I thought it was a reference to the Emperor of Babylon presumably Nebuchadnezzer II the Great. I guess the ship was named after the Emperor.
He is in the bible Daniel 4:28-37
ooc: you are all right! Originally I thought about the Matrix ship Nebuchadnezzar, which I know is also featured in the Bible so I was inspired to do a religious fanatic dictatorship here in NationStates based off of the warhammer 40k empire. Thus, Reformed Nebuchadnezzar was born!

The Ecclesiarchy has approved an arms manufacturing trade agreement with 
Deneen, we are happy to supply our munitions and equipment for a price. Regarding the hypersonic missiles, our hypersonic missile has been specifically designed to fit within the internal missile bay of our Su-57 N fighter. I’m not sure the specs on your fighters, but the missile may simply not fit depending on the size of your craft. Either way, we are happy to enter a trade agreement for military technology and/or equipment, just let us know what specifically you seek.

In return I could either just buy it or give some of my Mako missile hypersonic missile systems. It entered full production a month ago...
