Yes, which is why we need to start off by not impersonating Brad. Why do we need to do this? Is it important? Please let me know what is important about Brad. We can move this to Telegrams not to clog up the RMB with "drama"
Let me see if I can still be in character
Bah! Your foreign pigdog socialist values are poison! Your anti-imperial ways will be crushed and rejected by all!
Say, our economic system is not totally free market as some would believe us to believe, in fact most of our industries are state owned! We also appreciate pfff the lower pffff classes as well... So why not work for both our benefits? Say you give me that yummy delicious fishies you got and I give you... lets say... several thermonuclear bombs
Scalesburg and New bradsburg
Yes. Give me the fish now then! Or else you will revive the nuclear weapons one way or another !

The Hermit emerges from his cavern
As I dwelled alone in dank and murky solitude, a vision came to me. An idea, a system, a peaceful construction of power, for I cannot always be your leader. I am philosopher after all, not a politician.
A balance must be struck between managerial efficiency and fairness. A solitary and unaccountable leader can go rogue. We have seen this before at The Radiant. However, a solitary leader offers a swiftness of action that is lost in incessant voting. Therefore we must have balance.
The leader must be accountable to a permanent council; preferably a council of an uneven number of members to prevent stalemates. This council represents the interests of the people, but does not actually rule. Rather, they simply select a leader.
What I am suggesting is a Council of Five. The council can expand whence new members arrive, but said council will be responsible for selecting a ruler. A new ruler can be selected at anytime insofar as a majority of the Council of Five deems it necessary. If a ruler declines to abdicate their position, the Founder will remove The Ruler from power.
The Council’s duty is to select The Ruler who best represents the interests of the people. The Ruler can even be a member of The Council.
Such a system combines the effectiveness of a singular ruler and accountability to a stable selective body.
Please consider such a system, as I believe it will be the best system moving forward given the past of the nations in this region.
Edit 1
Another thought jumped into my head. It would be best to reduce the WA position to non-executive. Having a WA delegate with executive powers creates more problems than it solves. It opens the door for potential raids, and allows the chance for usurping power from The Council of Five and The Ruler.
The Hermit descends back into the cavern
I like these ideas.
Feel free to address me directly about it via telegram. I am merely the Hermit philosopher that just so happens to be named Brad. My priority is to get the region up and running and select a Council of Five.
Odinburgh, can you recommend five names who you believe would best serve the region in a council of five? As previously mentioned, we can expand the council as membership increases.
We shall see.
Rothaland is still a lone wolf, we saw how the last iteration of the ILSN went!
Greater jes new islands, Scalesburg, and New bradsburg
Rothaland
Greater jes new islands
Anacodia
Scalesburg
New bradsburg
These are the names I submit. I also like to submit either 2 or every 3 months to keep the council fresh.
You hail from region that appears to be run from the same Brad or I could be mistaken.
Greater jes new islands and Scalesburg
Why don't we work together? These socialist pig dogs are a threat to both of us!
