To best preserve our regional security and culture, requires a Presidential Candidate (as defined in #026) to fulfill the following criteria:

1) Presidential Candidates Must:
a. Be a registered Regional Member (as defined in #035), without the requirements relating to Cabinet or Assembly position
b. Have a maximum of one(1) offense on their criminal record
c. Be approved by the Chief Voting Officer, who must be completely impartial to party affiliation.
i. Any dis-allowance of a Presidential Candidate must be justified on the RMB
