It doesn't give all power to the King, and besides he created the region and is making it run properly, he deserves some credit for his contributions.

He has the power just to ensure a stable government, imagine what chaos this region would be without him right now? The region is still small, we need a person who can guide us through our foundation to ensure growth, and I am confident our King can do that.
