Friends, what exactly happened? I am thoroughly confused, and reading the RMB didn't help much, so I'm just jumping on the bandwagon and going over here, but if somebody could explain, I would be thankful.

Well, it's still the same government, essentially, except it is called a theocracy. However, it is a constitutional theocracy, which Kampuchea always truly was.
