I'm going to retcon the continent names for Expanded Toast. I really don't like that they're literally just America and Africa in French. For my map, I already retconned some (really minor) country names because they were too close to real country names (i.e. "Bavarian Serbia" to "Bawerbia") or dumb in an immersion-breaking way (i.e. Toast to Toasete), so I'm also going to change the continents. I'm just not sure to what yet...
Also me: changes short name for the UCSR from Sowjeta Union to Soviet Union

Soviet Union is an appropriate name for the UCSR anyway. The Soviet here is derived from the word "Sowjeta" (meaning Council) in the full name, and in the irl Soviet Union, it was derived from the word "Sovyetskikh" (adjective form of sovet, meaning Council) in the full name.

By the Law for outlining the procedure of Elections, any organisation with "a clear goal to advance society for the better through political means" may request to be recognised as a political party by a "relevant" electoral commission.
Historically, the Lejine-Bloc has been the dominant force in the Soviet political scene, with most opposition parties being confined to single republics or even districts. Many "politically compatible" parties or political organisations often get assimilated into the Lejine-Bloc when growing long enough. The Communist Party is the dominant force in the Lejine-Bloc, with only two times other parties in the Lejine-Bloc had a premier elected from their ranks.

I was imaging a potential alternate WW3(4?) scenario in Pax Ivoricana where Ivorica and Toast goes to war at each other, but have a gentlemen agreement of no nukes at all. Which sees a Red Dawn invasion of Ivorica, modern trench warfare similarly seen in the Iran-Iraq War. If it happened during the Cold War in the 1970s-1980s there would be no clear winner in this scenario, or if the Cold War continues to 2025 same thing, no clear winner. However, if the war post Soviet Toast collaspe in 2025, then the war would have ended in a technically Ivorican victory, however would see Ivorica and its allies not really having any power over occupied territories. Either way, the world is much darker, dirtier, and deadlier.
Imagining a nuclear war, I think a mix of Fallout, Metro, and Far Cry New Dawn would occur.

The Ivorican Collaborational Authority in Occupied Toasete (ICA), (Toaseteian: Iworikaja Sowaseponljeneje Zheadjogade imo Kegjutozhereozheje Toasete), formally the Toaseteian Interim-Government to Restore the Federation (Toaseteian: Toaseteja gov'r'-Kunijeta nju gol'r'-vodoneji Werjene), was a short-lived Ivorican client-state. It existed at the end of the Great Socialist March Revolution in 1805, was created shortly after the execution of Operation Turncoat in June and collapsed almost immediately after the retreat of Pact-of-Fire troops to their incorporated colonies in December.

The Collaborational Authority was the first of three fascist governments in Toasete. It was led by Iozhjewa Gjereboreze of the "Blood-Red Front" only after the Front's previous national-socialist leader, Heremeje Kenijo, was assassinated by the communard Erijike Juhotemjahene.
The ICA claimed its capital as Toasete-Zhetjete but was de-facto administered from the town of Kizjatuse due to high partisan activity.
Its claim to be a continuation of the Toaseteian Great-Federation and 1801 borders alienated the White Movement and its aristocratic supporters, leaving the government no domestic allies to rely on. As such, the ICA entirely depended on the already overstretched Pact-of-Fire troops to maintain control.

When the Pact of Fire (now called Fascismo Powers) withdrew from Toasete and Rednedonia after continuous guerrilla warfare, mounting diplomatic pressure and the challenging and unpopular negotiation of the Treaty of Moresby, the ICA was unable to withstand the guerillas and quickly collapsed, similar to the Collaboration Government in Rednedonia.
Iozhjewa Gjereboreze was found hanged in Kizjatuse's market square a day after Ivorican troops left the city.

It's unknown if the ICA was complicit in fascist war crimes in Rednedonia. Little evidence suggests direct complicity and the ICA had no military forces outside of Blood-Red Front paramilitaries and penal battalions. Records show both where primarily deployed as law enforcement. The Idea of aiding Lezran colonizers against another country in Yuwodeyun proved unpopular, with even Gjereboreze documenting his displeasure and attempts to sabotage and delay the spread and establishment of Ivorican culture and institutions in Toasete.
