Alright, as long as they don't have Executive it won't be as lucrative. They still may carry out an invasion because they'll have the power to change the WFE (world factbook), but we'll have to see. They may not though because they've been caught although since you're letting the stay, it may still happen.

We are looking for more citizens to work in our government to support the cause. If you just want to be a normal civilian, there are three ways to donate to the cause: Money(US Dollar), Aluminium(cans, other things, etc) and Copper(Wires, Rods, etc.). It does not cost anything to become a citizen since taxes don't exist yet.
