Ok so the Prime Minister is next in line of the Presidency and He is also responsible for watching over the State Duma and The Federation Council. The Chairmen are the Head of either the State Duma or TFC. For every law that is proposed the State Duma and the TFC. If there is a tie the PM can vote. Minister of Defence is in charge of the Military and The Minister of Foreign Affairs is in charge of helping me make embassies with other regions.

Big and ancient regions do not usually accept embassies with new regions. We need time and patience to develop the Russian Federation in an organized manner. Recruitment, WA nations, Constitution, Forum, we have much work to do.

Ok do I will need people to help me make the Constitution of the Russian Federation. For recruitment I want ate least and Ambassador to go to the Pacific regions. I will encourage nations to join the WA. This should at least get us started. After that we can discuss laws and proposal in a government manner.
