I am soon going to redo the score out of 100 thing. However, I want to make sure that I don't end up putting inactive nations on there. Therefore I will ask the evil aussandries to wait 5 days, and for all active nations in the slide countries to say that you would like your rating updated.

Also, along with Qwerty2 and Aussandries, I will automatically add Orennica, DCBA, Populabouria, Casterfall, Borisboris and Tannington city to this list, either because they have been on nationstates today or because I know them personally and they will probably say so anyway (or both).
I will start to gradually make these ratings in a dispatch. I will announce when I have done everybody, but if you are not in the list because you haven't said that you were active, please tell me.
EDIT: I have finished it now, and I will do it 3 times a month (Early, Mid and Late). I will also put the Early March Census into another dispatch so the world factbook entry can be changed.
