What is Pocket Mortys?

Pocket Mortys is a fun phone game that is basically the old school pokemon games, but Rick and Morty style. Catch wild Mortys with "Morty Manipulation Chip" much like a pokeball, battle and train your Mortys, evolved and combine them, and so much more! Nearly 300 Mortys with more being added to the game weekly, from Hammerhead Morty to Trunk man Morty!

Campaign
The Campaign starts out with you as Rick and your Morty getting challenged by your game rival, Mysterious Rick. After chasing him down the first time, you find yourself at the Citadel of Ricks who've begun promoting these Morty Battles. They take your portal gun and to get it back you must defeat each of them in a Morty Battle, but first you must earn enough badges to challenge them. Within the Citadel you find a portal that allows you to travel to other dimensions to battle your Mortys against the show's aliens and by beating the Rick of that dimension you earn a badge. The campaign also includes a number of short item side quests where Jerry, an alien, or another Rick requests an item you can craft from the items you find going through the various dimensions.

Multiplayer

First i'd recommend playing the campaign awhile before getting into multiplayer, because when you start multiplayer you take three of your Mortys from campaign to multiplayer (you still have them in the campaign file). You get a lvl 5 version of the Mortys you selected, so you wanna take the best Mortys you have. Not all Mortys are equal, you have common Mortys, rare, epic, and exotic. Epic are a safe bet, but exotics tend to be the best Mortys, but they range in stats more than Epics. Check out the Morty Deck noted above for Morty stats, once you have three good ones you're set to begin. I suggest not bringing the Morty you start with in campaign, he doesn't have good stats.

Pro-tip: Play the campaign long enough to complete the side item quest that awards you Egg Morty, level Egg Morty to lvl 20 to evolved him into the One True Morty. I suggest using Mr Meeseeks boxes to defeat Mortys to level the egg. The One True Morty is the best Morty in the game, and is nearly impossible to get in multiplayer, bring him from campaign to give yourself an edge.

In the multiplayer mode you battle real people in real time, walk around with your Mortys with other players doing the same. By battling other players you gain exp, and level up, unlocking other dimensions to travel to. You can befriend people, donate Mortys to them, and battle friends for extra rewards.

One of the best feature both in campaign and even more so in multiplayer, is you can choose your Rick. In campaign you're limited to just the various Ricks like Pickle Rick, Evil Rick, Gunk Rick, etc, but in multiplayer they have all the Ricks, plus other characters like Squanchy, Scary Terry, Summer, Mr Needful, etc.
