Very sad. I'm thinking about founding my own region but I don't have any people willing to join as of now
Don't leave just yet, I plan to prove my loyalty to the region, that despite the ineptitude of the reigning monarch 
Stannis Baratheon, I be appointed to the small council and usher in reform, with his blessing of course.
It is beyond me how he does not see the potential endemic to his realms. One may say he is not fit to lead, but we must make do.
Your Grace Stannis Baratheon,
As newly elected WA Delegate of Westeros, I humbly implore you to grant me some executive privileges, such as control over communications, embassies, polls and the region's appearance, such that I may begin to work with other eminent regional figures such as Lucerys-velaryon to revitalize this region.
Please consider what is best for the region; We are both humbly in your charge.
My Lords and Ladies,
As your recently elected WA Delegate, it has been one of my foremost goals to remake this region into a bustling powerhouse of life, activity, politics and RP, a powerhouse I know it is capable of becoming. However, as I do not possess executive power, I am but a mere figurehead as of now. The eminent Lord Lucerys-velaryon has graciously provided me with his vote of confidence, but King Stannis Baratheon has fallen silent.
Thus, at this time, all I ask of the great lords and ladies of Westeros is patience. Should the King Stannis Baratheon cease to exist due to his inactivity, executive power should revert to House ouros, and we shall begin our good work together. Else, should King Stannis Baratheon resume his duties as our King, we may go ahead and begin to revive this storied region of ours.
Regardless, as of now, we wait, with ever growing hope for the future of this region, and vigilance toward those who would seek its unholy demise.
