Triphan Riots Lead to Bloodshed
Today in Arpolisa, 3 civilians and 7 police officers were killed in a skirmish on the streets. A group of Penasian nationalists lured a platoon of officers down an alley and assaulted them with baseball bats. The resulting scuffle lead to 10 deaths and 14 more injuries. With its grasp on the region of Penasia slipping, the Triphan Socialist Party has increased police and civil activity in major cities.
Offer to Peacekeep
Seeing one of their neighbors have increasingly bad problems with stability, the Government of the First States has offered to send peacekeepers into the region to prevent further bloodshed.

It has been noted that the First states of America seems keen on interfering in other nation's affairs, especially regarding the suppression of revolutions. President Wesjev has spoken out against America in a speech this Wednesday, declaring that their interventionist policy is "destabilising and dangerous."

New Napolea, thriving in its Semi-Isolationism, begins testing a new type of tank to be used in combat, the Incendiary Flame Armoured Combat Vehicle, The IFACT.
It also begins testing a similar project in its air force, which would make a bombing campaign catastrophic.
Seeing as tests had already began being conducted on the existing prototypes to prepare them for combat, it is expected to take up to 4 months
