Look, this website is full of modernists of all kinds, with a strong anti-Christian bias; because of that, our region serves as a beacon of Christendom on here. Therefore, certain subjects, even though relevant and pertinent to Church Social Doctrine, shouldn't be discussed on here, as to avoid scandalise the flock to whom we preach, as such topics are dividing and can, by the Enemy's design, obfuscate what is most important: religion should determine politics, not the opposite. Try and remember the fundamental caveat of the Mother Church's Social Doctrine: a Catholic Christian must renounce to all and any ideology, as they're based on arrogant human ideas, and accept only theology as a foundation for anything, as only Revealed Truth can be known with certainty, and even then subject all political topics to the convenience of God's glory, who is the only agenda of a Catholic.
Also obedience to leadership is important, because God revealed so: it's theology, as opposed to ideas of 'equality' and 'democracy' which are worldly ideologies and not principles or foundations of Social Doctrine. It doesn't matter what you think: this group isn't a democracy, and should not be.

To this day England's constitution is customary, not a written text, and the Church had no single written constitution before the Codes of Canon Law in the 20th century.
The current government structure does not have a formal constitution but an amalgamation of laws as they develop into a tradition overtime. There is in fact a current proposal that will concretely outline decorum here and in the Core's Discord so I assure you that everything discussed above is being addressed.
