That’s sad to hear. Godspeed to all of you. We hope those who need a region after the unfortunate fall of True Land will perchance look to our beloved region for sanctuary. All are welcome.

I am so far behind. (Season 1 Episode 3)...

Bluesyndicate

I’ve mostly been focusing on NBC’s “Heroes”. An interesting series. It explains superhuman abilities as if it’s a truly possible development of the genetic codes. Not only that, but it tells a really well-written story. Check it out if you haven’t.

Alethes sophia wrote:is everyone watching the latest game of thrones season? i wonder what will happen when the dragons go up against each other...

Yeah i am keeping up with the current season I really want to see a dragon fight

Temporarily changed my flag...

Bluesyndicate

Any opinions?

Very authoritarian, but it looks more like an actual flag for a nation instead of the image you had before. You still need to do some more work before it's a 'good' flag by vexillogical standards, not that using an image is bad. I personally just like to make things as appropriately as possible, therefore I designed an actual flag instead of getting it from an image online.

Bluesyndicate

Bluesyndicate

That’s one reason why it’s temporary.

Bluesyndicate

May I ask what you think it needs?

One of the categories for a good flag requires there to be no letters whatsoever. You meet the other categories according to NAVA (North American Vexillological Association). I really don't know what kind of 'vibe' you want to symbolise on your flag, but authoritarian doesn't seem to be quite it. If you were to look at my flag for example, it's not that authoritarian. I don't know how to explain the feeling of my flag without being biased, but it's clearly not that. I'd think green and white might be good colour for your palate?

Bluesyndicate

Bluesyndicate

How about this?

try a darker blue. Light on light colours don't mix well. Alternatively, use a dark colour to split up the light ones.

Bluesyndicate

Bluesyndicate

K. One second.

Bluesyndicate

How about now?

(By the way... turn the flag upside down).

Alethes sophia

Yeah, that's pretty good. Simplistic, neat, and clean. Quite nice indeed.
