The Overseas Administration Council (OAC), formerly the Overseas Territories & Protectorate Relations Bureau, is in charge of administering the laws of Imperial Royal Union in the overseas territories of Imperial Royal Union. The Council provides a link for the local governments of the overseas territories to contact the Supreme Government of Imperial Royal Union back home, and also sends information down the to the territories on behalf of the government. The Council is also responsible for classifying and updating the rights of the various types of overseas territories to ensure a smooth and efficient process for establishing the legal basis for the various overseas territories. None of the overseas territories are granted any right to establishing diplomatic relations and military forces for defence.
