All nations that wish to enter must have an economy rating of 95 or greater. They must also have an industry rated top 5% in the world ( Information Technology, Agriculture, Weapons Manufaturing, etc. ). Previous actions, nation classification, and condemnations have no influence in deciding their entry into LEAN.
