Just back from Mad Max: Fury Road. It was a good chase movie, but I think the original Road Warrior (2nd one) was a better film.
For the first time, fans of Game of Thrones on TV know as much as fans who read the books. Hopefully the lack of source material doesn't hurt the writers for the next TV season, now that the author is getting behind.

A new Earth was discovered by the Kepler mission!
I mean it's round and only a bit bigger than our Earth, but probably has water or something. It's in the somewhat habitable zone, so who wants to go see if Earth 2 is really habitable?
Warning: no backsies if the Earth 2 more closely resembles Venus 2 or Mars 2. Hey. You're the pioneers, you figure it out.
