The more simple explanation is you team up with other people to defeat monsters, goblins, spirits, or other creatures that you couldn't on your own. You can build your character to have whatever skill set you want and build up personal details about them, for example, they lived in a barn and their mom was mean to them and that's why they left to become a warrior, or something like that. You go on adventures with your character and the characters your with into forests dungeons and whatnot.

Also I came on here to say that the letter C is irrelevant.
