Last time I got dumped I dealt with it in a way I wouldn't condone lol. Got super high and drunk and cried myself to sleep. After that it's just a slow process of putting yourself back together and getting back out there.

Give yourself a few days to feel sad, but not too long. After that get it in your head that it's over and try to go on with your life: occupy yourself with hobbies, listen to cheerful music, watch comedies, things like that. I hope you'll feel better soon!

In this case I'd say that if he couldn't see your qualities, maybe he wasn't the perfect one for you (but your pain is still valid and there's also no need to start hating him). Sometimes this is just how life works unfortunately...

If they don’t love you for everything about you then they weren’t the one. This doesn’t mean what you feel is wrong or invalid. Just keep trying and the one for you will come, we’re also here for you when you need us :)
