Army
Quelshian Army
The Army wants to be the sole authority of Quelsh. The Army's High Command is against the democratic and royal movements. However, the lower ranks of the Army itself, especially the frontline, enlisted troops, don't necesarily agree with this.

Navy
Quelshian Navy
The Navy wants to see the monarchy, specifically the King, as the primary authority of Quelsh. They oppose the Army's junta idea, though are not totally against some democratic politics.
Monarchist rebels
These relatively unorganised rebels directly support the authority of the King. Their stance on specific policy is unclear.

National Police
National Police and supporting Local police
The National Police and the various Local police that support them desire a return of democracy to Quelsh. They are against the Army and the supporters of royalty, though in recent times they have expressed a willingness to compromise somewhat.
Spanish separatists
This group of rebels resents Quelshian control of Spain. They side with the National Police because they believe that the best way to achieve succession from Quelsh (and the subsequent reformation of an independent Spain) is with a democratic government in power, as opposed to the Army's junta or a king.
