I think he just means to make an account on the forums.
Actually, since many of the former Senators, Cabinet members, and Supreme Court members haven't even moved over here yet, it might be better to start with a clean slate and have another general election with an election for President and all 4 Senators. We'd have to wait to get more members first, of course.
I just meant that government activity occurs on the forum, so if you want to participate in the government it would be a good idea to join the forum.
