I am pleased to announce the creation of the Doctrine of the Three Pillars of Hell. It's an expansion and outline of Hell's philosophies i've been working on with Alaskaa who shall take up it's mantle and lead of it as Worshipful Master.
I. The three pillars of Hell shall be the driving principals of the Kingdom.
II. The three pillars of Hell shall be Devotion, Corruption, and Knowledge.
III. All damned souls, Hellions, and Elders shall work to embody the Doctrine.
IV. The Doctrine shall be lead by the Worshipful Master.
Article Two: Devotion
I. Pillar of Devotion representing loyalty, commitment, community, and love.
II. Devotion to King and Kingdom, defending the Kingdom against all enemies foreign and domestic.
III. Devotion to fellow Damned Souls and Hellions, and having the backs.
IV. Devotion to the long term survival and growth of the Kingdom.
Article Three: Corruption
I. Pillar of Corruption representing culture, action, influence, and expansion.
II. Embracing Hell culture, and spreading corruption of Hell culture abroad throughout NationStates.
III. Engaging and participating in the Department of the Seven Sins, and expanding the domains of sin.
IV. Corruption of fresh souls, recruiting more damned souls to fuel the fires of Hell.
Article Four: Knowledge
I. Pillar of Knowledge representing intelligence, secrets, truth, and skill.
II. Drive to obtain knowledge and skills to better serve the King and Kingdom.
III. Knowing the Doctrine is the way, and Hell is the salvation of NationStates.
IV. Becoming a keeper of Knowledge, keeping the secrets of the Kingdom safe till death.
Article Five: Leader of the Doctrine
I. Worshipful Master shall serve as leader and figurehead of the Doctrine.
II. Worshipful Master shall oversee and outline the hierarchy and processes of the Doctrine with support of the King of Hell.
III. Worshipful Master shall serve as World Assembly Delegate of Underworld if no President has been elected.
IV. Worshipful Master shall serve as a regional officer of Underworld and have access to regional powers allotted by the King of Hell.
It actually might pair nicely with Underworld Ministry of Education you've started to work on.
Let me know what you guys think of it, and if there are ways to improve it and better intergrade it into the current establishments of the Kingdom.

Also, your child is likely to be a Changeling, swapped out by a faerie. You can check their status by proper analysis with an iron implement. Is it called "therapy" if I hold an iron crucifix to their face? If so, then yes, it is therapy.
In every comic book I've read, the way you both identify and ward off a changeling is by holding a piece of iron up to them, and gauging their reaction. Iron is well-known to combat most beings from the Land of Faerie.
All of my education techniques and knowledge stem from comic books, of course. As is customary in the profession...
