Well great ROAN has fallen

For all those who have come back to this, here's what happened: the Original ROAN government fell for it's Incompetence, After Trying to deal with Giggity's Bad Decisions. (Even our Old friend Montagne tried to advise him) Us and the other ROAN faction Lost faith in him. Democracy can bring incompetence to a Government. And it did. Cascadia and Montagne were the only ones that could save it, (I could if those decisions weren't made) But they're all gone.
