On another note I removed some tags. I see us as mostly independent of views. Aligning with particular factions or movements cause tensions but its okay in our roleplay. Some tags removed personally due to my concern of republican fascism in the RW but we must stick to what we roleplay separate from the RW. Not that we had a problem but I am taking strong stance on this in my own way which shouldn't have any effect how things are here.

Odinburgh, New Nationale Einheit, The arken, and Coimbatore
Earlier today I have decided to reach out in hopes in mending fences with Declansburg. I have gotten response but hope there can be further talks. I see value. Sometimes I believe things happen for purpose and brought together again when the time is right. I want peace with Declansburg. Past is past and want peace with them now. Its been bothering me for some time and I am doing this now.
I want to add I hope NR will consider an apology to Declansburg. I can consider whatever happened as past and an apology would go a long way as requested in my talks in renewing relations.
No idea what happened over there but sounds good.

I am going through embassies and evaluating who goes. Any regions we have embassies that have ties to fascism will go. I have to button down on this and make sure we can find allies we have common ground with in our ideals. New Sparrow is the first region embassy to close. I will be looking at the others in coming days to see which ones need to be closed also.

I do commend your thoughts on this and also believe that there must be at least a smidge of cordiality at some point. However, the wounds inflicted still run deep, and I do not believe (at least at the moment) that it should be the NR’s responsibility to take the first step in mending that fence. This is especially true considering the circumstances on how all of this came into fruition, and of which I do not intend on repeating here.
The more I ponder of it, though, there is a part of me that wants something different. I mean that truly and sincerely, as the unending bad blood is something that shouldn’t be permitted to bear fruit. There is a history there that we were a part of, and one that is way too difficult to just toss away and forget. There needs to be a mutual effort between us, and I do mean a mutual one, if this is really intended to work out successfully.
Whatever we decide to do I will support it. Even though there are still some issues there still needs to be cordial efforts made to resolve them.

Policies page updated now including what is not permitted in region. This will also affect who we want embassies. New Nationale Einheit since you aren't ready to even settle things with Declansburg and want something new we will proceed but with the changes I have started to include into this new direction. This is only the beginning.

How to become a regional assembly member
It is not required to be a WA Assembly Member to be part of the Novus Lucidum Assembly as its more tied to our roleplay map. As to our regional security council WA status is required for anybody that wishes to engage in interregional affairs in NS.

File for nation claim or colonial city claim from reference world map on the RMB or with Admin Odinburgh by telegram. Anyone can sponsor and support leading to a full vote in the Assembly.

On Regional Telegrams
In the past there were many regions not liking receiving getting recruitment telegrams from us. I want to put disclaimer if anyone in our region doesn't want to get recruitment telegrams from other regions you can choose "block all" in the telegrams preference settings. It's not hard to do. Not sure when a new recruitment drive will be but I want to put out the word for our region. That goes for other regions also.
Our regional position policy from Novus Lucidum on inter-regional dislike of receiving recruitment telegrams: To other regions upon request your region can block all telegrams in the telegrams preferences tab and please stop complaining about receiving them.
On Role-play Ideological Themes In Region
Role-play fascism themes (symbolism, etc.) will be considered an out-of-character issue, and it will be handled on a case by case basis.
Inappropriate behavior may include, but is not limited to: fascism, committing RP acts of genocide, pro-Trump propaganda and excessive brutality. Political rank and/or officers are not waived from if acts of this behavior is committed.
On Space Militarization
Space itself is only for mining and exploration at this point of time. Space stations are allowed. This limits that militarization will be forbidden in space. Any weapons or large amounts of spacecraft will be taken to suspicion perhaps ruled likely a violation. Any spacecraft must be for mining or exploration purposes. In the meantime I am studying perhaps allowing a small limit of military space vehicles but that will come at later time once decided if feasible or not. As I am not the PM this is only my policy. Until the PM says okay it will be considered region wide upon his say so.

MidAtlantis detests fascism and we applaud Odinburgh. We've been here for some time and were on the map in Order of the Southern North. Can we help with this embassy review process as foreign minister? We would like to assist with the embassy review but would clear with the president and founder before any actions.
