Good Will Treaty

The aim of this treaty is to solidify the understanding of good well between the two regions mentioned in this treaty.

Article 2 - Terms and Conditions

A) It is understood by the signatories that their respected regions are on good terms and seek to make that more formal

B) Under this treaty, neither signatorie region will engage in acts of sabatarge, damage or harm to the other signatories region
b.1) This includes but isn’t limited too
* Poaching region members
* Commiting acts of Slander
* Invading the region or encouraging others (see article 3)

Article 3 - Invading A Signatorie Region

This article covers a number of situations that could be classed as invading.

A) Seeking to take over a signatories regional government to further the other regions ends
B) Encoraging other regions to invade a signatories region.
C) Toppling a regional government

Article 4 - Benifits

A) By signing this treaty we are committed to continuing formal and informal relations with each region
B) This treaty is a stepping stone for further initiatives to help each region benefit from this friendship.
C) In situations where a signatorie region is in trouble this treaty does pave the way for a request for help to be submitted and possibly acted on, by the other signatorie regional government.

Article 5 - Cancellation

A) if either signatorie wishes to cancel this treaty then one months notice should be given in the form of Telegram to the regions Founder, Delegate and one other Govenment member
B) If this treaty is violated then it is automatically null and void with immediate effect.
