Democracy is well-preserved by letting the member endorse whoever they find the most suitable as WAD. The Founder must endorse the WAD in order for them to be legally recognized, this to defend us from raiders. It would not turn us into a dictatorship, since we do elected the WAD as I said. However, you could claim we are already a dictatorship since Loaf has the power of the region eventually anyway.
In order to pass laws you add them to the constitution through an amendment like we used to do.

We must vote yes on the constitution to experiment and simplify.
