the scare began)

It's only when buying perishables such as milk becomes a bit of a struggle.

I am currently procrastinating with my "optional" online learning. I'm guessing that school will be canceled after March 30, so I need to get used to the online learning technology. It's a little daunting knowing that this whole pandemic is seemingly just getting started.

Happy 7 years of Nesapo.

It's so weird to me that I'm about to hit 20 billion population.

Back when I first started really playing NS, I think the biggest nations in the world had something like ~23 billion. The founding date of my country is closer to my birth than it is to today. Strange stuff.

So I recently started playing NS on regular basis again because there are now 500+ new issues in the past 3 years

And I'm starting to get a lot of the cards.... How does one, like sell them? I put out that my cards are up for sell but I'm not sure how to look for buyers. Any advice?

I've been doing issues again recently to see if I can get 100/100 on civil rights and political freedoms (I did that with economy a few years ago). It takes so long even with 4 issues a day.

I still don't really get the whole cards thing, but good luck to you.

I just bought my own card. That's a start 🤷🏻‍♂️
I'm gonna try to get everyone in Nesapo. It's only 13 of us. Should be a reachable goal.

You can look at the transaction history to see if your card is one that people will actually buy -- I'm pretty sure there's a subforum somewhere dedicated to card trading, too, where you can look for buyers. I end up junking most of mine for that little extra bit of Card Currency™️

OK... That's actually super great advice lol
I'll need save extra card currency to buy None's card (because it's a freaking GIF the current bid)
Thank you 😊

So, I got 11 out of 13 of us already yay

I'm anxious for 10B. I'm at 9.8B now 🙏🏻

Congrats to you both. It's wild to think about how much both the site and Nesapo have changed in the eight years since I joined as Khazakia. A lot of the past few years for me has just been checking into NS every once in a while so my nation doesn't CTE. But there was about a year at the beginning when this was where I spent most of my time.

In a similar boat. I joined in 2010, but wasn't super active until around 2013/14, when I spent most of my time here too. I remember when they added Factbooks to the game.

And you're at 9.878 now! Soon...

I'm in the 10 billion pop. club birches!!!

Yo, Ikania here. Currently experimenting with a colony of 100 Gnomes.

Yo, Ikania here. I got really high six days ago and experimented with a colony of 100 Gnomes. Unfortunately it seems the Gnomes have all disappeared.

On that note, however, I am glad to announce my renewed and indefinite residence in my home region once more. It's coming up on the 8-year anniversary of when Bodobol founded this region (not sure of the exact date), and to this day I'm startled and proud that this place is still kicking.
