That would definitely go some way to rehabilitate the image of the region away from embassy spam and closer to what I think folks want it to be, which is a true regional hub.

What is meant by "The Embassy Record"? You say it will link to the master dispatch? So I take it "record," in this context, simply refers to something of a database or directory? I may be mistaken, but I suspect many will assume it is either a list of all of the embassies with relevant information, or else some sort of count / record-holder that relates to the number.

I think your changes to the WFE info text are very good. The de-emphasis on embassy counts, in favor of interregional connection, I think creates a much more welcoming/embracing character.

Suggestions for alternate wording:

Connecting multitudes of / myriad regions, (if the "thousands" part is what you were worried "sounded ambitious)

we strive to be the heart of interregional community on NationStates. (de-emphasizing "largest" and a quantifiable "aim," though retaining that same idea in perhaps a more palatable way, as simply being "the heart of interregional community)

Small regions are especially welcome to enrich and drive the project (all small regions are UCRs, I think, so can probably lose that bit, especially as new folks who create a small, personal region may be unfamiliar with the acronym or the term, in general)
