RMB Police Officer

Part 1: Establishment

§1.1 Establishment of the RMB Police Officer

  1. The RMB Police Officer is hereby established as a Civil Office within the Labyrinth under the Office of the Secretary of Internal Affairs of the Labyrinth.

Part 2: Duties and Responsibilities

§2.1

  1. The RMB Police Officer is subordinate to the Secretary of Internal Affairs, and shall respond to orders from the Secretary within the bounds of the RMB Police Officer's mandates within this document.

  2. RMB Police Officers may be appointed or removed from office at the will of the Secretary of Internal Affairs and the approval of the WA Delegate of the Labyrinth in accordance with the laws of the Labyrinth.

  3. RMB Police Officers are to consider themselves official watchdogs of the RMB, and are primarily tasked with being mandatory reporters of violations of Regional Law, RMB rules, RP rules, and of arguments on the RMB. Whenever they observe laws or rules being broken, or a fight or argument breaking out on the Labyrinth's RMB, they are to immediately report it to the Secretary of Internal Affairs or any other member of Regional Government that is at the time of the rulebreaking available to moderate.

  4. In the event that the Secretary of Internal Affairs, a member of the Monarchy, or another Public Officer is not available to moderate RMB arguments and issue punishment, the individual RMB Police Officer may take the role of a moderator and act as an authority figure to end the arguement and resolve differences. If a higher ranking official becomes available and takes over the situation however, the RMB Police Officer is to defer to the higher ranking Officer.

Royal Offices

Be it hereby resolved that by the order of the King, the Royal Office, Royal Advisor to the Monarchy and Region Assembled, is created with the following attributes, powers, and directives:

  1. The office of Royal Advisor to the Monarchy and Region Assembled shall be known by the short title of Royal Advisor, and shall be referred to by said name throughout the remainder of this document.

  2. The Royal Advisor's prime mission shall be to provide advice, guidance, and present a strong moral character for the Monarchy and the Region at Large.

  3. The Royal Advisor may execute the powers ascribed to the Monarchy so long as they do so with the knowledge, approval, and order of the reigning Monarchs and within the processes allotted by law.

  4. The Royal Advisor serves at the pleasure of the Monarchy.

  5. The Royal Advisor shall be considered an equal part in all Cabinet and government discussions that they are included in.

Be it known that by the order of the King of the Labyrinth, King Minos III, the Royal Office of Royal Policy Advisor to the Monarchy is hereby created as a Royal Office with the following attributes, powers, and directives:

  1. The Royal Policy Advisor to the Monarchy shall henceforth be known by the short title of Regional Policy Advisor, and shall be referred to as such in the remainder of this document.

  2. The primary directives of the Regional Policy Advisor shall be to provide:

    • Advice to the Monarchy on policy and legislative action within the domestic realm;

    • Assistance in legislative drafting regarding administrative policies, legislation, royal decrees, and matters related to the Instrument of Government;

    • An effective line of communication between the Monarchy, Regional Council, and Citizens with policy interests to facilitate efficient policy making;

    • An additional voice for the interests of the Monarchy during public policy debate and regarding questions or concerns about legislation the Monarchy has presented interest in.

  3. The Royal Policy Advisor shall serve at the pleasure of the Monarchy.
