Defensive Administrative System for the ASC (DASA)

Overview
The DASA is a way for citizens in the Alliance of Secondary Countries to understand the military status of the country at the time, ranging from White (complete peace) to Black (total war). The Founder and the Defender of the Alliance are the authorities of the DASA, and they, as well as the Keeper of the Region, are responsible for broadcasting a change in the DASA rating should a rating change be appropriate.

DASA Rating

White
White is the lowest rating on DASA and represents complete peace. No disagreements are happening and harmony is absolute both between the ASC and other regions and within the region itself. The default rating for DASA should be White.

Blue
Blue is the next lowest rating on DASA (after White) and represents predominant peace. If any unsettling event happens, or if there is a disagreement between regions or within the region, DASA will be set to Blue.

Green
Green represents a valid, but not immediately dangerous, threat towards the ASC and means that citizens should be on the alert for manifestations of said threat. If the threat is fleeting and disappears quickly, DASA will be set to Blue. If it persists, then Green is kept as the DASA rating.

Gold
A DASA rating of Gold is highly unsettling. Gold represents that a persistent, Green-rated threat has grown to have a serious possibility of immediate danger to the ASC. Such threats include persistent planning in invader regions to invade the ASC, which would set DASA to Gold.

Orange
DASA at Orange represents that the serious threat (Gold rating) has grown to pose an immediate danger to the ASC. Orange means that citizens are preparing for aggression from a foreign source, and they are ready to alert officials if need be if the Orange threat strikes. An example of an Orange threat is the sudden movement of invader nations out of their base while DASA is at Gold.

Red
It is highly unlikely, as well as highly dangerous, if DASA ever reaches Red. Red signifies almost-certain war, and will result in the rapid response of security Officers to quickly and efficiently dispatch the Red threat. An example of a Red threat would be the sudden and extensive movement of invader nations into the ASC while DASA is set to Orange.

Black
Black is all-out war. In the event that a region intends to invade us, Black will be the DASA setting upon said invasion. The setting of DASA to Black will be used extremely conservatively, but if the event does occur, Officers are to act with impunity upon the invaders.
